When the order arrived on of the stools was damaged. affordable agreed to replace the chair. It has been 4 months and nothing has been done.

Consistently they have lied about delivery dates, made promises on shipping and did not deliver. They have been rude, hung up on me and have generally lied and mislead me every step of the way on my order. I have no ability to get any furniture and can't open my restaurant. They are close to putting me out of business. I am trying to find any way I can to survive now. I have their empty promises in writing but that will do me no good when I am out of business.
Description of Work: Ordered restaurant furniture on July 23, 2012. To date - today on October 8, 2012 I still have not received my order.
