The timeliness of the first call was wonderful. They gave a discount because of Angie's List membership each time.

It took some time to figure out what was wrong because the problem was intermittent. But they did a great job

I had made an appointment for them to go fix my furnace and they never showed up or even called. Once I called them to find out what had happened they just answered, "we forgot." Very unprofessional and definitely a waste of time.

Well my appointment was scheduled from 8am-1pm the tech arrived at approx 145. He did call to state where he was and he was on the way. He explained that a repair went over. Hence the C in punctuality. Once here it didn't take long, he covered his shoes upon entering and got right to work. He was very professional. The Angie's List discount was great also.

It went great. These guys are always dependable, and always friendly. We have trusted All Temp with all our home comfort needs for about 10 years.

When the technician called to tell me he was on his was from his last appointment, he called me to tell me he was on his way. I had just gotten home from an all day Dr appointment and it was the first time I had a chance to talk to him. I told him that I had selected another company, and the technician started to yell at me and verbally attack me on the telephone. When he took a breath and I tried to talk to him he swore at me and hung up the phone. I don't know if this is a good representation of this company or not, but I will tell everyone I know about this level courtesy from this company. I give them at this point an unalterable F-- If I could grade them lower, I would. Please don't use this company.

The services were performed as promised. The technician seemed to go above and beyond.

We have a contract with All Temp. They installed our new furnace. We used them for several years with no problems. They have some kind of customer service contract, and that was $75 for a filter that we needed to be replaced. I guess the pricing is fine; I don't really have anything to compare it to.

I thought the technician was very helpful and informative.

DO NOT go with Besco or All Temp! We installed a heating unit from All-Temp last year. However, the following year (this year) we had the system inspected by Besco. We were told the induction motor was not working so we called both companies for a quote. All Temp wanted $350 for labor, whereas Besco wanted $300. Since we NEEDED a heater for the winter, we went with Besco. They were here for 20 minutes and STILL charged $300. Talk about GOUGING!

That was a good experience. That came out very quickly. That was good. They just had to come out and tell me what I was doing wrong. This was just a service call. I do not have experience with them doing complicated work yet. I was pleased with what they found was just very simple for me. A very simple solution and it was great.

I have used them for several years. I'm very happy with Angie's List. Yes, I would use them again.

Service was excellent--Marvin was the technician and he was terrific, very professional, explained everything and punctual.

The gentleman checked the cut off & found everything was ok.He turned back on my hot water for me.He explained the difference between repair & install & only charged the fee to come out minus my Angie Credit I was very Happy

They tend to be expensive. They sent out a tech. He said I needed freon. He put too much freon in, and they charged me for the freon. I had another company come out here because something wasn't working right, and he said there was too much freon in the system. They couldn't take it out because it was the other company that had put it in. They had to have a supervisor come out or a senior tech to verify there was too much freon. On All Temp I would give them a B on professionalism, that teed me off. Because it happened with one tech, I hate to fault the whole company for one tech's ethics or lack of ethics. It is a possibility I would use them in the future, but I cannot highly recommend them.

Went well. First person that came could not do the repair, so another person can the next day to complete it.
