There seemed to be a misunderstanding about the day agreed upon to do the work. However, the work was done quickly and unobtrusively, and as far as we can tell it was done well. The price was what had been quoted on the phone and seemed reasonable.

This was easy. I called, they came out right away. No fuss, no bother. They took all the gutter muck with them which is a big help. I have used them in the past and plan to use them again.

Marlene and the entire crew were an absolute joy to deal with. The quote was provided efficiently and the crew arrived on time. The screens and storms had been taken out and were out of order. All Clear cleaned the windows, screens, and storms. Then, they sorted and replaced the screens and the storms. There were other workers in the premises doing painting etc. and the window washers worked efficiently and pleasantly around them. These people are total professionals and have my highest recommendation.

Four workpersons were at the house and completed the job in a fast and efficient manner in approximately 1 1/2 hours. Windows look great!

Overall, I was very pleased. Although they were an hour late, they apologized for being late when they did arrive, and all of the men were extremely polite, did their work well and without making a mess, and were considerate of my napping children. The windows look great.

Good first impression dealing with them via phone. They sent someone out to look at the building to provide an accurate estimate, which I thought was great. Appeared to do a good job on the outside windows - no major issues. I am not sure that they were able to clean all the windows since they may not have had full access - I would use them again but would clarify if they needed additional access.

Good overall experience. They originally quoted us $225 for the job, but after doing the work they said that since our gutters only went around the back of our building it would actually be less expensive (final charge was $125). I thought that was extremely ethical as we wouldn't have known the difference (and since our gutters hadn't been cleaned since we all moved in 3 years ago and were apparently required a lot of cleaning). They were also very friendly and helpful on the phone, and even made arrangements to fit us in earlier given that we we found out that there was some runoff b/c they needed to be cleaned, so badly.

They had a bad attitude, when my wife called back asking if they clean the area between the window and screens. They also said they were very busy and could not come out for three weeks. We called another company.

I called to enquire about their prices to clean the windows of my third story condo. Marlene told me they'd have to come out to see if their ladders would reach high enough, and they'd let me know. I didn't hear back from them. I called again two weeks later to ask why I never heard back. She said she'd check with the owner, and called back to tell me the owner claimed to have left a message on my home phone that their ladders couldn't reach. He never left that message

I called All Clear after having a bad experience with another company. Because our condo is on the 3rd floor, I made sure to convey that information to Marlene. The owner came out on Sunday, evaluated the building, and then Marlene notified me that they COULD do the work. They fit me in the very next day, even though this is the busiest season. The work they did was thorough and careful. They even checked with my neighbor before using her yard for setting up their ladders. I would highly recommend this company!

We were very pleased with ''All Clear''. Marlene and the workers were all very professional, quick, and friendly. You don't even have to stay home to wait for them! Can't beat that!

The company is great. My call was returned promptly; the cleaning crew was on time to the minute. Everyone on the crew was pleasant and easy to have around and worked quickly and efficiently. In addition to general cleaning, we had cement from neighboring construction on several windows which they removed easily. They will be our new permanent window cleaners.

They got us in right away (less than a week from my call), showed up to the appointment exactly on time, and finished very quickly. All the guys were really nice and made sure not to make a mess.

I called Marlene in the morning for an estimate for cleaning the windows of our 6-unit condo building. She wasn't sure if their ladders would be tall enough for our 4-story building, so she sent someone to come take a look, during the day. Marlene called me back at around 4 pm the same day, with the verdict. It turned out their ladders wouldn't reach our top floor windows, but I was impressed that it was all resolved within a day. I definitely appreciated their responsiveness.

I had All Clear come out to clean my gutters as well as 3 neighbor's gutters. They also cleaned my windows (exterior). It was very easy to set up the appointment. I received a reminder call to leave the gate unlocked the night before. They showed up promptly and cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend this company.

Called Marlene late on Wed, evening figuring I get her voice-mail but to my surprise she answered. Very courteous and accommodating. She initially told me no one could come out for a week but when I told her I needed them cleaned ASAP she squeezed me in. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. Very Nice crew!

Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. They did everything in a few hours, asked questions when they needed clarification, and even cleared debris off the roof. We plan to hire them annually for our spring clean up.

All Clear performed the work promptly and came without anyone having to be there to meet or assist them. They came, did the work, and left a bill. I would definitely use them again next year.
