All Systems Installation

All Systems Installation is one of the best tech companies that I have ever dealt with. They did everything quickly, and competently. I just think they did a terrific job. They were all so much less expensive than the other people that we approached. What we needed was some way to see who was coming into our office. We have a counselling practice and we work mostly with offenders referred by the court. So we wanted to see who was coming into our office and be able to bug them or not. All the other companies that we talked to said that we would need a mechanical electrical door strike and that would involve replacing all our locks. All Systems told us that they could install a system and that they had magnetic door strike that would not require us to change the dead vocal which was already in place and we could use that at night when the office is empty. During the day we could use this magnetic door strike which has 600 pounds of magnetic force. A couple of months after we had this installed we had an intense rainstorm and when we got there in the morning the system would not work. The key pad on the outside in which people would put in their individual codes in was not working. It somehow got reset due to power outrage. We called them and they were there within less than an hour and they fixed it. When something similar happened a few months later they replaced the whole key pad. They replaced it with one where instead of having keyboard type keys they gave a bubble keypad. There was no way for water to get in. There was no charge for either of those service calls. They gave us a one year warranty on all of the parts. I will use them in the future.

My phone call was returned the same day. I told the owner that I had two cameras I wanted installed. He give me an estimate and we arranged a date for the installation. He arrived at the schedule appointment time. The job was completed in a timely manner. He chaulked around the wires and tested the equipment. He explained the use of the equipment to me and made sure I was comfortable with it.

The non-profit agency I work for needed a system so that we could see people at our door and be able to communicate with them before admitting them. We also needed to be able to buzz someone in and we had to install a door strike to do this. Because of the kind of lock we had, four of the five companies we got bids from insisted that this would entail expensive replacement of our lock and wiring for a door strike. All Systems suggested a simpler and much less expensive alternative that provides additional security when the office is empty. They also installed a door alarm for our rear door that can be turned on and off and they installed a monitor for that system as well. Their service was great, the price was right and they were completely professional. Tyrice (not sure of the spelling) and his assistant made the installation (wires, etc.) almost invisible and did a great job of demonstrating how to use and program both systems. They also cleaned up after their work like it was their own home or business. Great job!
