All Clear Window & Gutter Cleaning Co

Company decided parking was "too difficult" to perform the work so they left. Had I been told that they could not fit their truck into our garage (left open for them) I would have blocked street parking space. This is Lincoln Park and most companies servicing this neighborhood have figured out ways to work here. When I called them back to re schedule I was told they would but after that I haven't heard from them and the weather became more seasonal. There have however been weather breaks when this job could have been done. I have used this company once before but would not call them again.

While the information was disappointing, I was very impressed with the honesty and advice to look elsewhere. I did find another company to do the work, was given a 10 business day time-frame, which they were able to keep.

I've used them before and they continue to be very efficient and responsive.

Very professional on the phone. Up front about possible delays due to weather, but crew completed job on originally scheduled day. Windows look great and can tell garage gutters thoroughly cleaned. Difficult to comment on house as we were gone when work was performed. Assuming gutters clear this winter, will definitely hire next year.

I phoned All Clear and spoke with nice woman over the phone. We easily set up the time for them to come and clean the windows. She explained their pricing very precisely. The workers arrived on time. We discussed briefly some details and they got to work. They were quiet, respectful of my space and worked neatly, except for one incident by the back door. At that time water was slopped all over the floor and I discovered it after they had moved to do the outside. That would be my only complaint. At the end, the foreman gave me a discount for some smaller windows, and when I pointed out an area they missed, he got back on his ladder and cleaned it himself. They did a good job, were reasonably priced, and they worked efficiently. I would use them again.

Scheduled appointment for the same day we called. Came home from work to find clean gutters and an invoice for services. Very nice crew!

Great. They showed up when they said they would. The price was stated up front and I thought was reasonable. I will use them again for fall cleaning.

Work not performed. Went with a lower bid from another contractor obtained thru Angie's List. I dealt with a very professional person on the phone who was able to give me a quote within minutes. We are a 6 unit condo association and the building is 100 years old so we really have to watch the budget.

2012 update: Still happy with there service and quality of work. All Clear Window & Gutter Cleaning is The Best! We've used this service several times since purchasing our home (1999). We tried "doing the gutters" ourselves a couple of years but it was really too much work (wet, dirty, dragging heavy ladders all around the house...whew!) Now we have All Clear come out and clean twice yearly: spring and autumn. Choose All Clear, they are a terrific value - efficient and affordable.

They did a great job. I called on a Friday, and they came out that day. I think they are a little expensive for the amount of work that was done. Overall, I was very happy to have the job done so I can't complain too much.

Marlene was great on the phone and fit me into the schedule as soon as possible. The crew was great. They showed up a little late, but they worked incredibly quickly and made sure each window was spotless. What a difference it makes! My house was so much brighter afterwards. It's worth it to me to hire these guys at least once, maybe twice a year.

I called a number of window cleaning companies before getting this name off the list. The service was wonderful, the job quick and efficient. My upstairs neighbor, unbeknownst to me, began power-washing her deck while the window washers were finishing up. They stayed and re-cleaned the kitchen windows which were affected; totally above and beyond what was contracted for.

This company is always responsive, professional, and thorough. We have used them at our former house in Bucktown and now in Oak Park. I would recommend them 100%.

On time, in fact 15 minutes early. Quick and did not leave a mess. Did fine job. Did trample a few plants in the process.

Marlene was very helpful on the phone and told us that we did not have to be home for them to complete the job. I ended up being at home, but they did their thing as though I wasn't. They completed the job in less than 15 minutes and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. Our only complaint is that there is a small but noticeable dent in the gutter in the front of the house that is where the ladder had been placed. It is purely cosmetic, but had not been there before the work was done.

Jesse called back with a quote same day. Price was 20% higher than the vendor we selected.

The crew was nice and did a good job, except for one window. The leader of the crew (owner of the company) was not friendly and when I asked him about the still-dirty window, he cleaned it but shattered the storm window behind it. He didn't offer to lower the overall price, but offered that he could bring the storm back repaired in a week. Meanwhile, my old window would be exposed to the rain.

They were very polite and accomodating on the phone when I called to inquire about gutter cleaning. The representative said they could get someone out to our house that week, and in fact, they showed up the next morning. They cleaned the gutters on the house and garage and left us a bill (while I slept). Other than the clear gutters (which had not been cleaned for at least 3 years and are blanketed by a huge maple tree), there was no evidence that they had been here. I will definitely use them again.
