My experience with them has been very good overall because they do a good job. They have a tendency to get confused on scheduling but overall we are satisfied with their work.

Went well. I was referred to All Temp by a friend. I called them and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time, performed the Furnace cleaning and was very friendly. Good price!

Very efficient switchboard and appointment setup. When I mentioned Angie's List, I was immediately informed of discount coupon, as well as their Discount Club, where you prepay for two inspections annually, when heating and cooling seasons start. Those who join also get a 15% discount on parts. As the dispatcher promised, the technician (Lynn) called me before starting out to my house. I was able to time it perfectly and we arrived at the same time. Lynn was honest, intelligent and professional. He took part of the furnace apart to make sure there wasn't a major problem, and showed me how the furnace operation was pointing at a probable problem with the heat exchanger. He gave me information on the projected remaining life of the unit (which was over 30 years old) and advised that I should plan to replace the furnace sometime soon. He included quote for a new furnace. Maybe I lucked out with the tech who came to my house; Lynn told me that he also respects and enjoys working for the company since he also had owned a HVAC business. He told me that people like All Temp because the owners run the company like he ran his own. No scare tactics, no padding, just good service and good advice. Price was for 2 service calls (one prepaid for spring) and replacement of thermocouple.

I liked them a lot. They were pretty responsive and very easy to get ahold of. The guy that came out was pretty fair and also worked with me to help me get the best bang for my buck. He didn't try and up-sell me on anything that wasn't necessary.

The folks on the phone said that the water heater would be under warranty, but that I'd have to pay for labor on the weekend. Fine. The first guy came out and just looked at the water heater's electronics and said "oh boy, look at this stuff" as if he had never looked at a water heater before. He called the manufacturer's customer support hotline and simply did whatever they told him; the water heater still didn't work. He told me they'd have to replace either the electronic controller or the entire water heater, but either way, it would be covered under the warranty. Another guy came to look at it to fix it, but he said the part would have to be ordered. Days later, when the part arrived at All Temp, I was told that because All Temp didn't install the water heater, they could not cover the warranty, so I'd have to pay for all parts and labor, and that this part might not even fix the problem, and then I'd have the option of buying a new water heater from these folks. This in and of itself is fine, if that's their policy, but the first guy to come to our house emphasized repeatedly to me that everything was covered by the manufacturer's warranty and I should not have to pay for any of it. So I told the guy on the phone that that was not acceptable and that I wouldn't pay them to replace the part they had ordered. The guy I was talking to put me on hold, another guy came on, and he very rudely told me he was the owner of the company and that I'd have to pay, and that was that. In the end, I had another company fix the water heater. It required a different part to be replaced, which cost $5 and was covered under the warranty.

They did an excellent job. They were on time for the appointment.

This was the first time we had used their services. It went real good. We were without heat for a couple of days but it was worth it to find a company with reasonable prices. Their technician was very professional, clean and did a nice job.

They came out on time and the price was very reasonable. They cleaned our air conditioner as well as fixed it. I would definitely recommend them to others.

All Temp performed their work promptly, professionally and with exceptional quality. I sought two other bids and theirs was the lowest. Being experienced in construction I could see the attention they paid to detail. within 90 days the unit shut down (my failure to change filters) and they were out to fix the unit within 90 minutes of my call. I have found their service technicians to be skilled and personable. I have recommended them to a number of friends and they were equally impressed with their work.

He initially didn't want to do a few things that I requested. But after I asked him to revise his bid he was willing to work with me. He was alright. He has been real persistent in calling me back to further along out process.

It went very well. The technician was friendly, detail oriented and was great about explaining the system and the best way to use it. We had some questions about an air filter system and he was very helpful in suggesting how to use it and making sure everything was in good working order.

Extremely well. I had first contracted with another company who I eventually canceled b/c they failed on their commitment to show up on time and were excessively expensive. All Temp was on time and $40 cheaper on just simply showing up (the Angie's List coupon was a nice add). Eddie serviced my A/C and stuck around longer than he should have to ensure everything worked as needed. Already recommended Eddie and All Temp to neighbors, and will continue to use them.

Salesman was friendly and they had a great system for me needs. Workers communicated well on arrival times and cleaned up after themselves. We have children and they respected that with good communication. It's been a year now and I could not be happier with this system - instant cooling and heating throughout our 2nd floor. Our utility bills show the efficiency and I believe the system will pay for itself in about 10 years.

Things that impressed me: the service manager got on the phone with some advice even though at that point we didn't have an appt. The repair guy was thorough and patient with my questions and gave me advice on how to navigate the equipment warranties. Same day service; very professional.

I had some trouble with their work a little after they were done. The pressure gauge was up too high on the furnace and the pipes were leaking, because they were not sealed properly. They had to come back out and fix the problems.

We were very pleased from start to finish. Mike Clark came out to take a look within a few days of my call to request an estimate. We had their estimate in hand a couple days after that. Once we accepted their bid, they scheduled the work the very next week! Day one, the team removing the radiators/boiler/pipes was a bit late, but after that everyone was prompt. We were told the job would take 5-6 days, however, Brian and Greg finished in 4. They were responsive to our questions and helped us add vents/duct work as needed in the basement for our upcoming remodel down there. All debris was hauled away as promised. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I made an appointment with this company. They said it was a clogged drain pipe, which they cleaned. That evening, the leaking started again. The same technician came out again and said it was a problematic humidifier which needed to have a shut-off valve installed. In order to do this, we'd have to go into the wall. I hired another company to do this, and they said that this was actually the problem. I found another firm which correctly diagnosed the problem (the cooling coil needed to be cleaned.) All Temp almost cost me A LOT of money, unnecessarily. I will never use them again.

Cannot say enough good things about this company! Our air conditioning stopped working on a Monday and it of course was going to be a really hot week. We live on the 3rd floor with two dogs and it got up to 85 or so degrees in our place so we had to get it fixed right away. Our condo is a gut rehab and we have only lived in it for a year and a half so we were pretty unsure as to what the problem was. I called the company that installed it and he told me he couldn't come out at least for a day in a half, so I told him I would try and find another company and if I couldn't find someone to come out when he could he could come on over. He said he would call to let me know when he could come out. Well, I found All Temp on Angie's list (obviously) and read all the great reviews. Called them on Tuesday morning at 8AM and talked to Sean. He was super nice and said they could get someone out to us between 12 - 5 PM. Luckily my wife could stay home to wait for them. Armando showed up around 1PM, and quickly found out that we had a faulty compressor. He called in our model # on our A/C unit and found that the compressor was under warranty. That alone saved us $1300.00! They luckily had the part in stock so they could come out the next morning and fix it. Armando showed up the next morning and fixed it in a few hours. My wife said he was very professional and really nice, and he explained everything to her and went out of his way when he didn't have to. We also saved $100.00 on our final bill because of the Angie's List coupon! I will recommend this company to everyone in our condo assoc. and steer them away from the company that initially installed the unit (he never even called me back!) Thanks Armando and All Temp

Called and had them quote on replacing an A/C coil. Priced the replacement coil out at $800.00 and scheduled the repair. Had to reschedule for the following weekend (they were real flexible) and they showed up on time for the reschedule. Unfortunately, the wrong part had been ordered which was found out after my old coil was ripped out. Went without A/C for the weekend through Tuesdays. Once they got the new one in (Tuesday), they came out that day at 5:30 to install it. After it was done, they cleaned up everything real nice. Both the folks in the office and their service reps are great and I will use them again.

I would say the experience was positive. They had good response time and the honesty of the person who came out was great. I would hire them again in the future.

After coming out and assessing the situation, the technician recommended we wait to move the unit until after we make some other home improvements that we're planning. He was very helpful, and we will definitely call them again when we're ready for the work to be done.

Francisco fixed the furnace which was not turning on. We asked him to turn on the radiant heat. He consulted with the manager and diagnosed the problem. He came back to fix it but was unsuccessful. Another day the manager came to see it but did not understand the problem. They scheduled a third technician who tried to come at a different time when nobody could let him so they wanted to reschedule. By then (after two weeks) I lost my patience and asked for the diagnostic fee to be refunded. They seemed to care a lot about customer satisfaction. The owner talked to me a tried to solve the problem. I used them again to fix the AC and it went smoothly. The radiant heat was finally fixed by Design Temperature but, that experience didn't go smoothly either. The owner of Design Temperature ended up coming to diagnose the problem properly. So to be fair to All Temp, I should say that the radiant heating problem was not an easy one to solve.

Excellent experience! My A/C stopped working on a very hot day - of course - and this company sent someone over quickly. They determined that someone had plugged a new dehumidifier into the same outlet as the A/C (or something like that) so it blew a fuse. In a very non-pushy way the man asked me if my filters were changed regularly. Not knowing anything about filters (or if I even have them) he checked and of course found that situation to be lacking. I signed up for their twice a year maintenance plan for heating and A/C. They will even call to remind me when it's time for the next visit!

They came out and they made it on time, they were also very quick to get to the bottom of it all. Their pricing was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.
