All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

Outstanding. Serviceman was on time. I decided to sign up for the all season maintenance agreement which saved me money on parts/coolant and will be scheduled for me come fall and next spring. I called them on July 1st and they came out on July 6th which was very fast especially since it was considerably warm out and I am sure they were very busy.

My elderly parents had a broken water heater while selling their house. Their regular service company and home warranty company reps gave differing answers, timing, comments on replacing to code. I was having a difficult time sorting it all out. So I checked the list and called ALL TEMP. They sent someone in 30 minutes. Their rep checked the water heater, the pipes, the chimney and the furnace. Not only were they able to give me a straight-forward answers and quote but they spotted some safety jerry-rigging by the previous company. The service people came 2 days later, worked hard and professionally, explained their work as they progressed, and cleaned up after all the fixes were complete. I was very satisfied with the work and satisfied that my parents were living in and selling a safe and up-to-code house.

Job 1: The worker worked very quickly. No time wasted. He didn't complain at having to take his shoes off. He initially quoted us $175 for the sensor, but then said he looked at the price tag in his van, which said it was $174. I liked that he didn't want to nickel & dime us. Overall, he was efficient & effective. Very good job! Our heater is at least 10 yrs old, & we were worried that this was the end of it. They also gave us the 15% off w/out any resistance. Note: Wkend rates are higher than wkday rates. Job 2: We have had good experiences w/this co. Apparently, our external water spigot wasn t putting out much water (perhaps a pipe burst over the winter), but the technician still tried his best to clean the AC unit with the trickle of water that came out. He was not able to clean the AC unit on our flat roof, however, because none of our hoses could reach that far. He did give us some valuable advice on the AC units. Neither of them needed to be replaced, which is always good news.

Overall, they did a great job! I called on a Monday morning and they were out by noon that same day! They quickly found the problem, provided an estimate and got to work. I have used them several times as I own apartment buildings and would definitely recommend them as they are prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. They even honored my Angie's List coupon even though I was a repeat customer!

INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE ($1,400.00) ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF AGO. THEY ALSO DO MAINTENANCE FOR THE FURNACE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DO GOOD QUALITY WORK.

The sevice was excellent; very professional and efficient. They managed to come the same day I called, and they fixed the problem.

Problem was quickly assessed and fixed. I asked the serviceman questions about my system while he fixed the problem, and he was eager to share information -- some of which will save me money in the future. Superb customer service.

Tom arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, was very open about what he was doing and fixed the problem. We needed a new connector and it was taken care of.

Scheduling went well. Tech showed up on time but did not have a ladder to fit through the opening to the roof, despite the fact that I told the scheduler I was in a condo unit. He rescheduled for Friday 12 pm-5 pm. As of 4:50 pm, no one had showed up so I called the company and was told someone would be late but was one his way. No one ever showed and the company never called.

AC broke day before we moved in to our new home. All Temp came out the next morning (before the movers!) and gave an estimate and scheduled an appointment. Job ended up being more complicated then they anticipated and thus took slightly longer, but this was not their fault as it was due to non-standard wiring installed by the previous owners. Workers stayed through intense rain storm to try to get work done as promised. They did not charge us extra when the work ended up being more complicated than intended. My only complaint is that they were supposed to arrive between 8 and 9 a.m. but only showed up in the afternoon. They called several times to explain and apologize for the delay, but it was still unfortunate.

These guys did a great job replacing my 14 year old furnace. Good price. Great communication all around and made sure everything went well. I have had very few service jobs that have gone this smoothly. I even needed them to get in to do this right away since we have a baby and our blower/air conditioner was out and we didn't have A/C. I called on Wednesday and they got in to do this on Saturday.

All-temp was the only company I could get out to my house the same week - everyone else was booked up for at least 1 week. Once they noticed the coolant line was broken, they determined they would need to come back out the following week. They ended up taking $100 off the total cost and fixed the problem.

They came out to do an evaluation on a Friday, diagnosed the problem, and returned the following Tuesday to install the new coil. They also cleaned the electrostatic filters and condenser and adjusted the directional vents on the ductwork.

Service person was very polite and knowledgeable. Checked over the unit and said it did NOT need re-charging (our old service always insisted it needed it). Set up the unit and it works perfectly at a cost savings to us of $140.00 from previous years charges. I would highly recommend this company.

When we discovered that our water heater "died" sometime in the middle of the night leaving us with cold morning showers, we contacted All Temp as soon as they opened @ 7 am. They were not able to get to us until the following day, but they showed up early for their appointment, kept the area clean, and finished within a few hours. We would definitely recommend them.

Needless to say the A/C hadn't been used during that period. The technician determined that there was no freon in the A/C unit. He replaced the Freon and completed and routine maintenance that I signed up for as well. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job. He told me that I may have a leak in the A/C and that if the air stops being cool, then they will need to come back and fix the leak.

It was a good experience. The fellow who came out to give us a quote was knowledgeable and informative. We discussed the merits of getting a high-efficiency model vs. the next best one. We ended up going with the next best, an 80% cost versus use. The installer showed up and did the replacement, in a timely manner.

It took about 2 weeks to get an appointment since it is their busy season. The service man arrived in the scheduled time slot. He was thorough, answered all questions and polite. Will bring this company back in the fall for maintenance on my furnace.

I called at 4:50 PM with no AC. They came the next day at 2, after giving me a 12-5 window. The employee was courteous, friendly, & efficient. 30 minutes later, I had AC again and got a $29 discount because of Angie's List. (15%)

Paulie gave us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and gave us every discount that was available. He also told us how to find out about a gov. tax credit. A couple days later the owner called to say there was manufacturer's rebate that had just been issued and he would apply it to our estimate. 2 men showed up early, which was a pleasant surprise. Both were professional and friendly. They took the time to acknowledge my 15 month old any time he wanted to show them something. They did a wonderful job cleaning up everything. When leaving, they stopped as they pulled out of the driveway because they noticed some small items that were left on the ground. They took the time to show me the work they did and how to work the new thermostat and humidifier. They were the lowest quote we had. We don't normally go with the lowest. But, with all the wonderful reviews we saw on Angie's list, we decided to take a chance. We are very glad we did.

Net well, I got advice that sounded like someone who didn't want to actually work. I know that they were busy, but tell me that. Don't give me some lame advice I can't use.

THE TECH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE OLD LENNOX UNIT THAT WAS OLD, HE WAS ABLE TO GET RE-STARTED & SAVED ME FROM GETTING A NEW AIR CONDITIONER. HE KNEW HOW TO BY PASS THE BAD PART (WHICH IS NO LONGER MADE) AND I THINK I CAN GET THIS TO WORK FOR ANOTHER YEAR. MY OTHER AIR CONDITIONER NEEDED FREON & HE FILLED THAT AS WELL SO I AM SET FOR THE SUMMER. HE HAD TO WORK WITH A LOT OF ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TO DIAGNOSE THE OLD CONDENSER & ISOLATED THE PROBLEM. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE LEVEL, EXPERTISE OF THE TECH & EDUCATION I LEARNED IN THE REPAIR PROCESS. THE ONE AIR HANDLER WAS IN THE ATTIC, WHERE HE HAD TO CRAWL INTO A LITTLE HOLE TO GET INTO & NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THE LIMITED SPACE.

All of the service we have received was top notch. The emergency visit went really well. It appears that we bumped one of the valves into a half way position and caused the pressure to increase in the system and the relief valve to pop. All that was necessary was to drain the system, refill it, and put the bypass valve back in the correct position. The service guy also asked us whether we wanted our spring AC/Heat check while he was here. We thought all of this would cost way more than it did.
