ADR Carpet & Duct Cleaning

Excellent service, very professional and prompt. Antwon did a fantastic job with our carpet. It looked like new when he was finished. The price cannot be beaten, even if you rented a steam cleaner yourself.

Very professional. Called when he was leaving his previous job to give us a heads-up and arrived around 1:30 (within his 12-2 window). We had a question about a few stains (bleach) in the living room and he honestly told us that he couldn't remove them, but rather the process would brighten them. I felt very comfortable with him in our house, in fact we left for about 20 minutes to show some family around the neighborhood. Equipment was clean and well maintained. After it was all done, he ran down what it would cost for sanitizer and/or a Teflon coating, but never pushed it on us. Just asked if we were interested (we went for the sanitizer). The only issue I had was carpet drying time, which he said should take between 6-8 hours. He recommended opening windows and using fans but it was 45-50 degrees the next day and we weren't able to do that. Most of the carpet was dry within that time, but there were a few places with stains he tried to hit that took almost 24-36 hours to fully dry. Unfortunately, the stains are still there but much less significant than before the cleaning (some things just can't come out I guess). Overall, very satisfied and I will definitely call ADR again when I need my carpet cleaned.

They did a pretty decent job. The guy that came and cleaned our carpets was nice and polite. I had asked about another carpet and he said that he didn't think that he could've done the job because there was a lot of furniture and it would've required many workers to help move the furniture. It would've cost me more than the job was worth. He was very honest with me and straight forward. I thought the prices were very reasonable for what he did.

I read the reports on ADR and left a message. They returned my call promptly and were able to fit me into their schedule at my requested time on a Saturday morning. The Berber carpet was badly stained from 2 years of renters and I didn't think it would come clean(but hoped to get it in good enough shape to hold off on replacement for another year). Antoine showed up on time and was very professional. We had painters in the unit at the same time and they were supposed to have the bedroom painted and cleared out for the carpet cleaning by his arrival time of 10am, and of course they didn't have it done. Antoine was very patient while they finished up and moved their stuff out of the way(he also used this time to prepare his equipment). He got the work done quickly and made the carpet look almost new! I couldn't believe he got all the stains out! I found everything about this company professional, reliable, and nice to work with.

I was so impressed with this company! He arrived exactly on time, stayed for an hour, and got out all of the stains in the carpet (even ones left from a previous company). I had a huge mess where I dropped makeup and tried to remove the stain myself....after he was finished, the entire area looked like new carpet! I could not have been more excited about the work and the price. I will absolutely use this company in the future. Also, I booked the appointment within the same week as the service. Just great.

ADR was prompt and professional. Despite terrible traffic and closed roads due to heavy rains, they arrived on schedule. The technician was able to remove several stains that a previous service did not remove. Although we were pleased with the results, the technician stated that our carpets should dry in approximately 6-8 hours, but some areas were still wet the following day. A minor inconvenience.

They cleaned my two bedroom apartment. My hall carpet was in very bad shape and I thought I was going to have to replace it. He did a very good job to get it as clean as he could that I won't have to replace it. He used steam cleaning instead of chemical which I was glad about, I didn't chemical cleaning. I don't think anybody else would have done a better job.

I called ADR because of all the wonderful reviews and I see why. He is very friendly, punctual, and does a great job. My first appointment I had with him I had to cancel the day of because my daughter was sick and he was very flexible and understanding. He rescheduled for us and made the drive up on another day, it was very nice of him to do that. When ADR came, he was very respectful of our home and asked to clean the cushion somewhere other than over the hardwood floors because of the steam he would be using. He didn't want to damage anything. He took the cushion to our basement and cleaned both sides and cleaned up any wet spots on our floor that he left. He took his time and did a very good job. I would definitely use him to clean our area rugs or anything else in the future.

This was the first time we had used their services. They were very accommodating, reliable and prompt. We live in a high rise and not everybody will do that but they do.

I contacted ADR by phone. Left a voice mail. Received a prompt return on the call. They asked for a description of the job I wanted done. They gave me a price per room, stairs and hallway. We agreed on a time. They arrived promptly. They said it would take roughly 30 minutes. They were out of the house in 45. I was completely satisfied with their work, friendliness and price.

Antoine called to confirm our appointment and when I mentioned that I was at the property, he offered to move the appointment up which I appreciated. He was professional and took great care in the work he did. We had discussed several old rust strains and although he tried his best he was not able to get them completely out which is understandable as its light carpet the the stains were old. The overall process with quick and downright easy. There was not attempt at cross selling (duct cleaning, spay on stain repellents, etc.) which I also appreciated. I would be pleased to use ADR's services again; they exhibited the professionalism and thoroughness that I wish all companies but all too often don't. I give ADR and Antoine five thumbs out (out of five!)!! Oh, and the carpets look great now!

I was looking for someone to come and clean all the carpets in the house we just moved into on very short notice so that the carpets would be dry before our furniture arrived. Antwon was able to come the next day, first thing in the morning, which was awesome. His price quote was a little higher than other places I had called for an estimate but his Angie's list coupon was better than the others and, as I mentioned, he was able to come the next day, so I booked the appointment. Antwon showed up by himself and on time. He told me that it would take 2 hours to do the work and he finished the job in an hour and 45 minutes. He was very courteous and professional the entire time. He told me it would take 6-8 hours to dry. It was probably 90% dry in that time but it took about 45 hours to be dry completely. Antwon pointed out one stain he couldn't get out, but I have found a few others that were not as bad since then. There are also several spots where the carpet is lighter than the rest of it, almost as if when the stain was removed, the spot it was in is now lighter than the area around it. This of course is not anything Antwon can control, but just thought I should mention it. All in all I thought Antwon did a good job at a reasonable price and I would definitely use him again the next time I need carpets cleaned.

It went well. Antwon performed the job and showed up on time. One of the carpets was really beat up and I just wanted to get it cleaned, the other was newer. The newer carpet looks quite good, in fact it is better than other companies could do in two visits (I had another company's crew come back and repeat the cleaning after being dissatisfied the first time). The older carpet smelled a little mildewed after, but I put a fan on it (as recommended by Antwon) and the smell has gone away.

ADR said that they likely could not get the stain out, and they couldn't. However, we had carpet installers in the next day to replace the stained carpet, and they said they could remove it with a chemical instead of replacing the carpet -- which they did in 10 minutes and it looked great. When I called ADR to ask for compensation for the installers' time, he was very defensive and told me that he said he couldn't get it out. I told him he should be more knowledgeable about his business because there are chemicals out there that can get out tough stains, and I was surprised he wasn't aware of them. He became rude and remained defensive, so I told him I'd be posting this response on Angie's List. Oh, and he also couldn't get out 2-3 other, different stains elsewhere in the house that seemed easily treatable. Go use Galaxy instead - they are the same price, reliable and pleasant - and they can get the job done.

I found is name on Angie's List, called him, easily made an appointment, he came at appointed time, introduced himself, looked at work site, brought his equipment in, did the job, spoke with me, I signed, paid and he left.

Antwon took our call and scheduled the appointment at the time and date I requested. He arrived promptly, and after looking at our carpets, confirmed his original estimate of the cost. He willingly accepted our Angie's List coupon and answered all my questions regarding removal of pet stains. He worked quickly, and was flexible when I requested a change in the area to be cleaned. He was very polite and easy to work with.

He came promptly and suggested adding Teflon treatment since the apartments rent predominantly to students. The extra cost of that treatment was only $100. He performed the shampooing faster and better than any other service I've used. The carpets have NEVER looked better! The 2nd apartment required Antwon to work while I had painters in the unit. He did just as good a job with that challenge as when he was on his own with no obstacles. I am considering checking out his duct cleaning services not that the carpet cleaning went so well.

Got an estimate, which was a VERY good price. Mentioned some stains that seemed to come from sloppy construction workers who spilled a couple of substances. I got an estimate for twice the price from another company here who said that he couldn't remove those stains. ADR said they could probably do it and would bring some extra equipment to take care of it. Sure enough, they did. I called him on Tuesday and booked an appointment on Thursday at 8 AM. By 8:20 (which is like 40 minutes early in contractor time) he was there and ready to go. Quick, efficient, effective. What more could I ask for? And the stains were all gone. If I had one bit of criticism, I'd say this. I don't know if this is the case with all carpet cleaners, but in this case at least, carpet cleaning seemed to be limited to Washing the carpet and removing the stains. He didn't actually do any debris removal or vacuuming, which to me should be part of the whole thing. I don't know if this is specific to this company or if that's just the general policy of professional carpet cleaners, so your mileage may vary. But it would be nice to do a vacuum through first. As it stands, he said I have to run a vacuum through after the carpet dries. But I can't deduct points on that since I don't know if that's just how all carpet cleaners work.

Antoine could not have been more professional. He called one half hour before the scheduled appointment to see if we were ready (saying it was fine if we weren't). He was courteous, meticulous, and obviously a hard worker who is proud of what he does.

Very well; the person who came out was Antoine. He was also the person who I spoke with on the phone. He was very professional, arrived on time, did a very thorough job, and I have no complaints.

I arranged with a gentleman named Antwon to have the carpets cleaned. He arrived on time and worked for about 2 hrs. The rugs were spotless. I would use this service again.
