ADR Carpet & Duct Cleaning

Went very well. I probably pushed the bounds of what would be considered 3 rooms and a hallway, but didn't hear a complaint about it. Provider arrived on time, I left him to do the work and lock up when he was done. No problems.

I suppose it was good. I had a little issue there that it didn't come as clean as I would have liked and it had a smell associated after. It stayed in the house for quite awhile and that was a problem.

It was fine. showed up. Did the work.

He shampooed all carpets. He's worked for me before. Always excellent, punctual and reasonable.

This company ROCKS!!! Great service, great job and reasonable prices. Arrive on time and my carpets looked brand new. I have use ADR a couple of times and would use them for any future jobs I have.

Not one stain was removed from my carpets. There is not much difference to how they looked before they were cleaned. Really disappointed that the marks n stains are still in carpet.

It was okay. The man who performed the service was very nice; he explained his process really well. My couches look fantastic. I'm very pleased with those. I was also pleased with the price of the services; however, I would I gladly paid more if it meant I would've gotten everything I wanted. The thing I'm not pleased with is the fact that none of my furniture was moved, so if I want to move my furniture (and I just moved in a month ago and not everything is exactly where I want it), there will be dirty carpet underneath the furniture. I've never had a carpet cleaner who did not move furniture, so it was my anticipation that that would be done. Maybe that was my mistaken assumption. I also came down and said "Oh, I should have asked you to do the stairs as well. Why would I have you do everything and not the stairs!" I was very polite and was blaming the mistake on myself. I fully expected him to say, "No problem. I will do them right now." Or maybe offer to come back another day and do them. Instead his response was a shrug and "Next time," and that was that. Other companies I have used through Angie's list have been really gracious and eager to please their customers, so they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I even purchased an additional services through ADR (the carpet cleaning), so I would have thought he would have wanted to add on another. I was more than willing to pay for it and was not looking for a hand out by any means. I was just disappointed and have had great experiences with the vendors I use through Angie's List and I would have thought that he would have been willing to add on 10 stairs for me--again, not for free. I would have paid. To be honest, there will not be a next time with ADR. I also did not like their lack of professionalism on the phone. It seemed like I was just talking to a guy on his cell phone instead of talking to someone who wants my business. They scheduled my appointment from what I heard as 12-2pm. Apparently they meant they would show up between 12 and 2. They did not confirm my appointment, so at 12:30 when they had not arrived, I called and asked and was told "It was between 12 and 2. Not 12 until 2." Oh... Okay. That was not communicated well at all. If you want a very basic, "only the carpet you see" cleaning, I would recommend ADR. The carpet I can see look and smells very good. However, if you want quality communication and full carpet cleaning, I wouldn't recommend them.

He did an excellent job. He arrived on time and well equipped. We talked about some tough spot issues which he handled beautifully. He worked without a break for five hours. Wonderful man who knows what he is doing. I have his business card on the board and will have him return in October. What a find.

On time, did what they were supposed to do. Carpets were definitely improved prior to moving in. Used a coupon but paid extra for the stairs, and there were a lot of them. I think it was 3 bucks a stair but don't quote me. Also, the 250 amount is ballpark number including the coupon and stairs, but again, don't quote me. Technician was friendly. Got out some stains, but not all of them.

The service went okay. One technician came out and completed the work in a couple hours. He was nice and did exactly what the deal offered. I had no problem scheduling the deal. He wanted to cancel the day we made the appointment because of a snow storm. I told him I would be home all day if he wanted to come out later and he was able to.

Considering we hadn't had any of the items cleaned in a very long time I was pleased with the outcome. The carpets look great as well as the upholstery. He also gave me some cleaning tips (stain solution mix) to help us address stains in the future.

It was ok. The provider did exactly what their Angie's list proposal was for.

Arrived on time. Worked for two hours focusing on stains - very efficient. Carpeting looks great.

The experience was good, but we didn't really like the quality of the overall service. They would need to pay more attention to detail, and not just do it too quickly. It was easy to schedule, but that was about it.

Antoine arrived on time with a free-standing cleaning device - not truck-mounted equipment. Did not vaccuum prior to cleaning, nor did he move ANYTHING until I prompted him to. The cleaning was done in a half-hearted manner and when I spoke to him he didn't always hear me due to his earphones. I had to repeatedly point out places that he missed or required additional attention. I won't be using this service again.

My carpet cleaning experience with ADR Carpet and Duct Cleaning was a good one. The price aws certainly reasonable. The owner was the cleaner and he did a quick, thorough job. He was focused and finished in about 1 1/2 hours. There were no problems with payment, communication, or any other logistics. I would recommend this company and use them myself again. Helen A. I had an excellent experience with ADR Carpet and Duct Cleaning. They were just painless. They showed up when I needed them to show up, did a great job and were affordable. They were in and out.

It was good and it looks great but it was really dirty so I should have called them to clean it more. He was very personable and he listens to whatever we have to say. After the job, there's still a dirty spot but I don't blame him for it. He did a good job.

Outstanding!!! This is the 3rd time I've called on ADR to clean carpets in my home and in listings that I represent. My clients and I have been super pleased with the turn around time and over all cost. There is no reason to call anyone else!

He was running behind, but gave me a call to let me know what time he would be here. Looked at the area and asked a few questions especially the area that had pet urine stains. He said it would probably come up with no issue, but that there might be some changes in the carpet color. He set up and finished the job quickly. Very professional and I would use him again. However, he was right the carpet has some light blotches where the urine stains were. But there is no remaining smell.

He was on time and professional. Did a great job cleaning the furniture, I can really tell a difference. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself when he left. I would definitely use them again and would recommend ADR to friends and family in the area.

I had them clean the upholstery of two sofas. Their response was very fast and they were prompt. They came while my housekeeper was home and did a good job.
