Description of Work: Two people came to my home (Antoin and Yvonne (?)) and cleaned my main living area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a 3-level stairwell...all hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. They did an amazing job. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: This deal was presented as a discount on a deep clean but all I got was a basic cleaning. I suspect there was some miscommunication between what was marketed and what the service provider was prepared to deliver but the customer shouldn't be the one to have to deal with that.

Description of Work: The person who came out was polite and starting working. He was punctual. |The price seemed very fair. However, it just didn't seem like our carpets were any cleaner looking and the worst part was his machine looked like a |"Rug Doctor". Except a Rug Doctor would have "sucked-up" the water in our carpets. Our carpets were wet for at least 36 hours before we felt comfortable to walk on them. |

It means the difference in renting an apartment or not if the carpet is not clean and the owner of this company is fantastic, professional, timely, courteous, and dependable. He always follows up on his work and takes pride in the job. I will continue to use him for all of my properties.
Description of Work: This company has cleaned the carpets of a total of four rental apartments for me. The total number of rooms cleaned was 17 rooms. Because they were rentals, stubborn spots were regular but the company's combination of special chemicals and treatment were very effective in removing them, even paint.

He explained everything in detail (which is a lost art with service people.) And, even gave me free scothguard. They were dry in time for lunch. Would use again.
