ADR Carpet & Duct Cleaning

Mr. Reece arrived on time and thoroughly steam cleaned 2 sofas, 5 seat cushions, 4 arm cushions and a 4 x 6 area rug. Very satisfied with work and will have ADR back again to clean wall-to-wall carpeting and 4 flights of carpeted stairs.

Antwon was timely, courteous, professional. The results were excellent. We have a 16 month old baby, who had bad reflux this past year, so there were smelly spit up stains and high traffic areas on our carpet. He got nearly all of the stains out, as well as cleaned some very old family heirloom rugs. He called a few days later, to check on the results. And his prices are competitive. I will definitely, use him again.

ADR did an excellent job. We have lived in our home for two years and never had the carpets cleaned (disgusting, I know). ADR was able to get out the dog urine stain in one of the bedrooms that I had previously tried to spot treat to no avail. They were able to get out the tea stains on the stairs, as well as ALL the dirt in our almost white bedroom carpet. I will definitely hire ADR again, only I won't leave it so long this time. They were on time, moved furniture and were very professional. The only thing I can't comment on is whether it was the best price or not. I called them based on other reviews on this site. Maybe I could get my carpets cleaned a bit cheaper by someone else, but I was so happy with ADR that I don't want to try any other service provider.

They did the work while I was away. When I returned, the work had been neatly done, a receipt and business card were left for me.

Antoine was very prompt. He did a great job cleaning the carpets. He even got out stains that were ground in. And, his prices are very reasonable. With his prices, it makes sense to clean the carpets more often.

I needed my carpets cleaned on two days notice, and Antwon was still able to schedule our cleaning at a time that worked for our schedule. He answered all my questions over the phone and was able to provide me an estimate over the phone as well. On-site he provided an itemized estimate, but the quote was the same- no surprises. He called to confirm his appointment the day before and called to follow up the day after. He was very polite, very helpful, very good, and his price was very affordable. Our carpets had not been cleaned in 3 years, and we have a dog and cat. When Antwon was done they looked new, especially the stairs! We definitely would hire ADR Carpet again.

These carpets had an embarrassing amount of dust from going without a steam cleaning for several years. ADR was able to get most of it out, and advised on how to avoid in the future (e.g, dust from computer tower). Antwon was efficient, polite and respectful, and was able to accommodate an appointment needed on short notice.

The young man was prompt very and courteous. He explained the procedures and services offered, took a walk-thru with me to point out the problem areas, and did a very good job on what was a tall order, since this carpeting and furniture was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in several years. There were also a few areas with cat stains. All of the work was done to my complete satisfaction. My entire house looks a lot brighter and smells so much fresher. They did a nice job.
