ADR Carpet & Duct Cleaning

He did a great job and took his time to make sure that the carpets were clean when he left. Almost all the stains came up completely, but all were ameliorated. I would recommend him and I worked 2 summers at Stanley Steemer during college.

It went very well, we have 3 flights of stairs in our condo with about 4 landing and the total including Angie's List discount and sales tax was $170.

I couldn't have been happier. He promptly returned my voice mail, and set the appointment when I wanted it. He then showed up exactly on time and got straight to work. I was very pleased with the quality of his work. It took a good 2+ hours, so I don't think he was rushing anything. He charged a flat rate per piece (sofa $70 and love seat $60, I believe).

This was our second time using ADR. They are on time and very professional. Carpets look like new. We will definitely recommend and continue to use exclusively. We scheduled our cleaning right before the Thanksgiving holiday and they were able to accommodate our schedule.

Called to set up appointment which was very easy. Arrived on time and was very professional. I was very pleased with the overall experience...was exactly as expected. Price quoted on the phone was what I received. He did not try to up sell me on extras which I appreciated.

Everything went well. The guy who called to confirm the appointment was prompt and did a great job!

Antoine was punctual, thorough, and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. The work was performed on an empty house that we were purchasing. The carpets seemed clean, but the previous owners had dogs and my wife is allergic to dander. When the work was done, the carpets looked new and my wife had not had any type of reaction. Antoine also provided shoe covers so that I could walk around and not hurt the cleaning.

Antwon showed up at the appointed time, made a quick assessment, and went to work. I left him in order to do my own work and in about 30 minutes he had finished. I am very please with the quality of the work. The stains are gone and I managed to salvage a dining room rug.

Antwon is awesome. He is great about answering his phone and returning calls in a timely manner. Very professional and efficient.

Mr. Reece is awesome as usual. He did a super job on our 11 year old carpets and got all of the stains out. He even gave me some tips should we get future stains (ie. the usual household happenings). He's quiet, but professional, courteous, trustworthy, and hardworking. And, as the bonus, he gave his usual follow up call the next week or so to see how everything had turned out after it dried.

My phone call was promptly returned. Once I knew our schedule I called Antwon and he arrived on time. He did the job quickly, efficiently and to the best of his ability.

Antwon was great! He arrived on time and was extremely professional. The results couldn't have been more satisfactory! I have had the same things cleaned in the past with very dismal results, and that was one of the reasons I wanted to try someone else. Another thing I truly appreciated was that Antwon didn't try to "sell" me additional services. He came, did the job I had asked him to do, and at a very reasonable price!

He arrived within the time slot requested, took a little longer than I expected, but I also noticed how extremely thorough he was being, very high level of attention to detail. I'd much prefer that than a quick but not as high quality job.

They did a great job. Very prompt, nice and very reasonable. I was very pleased.

Was easy to talk to on the phone, came on two different days cleaned my rugs and sofa first, did a great job. Explain everything in detail. Took his time, got most if not all of the stains out of my rugs and sofa. The second day went the same, Antwon showed up on time ready to work to clean my air ducts didn't make a mess, did a great job. The price was great and we will use them again.

Antwan was early! That was fantastic for me, even if the furnace guy was still there. He came in, looked around, and told me exactly what it was going to cost. He worked quickly and efficiently. I was surprised that at the end of the job he did not comment to me about whether or not he was able to get some stains out - not that I asked, but I figured he'd offer a comment. He didn't provide any booties for me so I had to walk around on the wet carpet (no fun in socks!) or tell me to stay off of it until it was dry (something others had mentioned in the past. He also put the desk chair back on the wet carpet which struck me as odd. He was professional, and courteous but not the best carpet cleaner I've ever had. Price was good, though. Since "maybe" isn't an option for if I'd hire them again, that's what I'll say here "maybe."

Making an appointment was easy, the calls were returned promptly. I called one day ahead to confirm. Mr. Reece showed up exactly on time. The work was performed in a little less than two hours. The chair upholstery looks good, however I think the carpet cleaning was just average. There were several stains in the carpet, which may or may not be removable. However there was no stain treatment done and when the work was complete, nothing about them was communicated. The serviceman used my bathroom to retrieve water to make his mixes, and left the bathroom a little bit dirty. The carpets are definitely cleaner and fresher now however. There was also a 3x5 rug in the foyer which I neglected to mention I wanted cleaned and so it was not. However I think it may have been prudent for Antoine to ask if I wanted this done as well. The cost would have been nominal and I most certainly would have accepted the offer.

Excellent job. Antwon gave an accurate estimate, arrived on time, and did a great job cleaning carpets and removing stains.

Antwon came the day after I called for an appointment. He was courteous and attentive. Overall a great job. I was able to add some additional spot cleaning and a set of stairs to my original job request. He asked me to let him know if I thought any areas needed extra attention. There was even a (huge) spot where laundry detergent was spilled that came out, I totally thought that wouldn't come out, but it did. Great job!

Fantastic. It was very professional and Antwan (sp?) did a great job. He even helped us move some furniture in order to be able to better clean the carpet. Our carpets looked new!

ADR came to our rescue, making an appointment on a Sunday to fit us in before our area rugs that had been soaked in a flood of our basement got any worse. He was right on time, polite and left our rugs in much better shape than they were when he arrived.

The company was easy to contact and had an availability, within just days of our phone call. The technician arrived within the first 15 minutes of the 2-hour window we were given, and went right to work. He also told me upfront, exactly what the final cost would be. ($3.50 per stair for a total of $112, plus tax and a $6 travel charge.) He was friendly and efficient. The entire job took about an hour and a half and we were quite pleased with the results. I really can't speak to the fairness of the price, since we didn't contact any other company for comparison. It seemed reasonable enough, though. I have to admit, the travel charge took me by surprise, considering the business address is about 2 miles from our home. That is really not much "travel" for a company that serves the entire Chicagoland area.

From the initial phone call to the final product, Antwon was very professional, punctual and did an excellent job. Called him on Monday and he came on Wednesday. He showed up at 10am as scheduled. My rugs were very dirty and he made them look like new. The whole process for nine rugs took about an hour and a half. It was worth every penny.

Good response on the phone; professional manner, but not as dedicated to results as he should be; perfectly prompt; worked steadily and carefully, and fairly thoroughly. I could have asked him to re-do some spots that were obviously not cleaned by his process. He seems to only have one approach, and goes over the carpet with the machine. He did not volunteer discussing with me what to do about the soil that remained on a number of spots. I did not initiate that conversation either.

Very good experience! The owner cleaned our carpets and was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable.
