ADR Carpet & Duct Cleaning

ADR has been cleaning our carpets and upholstery annually for four years now. He shows up on time, and calls to confirm arrival time too. We will continue to use them. We originally found ADR on Angie's List.

The young man arrived at my home in a timely manner and followed my instructions as they were given.

Showed up on time. Steam cleaned three bedroom carpets and a hallway.

A messy job handled well, with a good outcome.

Anthony was very accomodating when I needed to change the date last minute due to a sick kid. He showed up on time, was very professional and considerate of my napping child. Everything was very clean - he did a great job undoing the damage my 2 little kids had done.

ADR came in to do an estimate, which was spot on with the special that was advertised on Angie's List. They came back at the agreed upon time, were professional and got the job done quickly. The carpets were noticably cleaner (we rented a house and the landlord assured us the carpets had been cleaned, but looking before and after that was not the case). We would definitely used their services again.

One of my cats had vomited all over the couch, and while I could get the stain out, the smell wouldn't leave. Bought the $125 Big Deal (reg. $195) to clean and scotch guard a 3-person sofa and additional loveseat. Scheduling was all done by email (which I prefer), and we picked a Tuesday morning to have the cleaning done. That Tuesday happened to be some of the worst winter weather all year, so we rescheduled for Friday. They were on time and did a wonderful job on the couch and loveseat. The smell is completely gone and both looked like new.

The were informative and they showed up on time.However, they discovered that my air ducts were closed so they could not perform the service.

He is punctual and does the work well.

Everything went very well. He was flexible on timing to fit my schedule. He arrived when he said he would, was very polite and did and excellent job.

Driver was prompt and courteous. However, I think I could have gotten the same quality from renting a carpet cleaner from Home Depot and doing it myself.

Because my daughter has asthma, ADR is a frequent guest in our house. Their cleaners usually clean the air ducts and vents for us as well as steam clean all the furniture including my daughters sleeping area (well, this service is called mattress cleaning). I know for a fact that they use natural cleaning products that do not contain any harsh chemicals my son may be sensitive to. They are doing a great job for us and my daughters asthma attacks are being significantly reduced after such cleaning visits.

He showed up on time and went right to work on our carpet. We have 2 cats (hairballs) and a large dog. We also have 2 teenagers and a 20 year old and we all eat in the living room at one time or another because thats where the big TV is. We also all spill from time to time so the carpet was very soiled and needed cleaning badly. He did a great job considering the task we gave him.

The service was good. The man who came out was on time and fast. He did a good job.

They worked very well and were efficient. They helped my wife move some things which was a little bit of extra service which they didn't plan on, but they were really helpful. The gentlemen waited and showed a high level of customer service so I'd highly recommend them for carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Professional and friendly. Explained how long it would take, how long to expect to wait for it to dry. I will hire again.

ADR does a great job at a fair price. I have used them many times.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out okay. It did not really cover what I wanted it to cover. They were flexible and they changed it up. They did what they said they would do. They did a nice job and I think their price was competitive.

They did a great job, showed up on time and the finished project looks great.

Antwan came out and got right to work with his equipment. Our sofa was beautiful and smelled fresh. Rug came out brilliantly. Will certainly call him again - we have two cats so I'm sure there will be reason.

They were satisfactory. They did a nice job. I did hire several carpet cleaners and they were the only ones who did not clean my stairs. Everybody else, whether I ask them to or not, clean the stairs. I didn't aske them to clean my stairs but they didn't ask me either and they didn't offer to. I haven't paid much attention to it until they were all done. It's a minor problem. If I asked them to do it ans they didn't do it, then that would have been a big problem. They did a good job and I can't complain about their work. They literally did what they said. They did not go anything above and beyond.

i have a 2 story apt. the bedroom (attic) is a large open space, with a hallway housing bathroom and 3 closets. its fully carpeted. as are the 2 stairs leading up to it. the first floor has 2 oriental rugs and 2 sofas and carpeted stairs to front and back door. he cleaned the rugs, carpeting and sofas. he had finished and packed up when i realized i hadn't told him about the stairs leading to the front and back door. he pleasantly unpacked and cleaned those areas. what a guy!
