It is absolutely a painless process. You ask to be put on their list and then they will come by to clean your gutters the next time they are in the neighborhood and the weather is permitting. They always do a great job and the price is reasonable.

Arrived on time. Always a courteous and mindful crew led by Jesse. I've used them before and would not hesitate using them again. They used a method to work down from the third floor apartment to the ground floor. They are neat, thorough and fast without being sloppy.

The three workers cleaned 28 windows, inside and out, and cleaned the screens too. They did a great job in about two hours. The windows and screens were very dirty. They are now beautifully clean.

They called back right away and set up the appointment within a couple of days. They did the work when we were away, but as far as I can tell the work was completed (I'm not going up on the roof to check). There was no damage to any of our plantings in the side yard, which I appreciated, and they cleaned up when they were done (did not leave gutter debris in the yard).

Everything went perfectly. I spoke with Marlene and she quoted the price over the phone and set up an appointment to have the job done. The crew arrived about 10 minutes early, politely introduced themselves and got to work cleaning all of the windows (inside and out, including storm windows), cleaned the gutters and the sky lights. The crew did an excellent job and were very professional.

They arrived at the time they specified with three men to do the cleaning. I have 29 windows and they were finished within two hours. The windows are spotless and it was the least expensive of the three quotes I received.

The company was prompt, did a thorough job, and was in and out quickly. We would definitely use them again and plan to engage them to do this work annually (probably adding the insides, too!).

They cleaned all the windows--even the roof windows (skylights). They were very neat, did not disturb the plantings around the house, were polite and efficient. They cleaned the glass, brushed off the screens and cleaned the exterior sills. They also cleaned the gutters and downspouts. They arrived, got right to work, and were done in about an hour and fifteen minutes. The owner, Jesse, and his crew were polite and friendly. I plan to have them back on a regular basis.

There was great communication the whole time. They called to confirm that they would be coming that morning. They showed up and were fast and did an excellent job cleaning out our gutters. I'd use them again in a minute!

Went well. My wife would have liked if they had left the storm windows up so that she could open the window up for a breeze easier. Also, some dirty water drips were left on the new carpet in the baby's room but those were small and came out with water.

Everything went fine. I was quoted a price over the phone, and when the workers arrived, I asked if they could remove some vines that had grown over the gutters as part of the cleaning. They said they could but it would cost $40 more. I agreed, but when the work was done they said they wouldn't charge the extra since this was my first time. I was pleased, and pleased with the work.

This company is excellent. Marlene got back to me quickly, the crew came on time and were extremely efficient -- in and out in less than 2 hours. I recommend them highly.

Excellent. I've used All Clear every spring and fall for the past few years. They always come on time, on the day scheduled and do a great job. This most recent time (May 2007) they were running late due to a problem with their truck, but called to alert me in advance.

Scheduling the time on the weekend went very smoothly, but they weren't available on a Saturday for a few weeks. They showed up a little early on the day the work was scheduled. The three men worked very efficiently. The whole process took less than one hour. There were two window screens that they missed on the first pass, but I pointed them out and it was immediately taken care of. They did a great job.

Better than expected! I had been intending to call for months and by the time I finally did, I had little maple trees growing in the gutters. When I called last Friday, Marlene said to expect a 7-10 day delay, but I was delightfully surprised to see All Clear at my home the next morning. I have used All Clear before, they are professional, work quickly and never leave a mess behind!

They did a wonderful job. The windows were spotless and very clean. There was no mess and they were very efficient in completing the job. The company called the day before they were supposed to come to see if they could come later than scheduled the next day but when that didn't work for me, they made arrangements to be there at the original time and confirmed it. I was very happy with the work and would definitely hire them again. I love looking out my sparkling clean windows.

Scheduling to have the work done was easy and we were able to get scheduled right away. I was told that I didn't even have to be home at the time the cleaners came. They would just leave the bill on my door and I could mail in my payment, how convenient. I did happen to be home when the window cleaners came. They were SUPER nice and friendly and did a fantastic job. They were much quicker than expected which was a nice surprise. The guys had ladders needed to get to my upper level windows and made it look easy. I would have never been able to get them clean myself. The quote was exactly what I paid, no surprises. A wonderful company and job well done!

Very well. They scheduled on one week's notice in the spring. A crew of 3 arrived, exactly on scheduled time. The day was very cold for mid-spring, close to freezing, but they used warm water and had no problem with outside windows. They were very neat and efficient, had carpeting to put down under storm windows when they removed them, scraped screens, and replaced everything. No spilled water, and all windows reassembled properly (which has been a problem with previous attempts). They did 57 windows on three levels, including several divided light windows and doors, in about three hours. Excellent job and I would recommend.

I called the company in late November and Marlene told me that it would be 1-2 weeks before they could get to us, depending on the weather. The weather turned warm all through December and we didn't see or hear from them. At the beginning of January, I was about to call to cancel when Marlene called me back and the gutter cleaners came the next day. I was very disappointed with how long we had to wait for them to come, but very happy with their work. They were quick and thorough.
