Description of Work: They cleaned a couch and loveseat that were very badly stained from pets. He warned me that he would not be able to get the stains out because they were there for years and offered a "refund" but I told him to go ahead and just do the best he could. Yes, the stains are still there but the couch and loveseat are cleaned and I am able use them. I appreciated his honestly and would use them again.

Response from ADR Carpet & Duct Cleaning
Drying time varies depending on the carpet as well as other thing but really the carpet and it usually 6-8 hours to dry. As far as the spots we do the best you can with the spots and have a excellent success rate . But there are some spots that won't come out and it varies what did you put on it (outside products) how long it's been on the carpets without any treatment. We try to explain these things the best way we can to consumer's but that always doesn't work.

Description of Work: We did our research of another company but accidentally purchased this one. The service pretty much consisted of a wet/dry vac, without attachments, and he reached his arm in our ducts. I didn't feel it did any good. Other services may provide more for the money.

First we do have attachments and we use them the machine is not a wet/dry don't think customers would take us serious with a wet/dry vac you get from Home Depot. We also use 25 feet of hose so no need to stick our arm in the vents, we tell our customers how we clean the ducts before they book it . If there was any problems with what we told them before hand they could have got a refund.

THE PHONE INFO WAS VERY HELPFUL.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY DID NOT DO THE WORK BECAUSE MY VENT SYSTEM DIDN'T ALLOW FOR IT. I CONTACTED THEM BY PHONE AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. ALTHOUGH THEY COULD NOT DO MY WORK THEY SUGGESTED ALTERNATIVES AND SPENT A FAIR AMOUNT OF TIME HELPING ME OUT EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT GOING TO BE A CUSTOMER.
