All Clear worked me into their schedule. They outlined the fact that gutter cleaning was determined on the weather. I called during winter and was put on the list when the weather broke. They called when it did and were there when promised. The men were polite, fast, and did a great job. They even removed bird nests that were under my gutters. They alerted me to them and asked if they should be removed. They left the area tidy also.

Good I was not home when they completed the work - but it was done thoroughly. They did come one day earlier than they said they would (although there was a prediction for snow the next day - so that's okay) And the amount was $5 more than they quoted. The only other issue is they were very slow to return phone calls (they were on vacation and hadn't changed their answering machine) and they had failed to come once before both of these events resulted in a big delay in getting this done because of the early snow and their vacation. I would use them again however, and when we finally did connect everything was done well.

I called later than usual in the fall for them to clean my gutters, and it had already started to generally get too cold. They were very accommodating, in spite of this, and said they would put my name on a list of addresses to work at when and if the weather cooperated. The first time the weather was good enough, I got a call and they came promptly the next day at the time they said they would. I've used them before, and will continue to do so.

Very prompt, quickly completed the requested work during the winter.

Excellent. Marlene was professional and friendly. Managed the ''list'' fairly. Crew came and completed work. Left invoice. Work done cleanly, with all mess hauled away. Wonderful.

This company is great. The combination of leaves falling late, and weather getting bad early, meant that our job (and many others) had to be postponed again and again. They called once to alert us that the workers might come one Sunday, but the weather didn't permit. Then they called two days before Christmas and came out on Christmas Eve! I told the crew that most of the leaves were in the porch gutter and probably none at the second-floor level, but they checked everything to be sure--then told me that I was right, and gave me a discount. I can see inside the gutters, and they are clear. I really appreciate this company's persistence--I think most would have just said ''forget it'' under these conditions.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB, AND WERE FINISHED IN ABOUT 45 MINUTES ON 19 WINDOWS. BEFORE THEY ARRIVED I WENT AROUND AND UNCLIPPED THE SCREENS, BUT ONE OF THE MEN DID USE A SCREW DRIVER TO REMOVE ONE WHICH I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT. OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

PAINLESS. I DIDN'T HAVE TO BE THERE. THEY DID. THEY LEFT A BILL. I PAID IT. THEY MADE IT VERY EASY.

I HAVE HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH ALL CLEAR. I HAVE USED THEM THREE TIMES NOW, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. ONE TIME THEY EVEN CUT DOWN SOME BRANCHES THAT HUNG OVER OUR ROOF. I INTEND TO CALL THEM THIS FALL TO CLEAN MY GUTTERS AGAIN.

THE CREW OF 4, CAME WITHIN 48 HOURS OF MY CALL. THEY WERE CLEAN, EFFICIENT AND RESPECTFUL OF THE PROPERTY. THEY WERE CAREFUL OF THE PLANTINGS AROUND THE HOUSE AND COURTEOUS ABOUT NOT DISRUPTING INSIDE FURNITURE, ETC. THE WINDOWS HAVE NEVER LOOKED BETTER.

THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK QUICKLY AND WELL. WE WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

PROMPT SERVICE (CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER I CALLED). DONE IN A FLASH.

JESSEE AND TWO MEN ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY WASHED ALL GLASS PANES, LEAVING A FEW STREAKS. ONE OF THE MEN SEEMED INEXPERIENCED, AND BENT SEVERAL SCREEN FRAMES BY FORCING THEM OUT. I MANAGED TO FIX MOST OF THEM LATER. MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THAT THEIR DEFINITION OF A WINDOW IS THE GLASS PANE ALONE. THE SPACES BETWEEN THE WINDOWS AND SCREENS, WINDOW AND SCREEN FRAMES, AND WINDOW SILLS WERE NOT CLEANED. THESE ELEMENTS LOOKED DUSTY BEFORE THE JOB, AND MUDDY AFTER, WHICH WAS MUCH WORSE. JESSEE CLAIMS I SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM TO CLEAN THE FRAMES FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE. I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME, BECAUSE IT'S ILLOGICAL TO LEAVE OUT PARTS OF VINYL THAT TOUCH THE GLASS. TO HIS CREDIT: HE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR CLEANING A SECTION OF A GUTTER (SEEING I WAS UNHAPPY), AND AFTER SOME PHONE CALLS HE CAME BACK WITH A LADDER TO MOVE A STATUE BACK TO ITS PRIOR POSITION ON A VERY HIGH WINDOW SILL. BUT OVERALL, I WAS NOT PLEASED. SORRY, BUT I AM GOING BACK TO AJ THAT ALWAYS DID A SUPERB JOB.

CALLED ONE DAY AND RECEIVED THE SERVICE THE NEXT DAY. COST HAS INCREASED (ABOUT $20) SINCE I LAST USED THEM, BUT STILL A VERY AFFORDABLE SERVICE. THE CREW WAS FAST AND FINISHED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. FOREMAN WAS PLEASANT AND POLITE. I HAVE USED ALL CLEAR BEFORE AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE, DUE TO RAINY WEATHER. THEY WERE GOOD ABOUT FOLLOWING UP ON THAT, HOWEVER WHAT I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE WAS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE WORK CREW, AND CAUSED MINOR CONCERN. I WAS TOLD THAT NO ONE WOULD HAVE TO BE HOME. WHEN THEY CAME THEY RANG THE DOORBELL AND NEEDED TO TALK TO ME BEFORE GETTING STARTED. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THE SCREENS COULD BE CLEANED FROM THE OUTSIDE, BUT APPARENTLY THAT WAS NOT TRUE EITHER.

THE TEAM TOOK THEIR TIME AND DID THE JOB RIGHT. I NOTICED SOME STREAKING AFTER THEY'D LEFT, BUT NOT VERY MUCH GIVEN THE NUMBER OF WINDOWS THEY DID. WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN.

JESSE AND HIS TEAM WERE GREAT. I THINK THAT THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED, AND THEY KEPT EVERYTHING TIDY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY NEIGHBORS, AND WILL HAVE THEM BACK AGAIN.

THEY WERE ON TIME, AND FINISHED THE JOB QUICKLY (15-20 MINUTES). WHILE THEY DID A GOOD JOB, THEY SEEMED OVERPRICED. STILL, THEY CLEANED THE GUTTERS SPOTLESS AND CLEARED AWAY THE DOWNSPOUTS. IN A PINCH, I'D CALL THEM AGAIN, BUT WILL PROBABLY TRY TO DO IT MYSELF IN THE FUTURE.

MARLENE WAS QUICK AND HELPFUL. OFFERED US THE OPTION OF CALL-WHILE-WE'RE-HOME OR CALL-ANYTIME. WE CHOSE THE LATTER. SHE SAID SHE'D FIT US IN WITHIN THE NEXT 3 DAYS. IN 2 DAYS, THE GUYS WERE THERE AND GONE, DOING A FINE JOB. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. HAVE USED THEIR WINDOW-CLEANING SERVICE BEFORE AS WELL AND FOUND THEM THOROUGH AND VERY REASONABLE.

APPEARED AS SCHEDULED. WORKERS DID EXCELLENT WORK, LEFT EVERYTHING BACK IN PLACE. SERVICE WAS PLEASANT; WENT ''THE EXTRA MILE'' ON A COUPLE OF ITEMS WITHOUT CHARGE.

I WAS ABLE TO MAKE CONTACT THE FIRST TIME I CALLED, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE SERVICE WITHIN TWO WEEKS. I DID NOT PRICE COMPARE SO I DO NOT KNOW THE VALUE I RECEIVED, BUT OUR WINDOWS ARE QUITE CLEAN. I DO WISH THEY WOULD HAVE CLEANED THE INSIDE SILL OF THE WINDOW, BUT IN ALL FAIRNESS I DID NOT REQUEST IT.

THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND THOROUGHLY. GOOD OFFICE SUPPORT, ARRIVED ON TIME, DELIVERED AS EXPECTED. I LIKED THAT THEY HAULED THE TWO BAGS FULL OF LEAVES AND DEBRIS THEY CAREFULLY COLLECTED, TO THE ALLEY, FOR PICKUP. THE EXTRA $20 TO CLEAN THE GARAGE GUTTERS WAS WELL WORTH IT! I HAVE DONE THIS IN THE PAST MYSELF. IT TOOK THE ALL-CLEAR TEAM LESS THAN 15 MINUTES TO DO WHAT USED TO TAKE ME SEVERAL HOURS. WHAT COULD BE IMPROVED? IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY HAD OFFERED TO CLEAN OUR SKYLIGHTS WHILE THEY WERE UP ON THE ROOF.

THE WORKERS SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY PERFORMED THEIR WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY, BUT ALSO TOOK GREAT CARE WHEN REMOVING OBJECTS OR WINDOW TREATMENTS IN THEIR WAY. THE WINDOWS LOOKED GREAT WHEN DONE. THE PRICE WAS FAR BETTER THAN ANOTHER COMPANY I USED TWO YEARS AGO. THE FOREMAN, JESSE, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY, AT THE TIME EXPECTED. THE WORKMEN WERE NEAT AND COURTEOUS.
