ADR Carpet & Duct Cleaning

Pleased with work. The service person was very courteous. It took about 2 hours. Our carpets had not been cleaned in several years. The high traffic areas looked very good after the cleaning.

Overall, it went well. I read great reviews of this company on Angie's List, so I decided to go with them. I confirmed the cleaning the day before and the gentleman sent for the cleaning, Antoine, arrived on time. I showed him the area that would be cleaned and he completed the contract for me at the agreed-upon rate, $75. I left him in the unit because I was out for most of the day. I returned in the evening and he had done a very good job of cleaning both the bedroom and the area rug.

Easy to schedule and paid (gave credit card # over the phone). I had some really stubborn food coloring-based stains that he wasn't able to get out totally, but I expected that. Overall, he did a very good cleaning job.

The couch turned out great. It was quite dirty, including an orange soda stain that came out. It was wet for several hours and dried well. The carpeting was not as successful through NO FAULT of ADR. The chemicals used by the furnace company lightened, but would not come out and this company is being contacted for a solution to the problem. They paid for the carpet cleaning. An important thing to tell you about the integrity of ADR's owner, Antwone, is that the areas of the carpet that were not stained, while they were clean, they had light colored tracks from his steam cleaning tool. He happily came back and re steamed the room, using different strokes with the steamer, to eliminate the tracks, at no charge. He is an honest, young man and stands behind his work. He was as unobtrusive as possible and careful in handling our belongings. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

They did a great job! Showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, no complaints here.

Would like to say great, even good, but must say so-so. Very friendly, polite, and on time. But the rugs could have been cleaned better. Did well on the stairs, but blew through the house and pointed out stains that when focused on came out. Found 3"x 3" areas completely missed. Even more focus to see where stains are, would have been better. Overall, I will not use again.

Antwon was punctual, polite, and did a very nice job. The carpets looked 100% better, although some spots wouldn't come out, despite the fact that he pretreated them and worked hard on them. The carpet hasn't been cleaned in 5 years, so we didn't expect them to. Given how bad they were, he did a wonderful job.

He was busy and scheduled a future date for the estimate. Gave me an estimate on the spot. Scheduled an appointment for the cleaning that was convenient with my schedule. It was half the price of what another cleaning company tried to charge me. He was very polite, easy to work with and did excellent work.

The person over the phone knew what they was talking about, had the answers to my questions, and explained in detail what was going to happen. When the serviceman got to my home he was on time, very friendly, and did exactly what they said they would; no extra fees, and no pressure to add other charges. This is the second time we used ADR and they don't disappoint; they are a first rate service company.

ADR was responsive when I called, scheduled my job within one week and showed up on time. Antoin was very professional, got rid of all the stains on our carpet (even the ones I thought would never come out) and finished in just a few hours. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Reece did an awesome job cleaning our hallway and bedroom carpet. He was able to come out the day after I called to schedule the appointment. He was very careful with his equipment, as he brought it in and out of the house and seemed equally as careful inside. The carpets turned out great. He was courteous, conscientious, and professional. We will definitely use him again.

This is the second time we have used ADR. They are prompt in scheduling appointments, and have arrived on time both occasions they came to clean our carpets. The service person is friendly and gets the job done effectively and quickly.

I had unexpected guests coming over on short notice and he said they could be there the next day. Very nice on the phone, he said it was not a problem coming out to Kenilworth. At the time I just said I needed the one carpet cleaned and he went through the different options (not pushy). He arrived precisely on time and was very friendly. I moved the majority of the furniture previous to his arrival and when asked he helped with one piece. In retrospect I should have asked him to help move the couch but I did not so can't blame him for that. Did a wonderful cleaning job and when I asked him if he could do the extra carpet squares (that were not attached to the floor so more difficult to clean) he said no problem. He used some process that the dry time was not as long which was nice as well. Just wish he put cardboard squares under the remaining furniture and attempted to clean under them as I have had previous cleaners do. Followed up with phone call to check my satisfaction.

Antwon arrived on time, priced out the job and was able to start right away. He did an excellent job including carefully moving the furniture off the area rugs. I would definitely use ADR again and would highly recommend.

Antwonne was on time and did a thorough job except for a few stains. We actually were able to get one of the stains up with OxyClear.

I made the phone call. We set up a date within the next few days. They called the day before to confirm. One person arrived on time. I was worried he might not be able to move a few pieces of furniture. but, he did a great job and finished promptly.

Antwon was able to get my couch cleaned on short notice. After having an appointment cancelled by another company, I was in a hurry to get the couch cleaned as it was covered in drywall dust and I had just had new carpeting installed. Antwon came out early in the morning and the couch looks great.

The appointment was made through Antwon, who was also the service person who arrived slightly ahead of schedule after calling first. He performed the pre-treatment and carpet cleaning in a very thorough, neat and professional manner in about two and a half hours, including moving furniture. Antwon and ADR did a very nice and complete job for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend ADR!
