They were on time for the appointment. The work was pretty straight forward, and they did a good job. I have no complaints on the service that was performed.

Honestly, i never heard of AllTemp before consulting with Angies List. I'm glad i did! Very professional in all respects. In addition, the estimator took extra steps to save me money by looking into close-out models on my request. Compared to others who gave estimates including my "old standby", they saved me close to $1000 and made sure I was aware of all the rebates offered by utilities for high efficiency equipment. As others have found out, I would highly recommend and glad i took the extra steps of calling them.

I wrote a negative review a few weeks ago, and one of the owners called me back. He offered to personally oversee the job and make sure it got done correctly. Everyone showed up on time, they made an adjustment to the plan to make things go more smoothly, the technicians were friendly and professional, and their estimate for how long the job would take was spot-on. I'm glad the job got done right.

Check, clean and add freon .

I bought an Angie's Big Deal coupon to have my recently installed A/C unit cleaned. Called All Temp and they scheduled an appt right away. They called 30 mins prior to my appt time and the serviceman arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and friendly. He immediately told me what he was going to do and what he would be checking for. His inspection and service quality was excellent. He not only looked at all the parts of my A/C, but inspected the furnace, coil and filter, gave me tips on which fuses to use in the fuse box, gave me a reminder to change the battery in the thermostat annually and to continue to use the type filter I'm currently using in my furnace. The serviceman was also patient in explaining how the A/C works and what services I might require in the future. He was extremely thorough and again, very professional. I ended up being low on freon and might have a part that needs to be replaced. He helped me decide which service items were a priority and did not pressure me to make a decision right then.

My feelings for this company are mixed since the results are mixed. We called them to clean the furnace because of a discount offered by Angie's List. The gentleman who came out and cleaned the furnace was very thorough. He was pleasant and helpful when we asked questions. We next called for furnace repair because we previously had had such good service from them. Unfortunately the service technician who responded took the furnace completely apart and then he fixed one thing. After that he looked at other parts and said the furnace was too old to fix. He then kept trying to send a salesman out here to sell us a new furnace. We repeatedly told him we could not afford a new one at this time but he insisted we had to have a new furnace and refused to do anything further except send a salesman. Why did he even fix anything? We had to pay for both the service call and the one part he fixed and we still have no heat! When I called the company to make a complaint, the manager explained that the furnace is obsolete and they can no longer obtain parts. Why did the service man not tell us that? Is the manager telling the truth? No matter who is not telling the truth we will never use this company again.

Although I am satisfied with the work performed, my serviceman lacked professionalism in sharing too many personal details about himself/religious beliefs. He was a nice man, however, I would have preferred that the visit was more focused on the job.

Had an AC inspection through an Angie's List deal. The serviceperson was prompt and gave me lots of good info about my system.

They are excellent. I have used them for for both air conditioning and furnace.

I used this company before and went back for the same reason I would recommend them to others. They are organized and responsive when you call to schedule an appointment, show up on time, do a great job of explaining what regular maintenance needs to take place or why a part needs to be replaced and fix it right the first time.

As usual the tech arrived on time and got the work done quickly and thoroughly.

It went okay. The services were good. Their prices were too high so I didn't use them for the additional work.

Went very well overall. Person who came out did a great job. He was very thorough and even checked the registers to see if airflow was good. Air conditioning was running cooler after he was done.

Very easy process from scheduling through service

The young man who came did an excellent job. He hosed out the compresser unit and made sure it was clean as well as balanced on the cement pad.

Everything went fine and on schedule. The price seemed fair.

All Temp came to inspect some water on my basement floor near the furnace and it was determined a pipe was clogged (not typical but this is a new house for us so who knows what the previous owners did or did not do). Since they had been out within the last couple of months to inspect and clean my furnace, there was no charge. They took their time and did a very thorough job!

Anytime we've had any issues they come out, care about this problem, & take care of it. Even with regular maintenance they're up to snuff & really good at what they do. We have been in this condo for 23 years. Since we, moved in there's been a problem getting air to the top floor - We were sweltering for 23 years! We complained to other people about it with no results. All Temp came out though; we explained the problem & they listened, found the problem, fixed it easily, & left no mess behind. I am so happy with their service.

There were no problems with the servicing. Unit was working fine before and after.

AllTemp has always been prompt and done a good job for me. The only hitch this time is that the 'big deal' I used to pay for their service only covered one of the two house air conditioners and AllTemp didn't recognize at the time I reserved the service that they had always worked on two air conditioners or furnaces at my house.
