They did overall good and made some recommendations on services. I would highly recommend them.

I was very disappointed. When I called them, they said that they did not service my area and gave me the phone number of another location. This happened 3 more times until I finally got to someone who serviced my area. However, they would not honor the coupon.

I don't like to write negative reviews, but I am sorry to report that my experience with trying to schedule vent cleaning and gas water heater vent repair did not go well. The price initially quoted me for the overall work seemed quite fair, and the people I talked with on the phone were pleasant. But there seemed some challenges in communicating last-minute scheduling changes to me. The service tech was to arrive between 8.30 and 9.00, and when 9.30 came with no visit, I called and left a message to determine what was going on, as I had taken time from work to be home for the repair. I was told there was a problem with a part for one of the machines and they were going to try to fix the machine and get back to me. Perhaps the job could even take place later the same day, I was told. I was also told that another person (Rick) would call me with an update. After two messages to Rick, I never received a call back. Later in the day, I also called my initial contact, Mike, and left a message saying that I'd not heard anything from anyone about if or when the work would be done or rescheduled. I interpreted this lack of response as All Temp not needing my business. Which I do understand. But what bothered me is that they did not tell me that up front. We scheduled the work and then there was no communication. I also understand that parts need replacing and that machines break down. No problem. But as the customer I shouldn't have to make 3 or 4 calls to figure out what's going on with my service call. Frankly, I was surprised, given the glowing reviews that All Temp gets on Angie's List. I am willing to believe they are good at what they do. I just never had the chance to find out. After not hearing from them all day Friday and then over the weekend, I scheduled with another company. That company sent someone first thing this morning to do the work. Now they have earned my business and recommendation going forward. In this economy, customer service, as well as quality, really matters. Again, the people at All Temp seemed perfectly pleasant on the phone. I just wish they had arrived to do the job or at least let me know proactively that there would be a delay.

They just came in and installed the furnace. They were on time. This is my first time, so there is no comparison.

JASON diagnosed the problem as a leaky compression relief tank. Pressure built up in the hot water lines when the boiler was activated. The purpose of the compression relief tank is to absorb this compression. But, because of the leak, the tank filled up with water and was not performing its job. This caused the pressure in the system to exceed the operating pressure of the relief valve. Jason diagnosed the problem right away. He installed a new pressure relief tank on my system. So far it is working well.

I have to preface this review with the fact that I purchased my furnace and A/C system from All Temp about 5 years ago and spent about $7,000. It was painful. I've had a lot of problems with it. In order to not screw up any warranty issues I use All-Temp for servicing, but if I didn't have to, I wouldn't. I find that their technicians are really nice guys who are very helpful but the back office of this company is sub-par. The prices are high and their service quality is low. This is not necessarily the case with this appointment, but overall my experience with All-Temp over the years has been about at C. I believe I actually gave them an F in the review I did for the furnace and A/C installation. I used an Angie's list deal for this appt so the price was right.

Called All-Temp and asked for someone to come out to give us an estimate on new furnace and air. We were able to schedule an appointment with the estimator for the next day. Matt came out and gave us an estimate. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on HVAC. The Angie's list review along with Matt's knowledge helped to make our decision on All-Temp. Matt took care of the permit and called us back after hours with answers to our questions. Installation Day - Matthew and Enrique came to the house on-time. They were professional, friendly and didn't mind me asking questions as they were doing the installation. They cleaned up after the install and made sure any questions me and my wife had were answered. The price was good and I appreciated the Angie's List discount. Two thumbs up!

They came to clean A/C unit as stated in the deal. There was a clog in the drain line from the dehumidifier. The tech who was doing the work just cleaned the tip of the line and actually pushed the clog further down the line. Over time, the pan filled with water, overflowed, and flooded my basement carpet. Another tech came out the day after we discovered the mess to assess the damages. He quickly identified the issue. The company took full responsibility for the damages and reimbursed us in full. It took about 3 months to get everything straightened out, but they did take care of everything.

We've used All Temp the last two years to check our boiler prior to each season and they've been great. Last year, we had them run a check for the first time since purchasing our home - prior to All Temp we had a annoying floor vibrating buzz whenever the heat kicked on. All temp determined it was a small pump which worked fine as far as heating but had a flaw which created the annoying sound. All Temp replaced it within a week and now our home is peaceful (and warm). This year we had them in for a simple annual check and they were in and out under an hour. Their prices are reasonable, they are efficient and friendly, I'd definitely recommend.

The tech was very professional and pleasant. The price was good, and I appreciated the Angie's List discount. And we have needed the heat already and it did work just fine.

Replaced a two unit building's radiator heating system with a forced air system and did a great job. I was very happy. They did a neat and tidy job in a tight space.

They were really good. They gave me a really good price. They came out and fixed everything. Actually the first time they came, they fixed everything. Then something went wrong. They came back out and fixed it for free after that. They are just really good people.

These guys are awesome: great customer service, great price. They gave me a run down of what work they actually did, and recommendations on what type of filter to use for what time of year. I also recently called to have the furnaces serviced, and they let me know that there was an Angie's list Deal going on, which saved me about 70%. They're definitely my go-to guys every time.

They were very good. They were prompt and cleaned up afterwards and hauled everything away. We needed a permit which cost a fortune, actually there were two permits. Everything is good and we are happy with what they did. The only thing is that the humidifier was not tightened up enough so they had to come out for that. They are going to come out next week to winterize as we have a coupon from Angie's List. They did come out last year to winterize as well.

The technician was VERY knowledgable, did a wonderful job and answered all of my questions. This particular All Temp Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman is by far the Best HVAC person I have had in any of my homes... ever. I will always use them.

I know the company well and the guys are great. I use them because they are good. Nothing was out of line or anything, I have no issues with them at all. They are quick, clean and they get it done right. They use Bryant equipment which is sold all over the place. I would absolutely use them again if needed.

John did a fantastic job installing a new air conditioning unit, complete with new ductwork and everything. He was extremely thoughtful about where to put the ducts, bringing up about concerns I didn't even consider such as a making sure we had an adequate means of egress from our basement. We have a unique house with a living room that has an vaulted ceiling that is at a 2 story level (without insulation), so we had to think hard about what would be the right system. We ended up with a more expensive unit than I probably would have purchased again - mostly because it turned out that we had to replace our heating systems too - but their original bid was better than several others that we got. John was also able to recommend where to purchase (at additional cost) register covers so that the air conditioning registers complement, rather than detract, from the 1920s character of the house. John also installed our new furnace, and did a wonderful job. As I say the house had been occupied by an owner who did "creative" things, which meant that there was no drain for the old furnace and there had been two big holes in the wall to allow in air for combustion. John was able to find a place in a closet where he could run a drain from our 2nd story furnace to the basement laundry room, which was just fantastic. He also patched the holes on the outside wall with metal squares that he painted to match our exterior, even one piece that included two colors. When they had trouble reconnecting an existing AC unit that was in the same space, he came several additional times until it was fixed as well. In all cases he took his time with the installs to make sure that everything was really done right, which was very much appreciated by me and made me come back for our heating replacements. Jason did the boiler replacement, and he did a wonderful job as well. Again, we had some "creative" existing boiler mechanics, and he was able to find a cost-effective solution to connect the newer, much more efficient, boiler to the existing 3 zone system. I was told he was one of their boiler experts and he seemed to have done a great job. The next day was cold and our house heated up well! Lastly, they were all very prompt always, very considerate, very careful with keeping equipment away from my young children in the house, and removed prior equipment without mess.

Our tech was great! He walked us through common issues, pointed out any issues he saw and explained them to us, as well as showed us what and how to do a few fixes ourselves to save money. We feel prepared for winter, and prepared to maintain the system moving forward, and we know who to call if there are any issues or problems. We really appreciated the extra time he spent with us, answering questions and giving us some "straight talk" on what we really needed versus what was a safety issue to leave uncorrected. The tech also offered us the option to join their maintenance program to receive discounts on products and services for a full year -- this is on top of Angie's List member discount as far as I know. He did not push us or give us a hard sell, and the price of the membership seemed more than reasonable considering the age of our boiler. Should we have any problems (gee, I'm sure hoping we don't!!), we will definitely give them a call again.

The company was pretty good. The price was pretty standard, actually more reasonable than other estimates. The installer was knowledgeable & really nice. One of the units was blowing warm air; I called the 800 number & the same installer came out right away, who found the problem & was able to fix it then & there.
