All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

Arrived within 3 hours, and fixed complicated electrical problem within a half hour of arrival - Tony is a very skilled technician! Allowed me to ask questions so that I understood what he was doing as he analyzed and fixed the problem, which was essential to me - I need to know what's going on as it happens. Great work!

We returned from vacation around midnight with the outside temperature in the 20's, to find our heat out. I contacted All Temp first thing in the morning and explained the problem and they said would have a serviceman come out between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. I received a follow up call shortly after to confirm someone would be as quick as possible since our heat was out. As promised, the serviceman arrived at noon. The serviceman assessed the problem and I received an estimate quickly. The serviceman left to get the part and returned within 45 minutes to get started. As he began the repair, he discovered there was an additional problem, the water supply was clogged. I called my plumber who came immediately and he worked with him to get both problems resolved. I was very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and courtesy of All Temp and would use them again.

What a pleasure it was to work with All Temp. From the moment I called all the way through the service call I had a great experience. I called in the beginning of November for a cleaning. Because of high call volume for "no heat" service calls, they were not scheduling cleanings until the day after Thanksgiving. They contacted me a week later to reschedule for December because they were overloaded with work. I did not mind this at all because my heating system just needed a cleaning. It was very refreshing to have this level of proactive communication from a service company. Often times I am responsible for chasing down a no-show service person. The day of the service call the technician arrived @ 8:30am (my time was 8am - 12pm) and he was very thorough and efficient. He even looked at my humidifier filter and showed me how to change it. I was really happy with the service. The technician, I believe his name was Mauro, was very professional.

Awesome job from start to finish. After calling a few places from the phone book (BLECH) and receiving NO replies (3 different places couldn't call us back). We went to Angie's List and found All Temp. They arrived 30-45 minutes after we called (impressive), found the problem pretty quickly (about 15 minutes of research), and were able to get our heat going again. The helpful tech (his name escapes me) informed that it appears we may have an issue with our lighting unit for the pilot, but said we should be ok through the winter with the fix he was able to make. He was out quickly, and we were warm shortly thereafter! Overall - this was a great customer service experience from top to bottom.

Mostly okay. The only glitch was that I called late in the day. I left a message with their answering service and got a call back right away. The repair person said he had several calls ahead of me so would get there really late, OR, he suggested that I could wait until the AM, and he'd put me first on the list and arrive at 7:30 AM. I chose that option, left him with my address and phone #. Well, 7:30 AM came and went and he never showed up or called. I called the main office and nobody had heard of me, and said that they don't make arrangements to show up early etc. But they were able to fit me in for a little later in the day.

in both areas the workmen were courteous and professional. They were willing to discuss their work and to answer my questions.

They were very responsive when I initially called them. They came out as quick as they could. They were willing to work with us within our budget. They were able to give us a lot of suggestions on how we should handle things. It was overall a good experience.

We got prompt service and they were very professional in how they conducted themselves.

They do good work. They were efficient. I got the discount off. They are a little higher, but it is worth it.

Overall we were very happy with the service. They charge a premium of $125 for just the visit on the weekend, plus parts etc. The first older guy that came buy gave us a little attitude that we called too late and that they might not be able to get parts. As it turned out our blower was located a bit too high for this guy to work on it so they sent over a second guy (arrived within 1/2 an hour) who had the parts needed and fixed the unit in about an hour more. This guy was very friendly and gave us some tips on our furnace care. When I went to replace the filters later that day I noticed a somewhat unkempt mess of wires left behind. A few tie wraps to hold the wires down would have been helpful. I had to push the wires aside to get the filters in. I should also mention that I first tried calling Deljo but they could not have a person over for over 8 hours! All Temp had a person over within an hour. You do the math.

Overall experience was very good. The technician was good, fast and nice. The representatives I spoke with on the phone were polite and friendly. I had immediate problem of fixing the heat during a very cold period, so I was happy with getting an appointment quickly and the price didn't seem outrageous but have little to compare. Only opportunity for improvement: I asked for a 1/2 hour heads up to meet the tech and mentioned HVAC was in crawl space above kitchen. The tech called when he arrived at building, but was nice enough to wait for me. He also hadn't received the message about the difficult location HVAC. Luckily I had taken the effort to get a ladder and prep for tech. Maybe a bit more communication between dispatch and tech.

I have had All Temp in twice now. Both techs who came out were wonderful! They showed up on time and took the time to explain everything to me, without being the least bit condescending.

Very well. We met 3 All Temp servicemen over the course of our furnace repairs, and all of them were courteous, professional and worked very efficiently.

Excellent work, efficiency and reasonably priced! I was very impressed with the efficiency of the work and the explanation of what needed to be fixed. Serviceman even went the extra mile to adjust a part on the furnace to make the door fit, which I was told could not be fixed by another heating and cooling company.

Awesome service. Technician was extremely proficient and was able to rebuild a boiler component rather than replace it. Highly recommend this group. Pricing was very reasonable also and they saved me money by rebuilding rather than replacing.

They did excellent work. The guy who installed it was very good, explained everything, told me things about my radiators that I didn't know. I was very satisfied.

Gentleman named Mauro arrived and got to work quickly. He was neat, professional, and thorough...very pleasant and friendly as well. Went over everything with me after he was finished. Good experience overall, we'll use them again.

The estimator came out on time and gave me an estimate without any hassle. When I made arrangements for the installation, I was told that the workers would arrive between 8 & 10 AM. They hadn't arrived by 11, so I called the main office and just got voice mail. I did not receive a return call, so I called back and got a real person. The installers finally called me about 12:30 and said they were on their way. They finally arrived about 2:30 and could only partially install the furnace. The installer said he would be back the next day. The next day he called and said he was sick and could he come the next day. The next day he called he was still sick. (In all fairness, he did sound sick.) He came back on Friday and finished the furnace, but needed a pump for the humidifier. He was going to come back on Monday, but on Monday he called and said he had to order the pump. He finally installed that on the next Wednesday.

I set up an appointment with Mike for 2 days after I made the call. Mike was about half an hour late, saying he had to go into the office to clear up some paperwork. He did an analysis of my heating needs on his laptop, estimating that I needed a 60,000 BTU furnace. I had gotten 3 other bids, and all of the others thought I needed 80,000 BTU's. Mike's quote was the lowest of the 4, but I elected to use someone else for several reasons. Mike's insistence that the smaller furnace was adequate didn't make me comfortable given the other bids, and, while the Bryant brand was a well-regarded brand, what limited reviews of furnaces I could find gave better grades/repair records to another brand. I also spoke again with the company I ultimately hired, and was just more comfortable with what he was telling me.

Technician Tom York was polite, candid and prompt. He told me the furnace is oversized (excessive BTU output) causing short heating cycles and wasting energy but in good shape otherwise and would last for some years ahead. He said the plenum sheet metal work done by another company replacing the a/c coil in 2006 was poorly done, but no need to correct it until replacing the furnace. I was very pleased with Tom and the work he performed.

Called at 2pm on Friday and was called with a serviceman on the way at 3. He arrived, took a look at the furnace and had it fixed within a half hour. Very friendly and professional.

Went fine. They showed up in the allotted time, towards the early part of the window that they gave. Very professional service person, quick, clean, and prompt. Problem solved.

When I first scheduled this appointment, the earliest they could come out was 3 weeks away. I took the appointment anyway. But on the day the technician was supposed to come out, All Temp called me to say that the technician was sick and said they needed to reschedule. I said of course, understanding that sickness happens. However, they told me that the next available appointment was 3 weeks away!! So, basically, they canceled on me (after I had already made arrangements to be at home that day) and didn't offer to make any accommodations to make up for it!! I told them to forget it. This is the second bad experience I've had with this company and will never call them again.

My phone call was answered promptly and courteously. The receptionist scheduled my appointment for two days later. She gave us a time range of four hours and said she would call my work number when he was on his way so that I could meet him at the house. He arrived within the first hour of the appointed time. He was very courteous and worked in a thorough and timely fashion. The heating was serviced, the problem fixed and I was back at work in good order.

They told us we needed a larger furnace and air conditioner than the other two companies who provided us quotes, so they were definitely the most expensive. I felt like they were trying to oversell us.
