We have used them for years. Lately they haven t been quite as responsive as they used to. There was some work being done perpendicular to the street we live on and the guy didn t want to come down the street because he didn t want to get dirt in his vehicles so they didn t show up the day they were supposed to. They did call to reschedule, but I wasn t too pleased with that. The time before they had some family issue or something and the woman who works for them who isn t always in the office, sometimes calls from her home.

They were very good! They showed up sooner than I thought they would come. They were quick, and from what I could see they did a really good job.

I was very satisfied, there was a delay because we sent an appointment time but a lady called and told that they had trouble with their trick but we rescheduled for one and a half hours later and they were right on time. There were three men out, 1 outside and 2 inside, and they were careful to not get messes anywhere else and they did a good job and paid attention to what they were doing and did it in record time.

This was easy, start to finish. We were out of town when they were scheduled to come. They came, did the work and left the invoice in the mailbox. It was nice to come home to clean window and gutters with no worries.

They were very prompt on a very short notice. They took care of everything without hassle. They did a good job.

When I called to enquire about a quote, they asked detailed questions about my windows and were able to give me a quote over the phone. I thought the cost was fair versus other companies I contacted. They arrives right on time with a large crew and were very professional and fast.

It was good and excellent. They were very professional and they arrived at the time frame they said they would. They said they would be here between 10 and 11, but they were here 5 minutes before 10.

Scheduling was easy. They came on time and did a great job.

Company was to show-up between 8 and 8:30 a.m. to clean windows and gutters. When they were still a no-show at 9:30, I tried to called them and realized there was a message from the company. Someone had called at 8:00 to see whether there were "any downed trees or power lines" as a result of the previous night's storm. I called back the operator and said my name and that I had 8:00 a.m. appointment before I was cut off mid-sentence. The operator said "Yeah, I know. I left you a message." I said, "I know that's why I'm returning your call." He said, "I called you like an hour and a half ago." To which I responded that I just checked my messages and returned his call as soon as I got it. He cut me off again and asked whether there was any damage as a result of the storm and I told him no. So he said, "Well, do you want me to do the windows or what?" I said that I couldn't have him do the windows because I thought this was going to be done at 8:00 a.m. and I couldn't wait any longer to get to work. I was getting ready to say we'll need to reschedule when he cut me off again and started in about how he called and left a message and I didn't check my messages and he wasn't going to come out there if there was damage. I finally asked why he was getting so hostile. In response he started yelling about how he wasn't being hostile and that I should have checked my messages. I asked him why he was yelling at me and he said go find someone else to wash my windows and hung up on me.

Contacted on Saturday, work was performed on Tuesday as planned. Gutters were full of debris. Cleaned up all debris badged and placed in trash. Some residue was left in bottom of gutters, not a significant amount.

Great! I checked the gutters during a hard rain to see if they were running clear and they were.

They were very professional. They seemed like o.k. guys to have in the home. The job was done quickly. They worked really hard. The skylights are a little smudgy. All in all I think they did a good job.

This experience was complicated. They came to do windows and discovered they were able to do gutters as well. The problem was with the bill. This was on my part as well, they made an error in the bills but I just brought it to their attention and we got it fixed. Just make sure you check your billing.

I've used these guys for several years and have always been happy with their service. They came out quickly, and always do a good job.

From start to finish, dealing with Jesse and his crew is always a pleasure--they arrive on time, do their work quickly and well, and leave my house with sparkling windows.

As always, All Clear did a great job. They work like well-oiled machine. They were on time and set up quickly. They get the job done fast, but do a very good job. The windows sparkled. They were also nice enough to call beforehand and double check if I wanted the windows done that day given the threat of rain. Very professional outfit.
