ADR Carpet & Duct Cleaning

It went real well. I would use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it went fine. It was my first time using this service and nothing particular stood out; it was about what I expected.

I usually clean my own carpet but was in a rush (my tenants moved out) so I checked out Angie's List. On Friday morning, I called ADR Carpet and Antwone answered (even though it was the last day of the month and he was busy). I requesting his services to clean the lower floor of our condo. I needed the entire carpet cleaned as early as possible on Saturday morning. He arrived at 8am sharp and cleaned a large family room, long hallway and large third bedroom. He got out stains that I thought he couldn't. I also decided to have him clean two 2x7 area rugs while he was there. The carpet looks great for being 12 years old. Wow. I will use him again when needed.

Antwon worked hard and did a great job. This is the third time we've used his services and we are very happy with his work.

Seemed about like previous carpet cleaning experiences. Everything went fine--no problems but also nothing particularly outstanding either. Would use them again because they seem solid and reliable.

Antwan (I apologize if I spelled his name incorrectly) called to see if he could come early. No problem. He went right to work and was kind enough to also do the cushions from my glider rocker for a small extra fee. I will definitely call him back when needed. There is an association meeting for my condo association on Monday and I plan to give out a few of Mr. Reese's cards.

Got the special from Angie's list. Confirmed the date and time. He showed up on time, did a great job. Friendly, down to earth, hard worker. Did Great job!

The owner called to confirm the appointment. He showed up a few minutes early, and went right to work. He cleaned three rooms and one hallway of white, berber carpeting. The carpet was in bad condition- had a few older coffee stains, other stains, and dirt where the carpet had heavy traffic. He managed to get the entire area completley stain and dirt free. It really looks like new. I am very pleasantly surprised! I will hire ADR Carpet and Duct CLeaning again, and would recommend them to anyone. The owmner does the work himself- and is very friendly and cheerful.

Scheduling was easy. The service rep kept us informed regarding arrival time and was punctual. Work was performed satisfactorly. Unlike some other services who hand a hose running from their service vehicle to the cleaning nozzle/wand, this service brought a machine into the home. The machine was basically a commercial grade version of the type of machine that would be provided by a rental outlet, and then it had to be moved around the house from room to room. Not much of a problem for the technician, except when the machine had to be taken into our lower level to do a family room and the stairway. While not unsatisfied with the quality of the work, we thought this vendor was not as invested in the equipment as we were used to from other vendors.

I was able to get a hold of them quickly and I needed oriental rugs cleaned. They told me that they did not offer that service. They were very professional and honest. I decided to contact Angie's List for a refund.

The cleaner showed up on time and was responsive to my text and calls letting him know that I was running late with a sick kid. He was very accomodating and waiting for me to arrive. He did his work while we were there, got out some tough stains and did a good job. I would use again.

I called ADR and was able to schedule service for the next day. They were fantastic! He arrived on time, confirmed the price he had given me over the phone and was efficient in cleaning the space. He was very friendly and I plan on using this service again.

We use ADR about once a year, when our carpet situation is dire. They are great with working around our workday schedule, are always courteous and do a thorough job. We're always satisfied with the job they do and will continue to use them.

I called and left a message after hours and Antwon called me back first-thing in the morning the next day. He quoted me the price and it ended up being exactly what he quoted on the low end. He had great availability and arrived within the window that he said he would. He arrived and put on shoe covers over his shoes. He was polite and professional. The quality of work was great and I can no longer smell the pet odor. (I've had the sectional cleaned in the past for this reason and they couldn't get rid of the smell.) Antwon was also very friendly to my dog. :)

I was aware that heavy furniture, like beds, dressers and bookshelves would not be moved by the operator. He agreed to clean the carpeting under those objects, if they had been moved ahead of time. In the bedroom, the bed was high enough off the ground to get the cleaning tools under it. But that was not done. In the living room, the chairs were moved and the carpet under them were cleaned. However the sofa was not moved, although it was not a heavy item to move. I asked if he would clean the stairs in lieu of the third room that was included in the Big Deal. I also offered to pay any additional cost, if the number of stairs exceeded his standard rate. He declined. It needed a special tool to do that job, and he did not have it with him. The stain protection was not very effective. There were dirt marks remained on the carpet in the living room, after the cleaning solution dried. Overall, it appeared that the job was being done as a discounted service. The time spent was just enough to complete what was in the contract. The fact that there was one less room than what had been agreed to, did not elicit any consideration for additional care and/or attention to the areas that were being treated.

Antwon was awesome! I called Antwon two days earlier asking for help on cleaning carpets. I mentioned to him that I need someone quick, as I was moving out of my rental property. He heard the sense of urgency in my voice and arranged to come out first thing Sunday morning to help me with the carpets. Antwon was responsive, professional and a joy to work with. I cannot say enough about his service and the quality work that he provided.

Purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for carpet cleaning for 3 rooms. ADR did a good job at a reasonable cost. Would do business with again.

It didn't go very well. I don't feel that they did a very good job and I don't think I got my money's worth out of the service.

They did a fine job and said I should do the same carpets every six months. They may have done it in June, we moved into our house in July and I had the carpets cleaned before then. They did three rooms and hallway for the 119-dollar special. He was very prompt and he was on time to the appointment and was very responsive. He took care in moving his carpet in and out of the house. He wore booties over his shoes and he was quick. The carpets were not soaked. He was very prompt, quick and we were very pleased with him. He just did carpet cleaning.

Due to a break-in at our home and the subsequent police activity, we needed the carpeting cleaned again. We didn't hesitate to call ADR to take care of the work because of our positive experience this summer. They arrived on time and did an excellent job.

Pick up of designer carpet, careful cleaning and delivery to a different address. The quality of service was superb and importantly, each interaction on the phone to make arrangements and specifications, were professionally thoughtful. Without hesitation I would use this company again in the future and recommend highly to others.

I was under the assumption that the would have brushes etc to go into the duct work. Instead, he came with a vacuum with a 3 inch hose that wouldn't fit into the vents. He did what vents he could, but not all of them and they didn't do a good job. They were clean, courteous, and nice people, I just thought they would be better prepared.

Anton arrived on time. I was impressed when he put the booties on his shoes. He was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend his work and will definitely use him again!

Did neither a bad nor a great job. Did not touch up spots on the carpet which I got out later without much effort.
