All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

My prior hvac pro, a sole proprietor, retired. All Temp responded to my phone call with a service call within 90 minutes and the furnace was running again in another 90 minutes. Very happy with the service. I will use them in the future.

From start to finish, working with All Temp was great. Our 18-year old furnace stopped working, and we called All Temp based off the other Angies' List reviews. They were able to come on short notice, diagnosed the problem but recommended a new furnace, and when we decided to replace the furnace, they came the next day and did the work quickly and professionally. All of the people from All Temp I talked to were incredibly knowledgeable as well. I also felt like the price (for a new furnace and humidifier) was reasonable.

Great experience! They came the same day I called, did a thorough cleaning, thorough inspection, explained the current status of the parts (when to expect to replace the ignitor, etc), rather than trying to talk me into parts/cleanings I don't need. Fantastic! Even got 2 coupons piled on top of each other for a price better than I was expecting. I'll definitely hire them to clean my furnace every fall from now on.

The layout of our unit required some creative problem solving by the All Temp team. They were very thorough -- had more than one person come look at it, to determine the right approach. They kept me updated throughout. Friendly technicians, clean service, and clear communication.

Simply excellent. Showed up on time, as scheduled, unlike other vendor we tried before. Very professional. Problem was simple - the unit only needed simple maintenance, the tech didn't try to take us for a ride. Fixed the problem right there, only cost us $ 75. Very nice gentleman, wish I could remember his name!!!

Greg quickly diagnosed & corrected the issue with our furnace short cycling. He thoroughly explained what was happening and provided helpful insight to keep it running effectively. He made sure everything else on the furnace checked out as well. Very impressed, will be receiving all of my future business.

Mike was great recommending the units that would give me great efficiency in my home. He knew his product!! I felt very comfortable with his approach and knew I was getting Quality products at a great price. I appreciate his time and patience. I had both units installed within a week. The installers, Jaime and Ernesto were professional and efficient. They left my house very clean and Jaime ensured I knew how to use my New thermostat before he left. The icing on the cake was when I reached out to Mike to get information to fill out rebate applications he volunteered to fill them out for me! That’s great service! What a time saver! Gelasio, the technician, quickly diagnosed the problem - low level of coolant in the air conditioning unit. After measuring the pressure to confirm the diagnosis and adding coolant, the problem was fixed

I’m writing to just inform customers that all temp lists they have 24 hour service but it is misleading. You can leave a message with their service then you need to wait till the company opens in order to see if they have availability. I called another company that let me know if they had employees available. It was easier to plan for the day.

We had some problems, but we worked them through--- such as miscommunication about cost and the furnace I requested not being in stock. This was the only company that did not try to sell me more than I requested, and I appreciate that. I expect to use this company again.

On one of the coldest days of the year, my tenant's furnace decided to die. All Temp had a serviceman out on New Years Day to take a look. It was clear that it was time to replace the unit. They were able to replace the unit the next day (I know that they had a lot of calls so I was very thankful). Even with the holiday and colder than normal temperature, I felt that I was charged a fair price. Jack (who quoted me) and the installation team were a pleasure to work with. I've used All Temp for many years and their service is the reason that I will continue to use them.

Rich was extremely helpful. The situation was complicated by the fact that I was flying home from a business trip during a snowstorm for the appointment, making it very difficult to reliably arrange a meeting time. Rich was very helpful, flexible, and creative in approaching the situation. We kept in touch as our situations changed unexpectedly and ultimately met quickly. Rich's cleverness minimized my time without heat, and I'm very grateful.

Service technician Marvin came to our home within three hours on Christmas weekend, diagnosed the issue with the damper and had our boiler up and running in no time. He gave us timely, courteous and very friendly service, and we will ask for Marvin again for any future maintenance & service calls! We're happy we called All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning seven years ago for installation and that we continue to receive the best possible service from them.

This company did a wonderful job from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to suggest them for any hvac issues.

The tech cleaned the furnace and checked various components. Was thorough and professional.

Very well. Technician was personable and knowledgeable. Clear in explaining things and gave a few nice maintenance tips. Nice that they service both boilers and furnaces (seems like not everybody does boilers). I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. The only downside is they get booked up pretty far in advance for clean/checks. I think this is a sign they do good work.

It went well. The Cust Svc team didn't communicate pmt to the field team, so they had to come back after providing the estimate, but the work was performed fine and they were responsive.

Fantastic. After 2 visits from a serviceman to do the yearly cleaning/checking, he suggested we needed a new furnace because of serious problem. Our furnace was 15 years old. The project manager came over to also give his opinion and he sent in another expert from the company to weigh in as well. The seriousness that was given to replacing our furnace implied the care that All Temp took to make sure we did, in fact, need a new furnace. After seeing a major crack in the unit (thanks to the opportunity for me to watch and ask questions as the furnace was being checked) reinforced my confidence in what All Temp was telling me. I researched the brand of furnace that All Temp was recommending and was able to see that the overall price All Temp quoted me for removing the old furnace, installing the new one and offering a 10 year warranty was a very good deal indeed. They scheduled the installation within a few days of the final troubleshooting visit. Their installer was at my house promptly as promised and the entire job was done by 2 p.m. The room where the furnace sits was left completely clean and all evidence of their having been there was gone....except for the new furnace. I have been a customer of All Temp for many years...they come twice a year to check and service our A/C and furnace and I have the utmost confidence in them as experts in the field who provide excellent service. This recent experience reinforces my view of them.

Everything went well. Our humidifier is not functioning or bad. They followed up with a quote for replacement.

They gave me a 12pm to 5pm window. He arrived around 1230pm which was great. They fit me in on Friday when I scheduled on Thursday. I also received 15% off due to being a Angies List Member.
