fine. the company schedules appointments within half-day blocks - so you neee to be home for 4-5 periods of time. the repairman called 15 inutes prior to arrival. I appreciated the he put covers on shoes while inside the home.

We had used them before. They came our right away and were very thorough. I would use them again in the future.

The tech explained to me what he was doing and offered some tips of keeping the furnace clean and running efficiently in between services. He also took the time to answer some questions I have as a new home owner. Never once did he make it seem like I was bothering him with 'dumb' questions. This company also serviced my A/C in the summer - I will continue to use them, especially when they promote their 'big deals' for ~$70 to perform A/C or furnace maintenance.

They have been consistent. Everything has gone fine with them.

It went very well. The tech called and asked if he could come early. I was happy that he did. I needed to go somewhere. Tech was very friendly and acknowledgeable.

Service men are always professional and show up on time. I am very pleased with the company and the new heater/service from them.

Used an Angie's list coupon for my annual furnace servicing. The company even sent a reminder email that I had the coupon and should schedule the visit! On the day of the service call the technician was prompt and offered a couple of helpful suggestions for maintaining the unit. He had the record of the coupon and I just had to sign the receipt. I wish they would give a smaller scheduling window. I was told it would be somewhere from 8-1. They do call the morning of with a more specific time - and it was accurate -- but five hours is a lot of time to hold and if they don't come until late in that window then I've lost pretty much an entire day of work for a 30 minute service call.

Frank was so thorough and insisted on staying longer to make sure the house started to heat up. He was amazing!

The cleaning and inspection went well with Angie's coupon went very well.. As the service man suggested, I called the office and explained that the service man recommended someone else do an inspection who was more familiar with ductwork issues. One of the owners came over later and did a thorough inspection and tried some adjusting as an experiment. This was all done at no cost. He recommended a couple of low cost solutions and one that would be more expensive. We are still trying to decide which option to pursue.

Over all it did not go good, 2 no show, no calls, management did not even care enough to call to apologize or explain what happened. I gave them sufficient time (1 week) to call before writing this review. I called All-Temp and received a phone call from their sales person Mark. He gave me a quote of $435 and stated that someone would be out to install a whole house humidifier on Wed Oct. 24th. I told him that his price was a bit higher than other quotes I received but I was willing to sacrifice the price for reliability and timeliness. He reassured me that his technician was going to be there the morning of Oct 24. I get a phone call from one of his technicians a day before the schedule appointment, he was requesting me to reschedule, but I stated to him that I did not want to reschedule, that I had rearranged my work schedule to set the original appointment. He stated that he would be there on time for the original scheduled date then. The morning of the appointment, the technician did not call and missed the appointment. I had to call three different people to figure out what was going on and why nobody showed up and nobody called. I finally got the installation manager who stated there was an emergency call his technician went on for someone who didn't have heat. I find this hard to believe as during those few days before and after the appointment day, the outside temperature was in the 60-70 degrees. He stated that he does not know why the technician didn't call to notify me the day of, but promised to show up on Saturday morning to do the installation himself. I called back in later that day to speak with the owner Rick Jacobs, but they said he would return my phone call within an hour. He never called!!!! Come Saturday, no one showed up. I then called and cancelled the service. This company who claims they have no sub-contractors and are reliable had 2 no calls, no show. Once again, I called in to speak with Rick Jacobs again and he did not return my phone calls. Very bad experience. Would never recommend to anyone!!! One of his technicians called me asking if they could try to come out again and for a discount, but I refused since I've already been completely ignored the past week.

It went well. Maintenance person added 1 gallon of Freon and charged me for that. However in the process of removing pipe, I think he lost more than a gallon of Freon. So net effect for me could be less Freon while I paid for a gallon.

They work for the AC Inspection was OK. I didn't have high expectations, but just wanted to make sure that my AC was in good shape prior to the summer. They found a part that looked deteriorated so they recommended replacing it. I agreed to that work. They replaced the part and the AC was working fine. About a week later, the AC completely stopped working. They came back out and said a second part had failed. At this point, they indicated I could either replace this part and hope no further problems occurred or replace the entire AC unit. I wanted to get a quote for what that would entail, so their estimator agreed to come out and provide me with a quote. The estimator came in took a quick look outside and told me what a new unit would cost. He didn't really take much more time than that. I didn't feel confident in the process, so I told them I would think about replacing the part or replacing the AC unit. I decided to get two more quotes from other Angie's List providers and I'm very glad that I did. I went with another company that spent a lot more time evaluating my environment and recommending additional changes to maximize the efficiency of a new unit. The only thing I will say positive about the quote provided by All Temp was that it was lower than the other two quotes I had received. If I had a better experience with the estimator and had felt that the AC inspection I purchased had been more thorough, I probably would have gone with AllTemp. In the end, I'm glad I chose the other company, even though I paid more, because I felt I got a better quality installation.

They came and did their job on time, and very quickly. We spoke about the industry, he showed me what he was looking for and what levels were good or bad on the gauges, all in all a very pleasant experience. He performed the tuneup and went to his next appontment.

When I made the appointment, I was given a four hour window of time in which the technician would be at my home. I was told he would call me on his way so I would know exactly when he was due to arrive. Indeed, the day of the appoinment, the technician called about a half an hour before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He arrived durning the allotted time for the appointment. He was friendly and courteous, introduced himself and put on shoe covers before coming into my condo. He started my furnace, opened up the front cover, looked it over, listened, asked a few questions and then started to clean and tune up my heating unit. He made sure all the tubes were unblocked, vacuumed the collected dust, checked the motors, etc. He was very thorough. When he was finished, the area was clean and neat. He had a receipt and report written for me, explained how things were working and what I should be aware of. I was impressed with the service and the technician. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly, and I felt he was very honest about the assessment of my furnace. I will definately use them again for my heating and cooling needs.

All of the All Temp professionals who have come to my home to install or service HVAC equipment have been exceptional. I commend them for their professionalism, punctuality, friendliness, and efficiency.

Two All Temps workers arrived on time. They had to work inside, and remove the old heater and air conditioner-related components from the water closet in my condo. That went were; they were professional and efficient. They knew I wanted to install some adhesive tiles on the bare wood floor in the water closet, so they had me do that while they hauled down and removed my air conditioner unit from the top of the roof. They hauled the brand new unit up to the roof, and worked on installed that and also putting the new heater and the new a/c-related equipment in my water closet. The guys were easy to have around, punctual, and diligent. I was pleased with the work they did. The only problem was this: All Temp was $400-$500 cheaper than the two competitors I considered. This is because they do not require a crane -- they haul the a/c down from, and up to, the roof, by hand. Unfortunately, this resulted in damage to our brand new condo building roof -- which our association did not discover until awhile later. Thankfully, All Temp has agreed to make good on the damages. We are getting the roof repairs done shortly, and will be sending them the bill for reimbursement. This is good business, and has maintained my faith in All Temp.

Very punctual. Very thorough. Considerate and sentive to our concerns for cleanliness.

The seemed committed. We did have an issue with putting the cover back on the unit but the worker had a good attitude about this especially since I kind of put them off schedule. He also gave me some good feedback about the system.

Everything met and exceeded expectations.

The cost includes 2 visits, not much I can say but, excellent service from start to finish, very happy with the honesty and referred them to some friends already
