They were very professional; showed up on time and were clean and neat while in our house. There were a few streaky windows that we can't reach to clean, but overall did a fantastic job.

Came on time. Really nice guys! QUICK (less than an hour). And the product they used on the window had no smell. Windows sparkle! There was a small bit of dirt left along the top of some of the windows and I think it was due to the angle of the ladder on the glass (that it makes it difficult to see that spot up there). But you can barely see it, and otherwise, the windows are perfect. A huge improvement. I'd use them again in an instant (and just check those spots). I barely knew they were in my house.

I found them through the recommendations on Angie s List. They were responsive, got my work scheduled soon after I called them, came out and did the job. Their prices were competitive. The quality of work was good and I will use their services again.

When I called right after Thanksgiving, I was told they keep a list of names and send out crews to different areas, weather permitting, each day. If your area is chosen, they will call the night before to confirm. Since the leaves had just fallen, everyone wanted service all at once, and I was told I'd have to wait--no guarantee about time frame. I agreed, gave my cell phone #, and got a call on a Saturday night (a week later) while I was out of town. The crew came on a Sunday morning, rang the bell to alert my house-sitter (as per my instruction), cleaned the gutters, and left an invoice in my mail-slot. The next day a snow-storm came, followed by another one, so the timing worked out perfectly. I will not be climbing up to check the work, but as far as I can tell they did the job. The phone contact person, Marlene, was friendly and gave me the facts. I plan to have them clean my windows after gutter-cleaning season is over.

They came out and did a great job for me and they were really fast, their prices were very good and the people that came out and did the work did a great job and cleaned up after themselves really well.

They are fast and clean. The only sign they were here was the cleaned out gutters.

Great. They showed up with 4 ladders and 6 men. From the time they took the ladders off their truck until they put them back on the truck was no more than 10 minutes. They bagged up all the debris from the gutters, put it in the garbage can and were off to their next job.

I caught them putting the screens on backwards so that from the inside I can not remove them and asked them to not do this. In order to remove my daughter's screen for Halloween decorations, I had a very difficult time removing the screen, and it wasn't good for the window. Also, the manner in which they handled the screens resulted in so many of them being damaged with the mesh out of the frame. I didn't notice this when I paid them but found the damage later. The gutters seem to be fine.
