Tech arrived as scheduled and spent adequate time to properly & thoroughly service units. Offered to service humidifier & water heater if desired (declined as this was done the previous Fall). The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. I was expecting to possibly replace the A/C as it is getting older. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy. That was a much less expensive repair or fix vs. replacing the whole equipment. I appreciated his honesty, time spent communicating the issue with me and professionalism. I would definitely use All Temp Heating and Air Conditioning again and recommend them to anyone dealing with air conditioning issues.

I wanted to get my air ducts cleaned and an air conditioner tune-up because they have such great reviews on this site. However the follow-up and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Took me over a week to reschedule after they told me their equipment was broken, then come the day of scheduling they don't show up. I had cleaners scheduled around this appointment. Hopefully no one else will ever experience this.

Very well. Technician Alphonso Alvarez was very professional courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Upon his inspection of our ac unit outside He discovered there was a leak in our ac system and also that it needed Freon. He immediately repaired the leak and added Freon. He also replaced the filter on the furnace. It’s also worth it to be in the discount club

The prearranged window was 8-noon. He called about 7:50 AM to say he'd be there in about 30 minutes and he was. He did the inspections, didn't find any problems, but pointed out some issues that might be a problem and suggestions on how to deal with them.

They did a great job of thoroughly inspecting the finance.

Personable, knowledgeable, and well priced. There were some organizational mis-steps after we decided to hire them, but they worked quickly to remedy them. Installers were also personable, informative, and tidy.

Excellent. I called All Temp because a different company could not solve my issue in three consecutive visits and clearly did not understand the problem. Alphonso arrived, diagnosed the problem, went to the supply store and returned rapidly with a new control board, wired it, tested it, and got my heat running again--all in less than two hours. Very clean, professional, and definitely knowledgeable. I will be using All Temp again in the future.

These guys are my heroes! They came out and installed a furnace during our recent polar vortex when the temperature was -21 degrees. Our furnace stopped working on a Wednesday. The repair man who came out told me we needed a new furnace and contacted John, the salesman, who told me they'd be able to come out the next day to install a new one. Mikial and Enersto arrived the next day and they were great. They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. All Temp was there when I really needed them and I couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommended!!!

My technician GelAsio was prompt and very professional. The home had the heat turned off by the gas company because a plumbing part needed to be replaced by a plumber. Once that was done I needed a hvac professional turn the heat on. The technician was really good and answered all my questions about the system. It’s my elderly mom’s home and she was out of town. I will definitely use their services again in the future. I had called Sears repair twice and when I was caught in traffic they cancelled my appointment. Sears is a bankrupt company so stay away from them. Use a professional company like All Temp that does a great job for a fair price.

Great - Ed Baharopoulos in the best Tech I've ever worked with - he knows everything there is to know about boilers and radiators and he makes sure it gets done right. He got my three upper floor radiators fully bled and fully functional/warm! All Temp is consistently good and Ed is the best..

Zac was wonderful! Our furnace was shutting off before getting our house to the desired temperature. He explained the problem to us and why it was happening. He fixed the problem and explained everything very well. We have used this company in the past and will continue to use them. Very happy!

We had been without heat for several days as we had been out of town so we were anxious during a very cold spell to get heat back up. Then Gelasio, went out to get parts to upgrade the back bone of the control system so the Ecobee would work. I would have Gelasio and All temp over to work on my system again any time. Job well done

The technician was very thorough with the cleaning. I watched him literally dismantle key parts of the boiler and thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the boiler then put the parts back together after cleaning them individually. He then checked the water pressure and made some adjustments. He also made sure that the electrical components were working properly before he completed the job. Well done!

Over the years, we have used All Temp for a number of properties we've owned. For the most part, we had good service. Our most recent project was awful, and we will not be using All Temp again. We bought our current house in February. One of the furnaces failed soon after we moved in April. We had just gotten the ducts cleaned and had received a bid from that firm for a new furnace. We also asked All Temp for an estimate. Your estimate was about $1,000 higher than the other firm, but John Lillis, who came out and provided the estimate, pointed out that the venting through the chimney was not ideal. We went with All Temp, in part because we have had good experiences with you before and in part because you pointed out something that the other contractor did not. The work was scheduled and performed. However, only after it was performed did we notice that it was vented just as before. My wife pointed it out to the installer who told her that he didn't know anything about this and that we would have to speak with John. My wife called John and told him that the work was not done as required. John said that he would call back and schedule the work. He didn't. My wife and I both forgot about this until September. Over the span of about 2 weeks, I called All Temp about 4 times, telling the same story and asking for John. No calls back. The last time, I reached someone. At this time, I was pretty frustrated. The person who answered the call was very sympathetic and apologetic and told me that the owner Rick would call me the next day. I never received a call from Rick and called once more. Finally, John called my wife very apologetically and scheduled a visit the next Tuesday between 8:30 and 9:30 AM. Guess what? No one showed up. There was no call and no visit. I called All Temp again and told the whole story. I was told that Rick was out of the office but that he would call me back as soon as possible. The next day, I called again. After repeating the story, I was told that John was in the office, and that I could talk to him. John said that the person who was supposed to be out got diverted and therefore couldn't come out. He offered no apology other than that that and informed me that he hadn't even be told that I had called the day before. He said that he would call me or my wife the next day "before 9" to schedule a visit. My wife got an email at 11:31 AM: "We can be there tomorrow morning at 7am for an assessment, short 15-minute visit. Is that ok with you?" A 7 AM visit without alternatives or apology. An All Temp person came out as scheduled and told me that John would call later that day to schedule. He did call, but not until Saturday. The rest of the story is what normal service should be. We scheduled the service and the work was performed professionally. I have spent many hours over the last month or so dealing with this issue. I am a busy professional who has many other things I would rather do. I would have been better off calling one of your competitors, asking them to remediate the work, and paying them the relatively small amount of money do fix what you promised to do. Throughout this whole process, I was stunned by All Temp's lack of professionalism. Each time, I had to tell the same story. Each time, John or Rick would get back to me. Very few apologies. A missed appointment. A scheduled visit without alternatives at 7 AM. I don't have to tell you that this is not a good way to do business. (Incidentally, I sent this email to All Temp last week through their "Contact Us" form, and have not received a reply.)

They have been excellent. We have an annual maintenance plan and are very pleased with their professionalism. They let you know when they are coming and are very courteous. We would highly recommend them.

Re: Tune Up Service on 9-28-18 It went really well. I made an appointment for a tune up. The Service Tech, Marvin, and I talked, as he began his routine, about the furnace, its age, condition, noises and what parts and labor repairs would cost - and we compared the cost of a new furnace. His calls to All Temp for prices on parts and availability and then questions about a new furnace, options and prices were answered within minutes. Several service techs have been here during the 17 years we've had this furnace and none has done so complete an inspection, cleaning and assessment of the furnace as Marvin has. He answered all my questions and I have the information I need to decide to repair or replace. Along with the Service Tech, their customer service and internal support were excellent. I recommend Marvin and All Temp without reservation.
