ADR Carpet & Duct Cleaning

Antoine was pleasant, showed up on time and cleaned the carpets as well as he could. He told me that some of the stains from the prior tenant could not be removed and gave me an honest appraisal on the condition of the carpet.

Scheduled appointment two weeks in advance. ADR arrived on time and performed work quietly and efficiently. My tenant was happy that they even put on booties to keep the floors clean. I was happy because ultimate price was 30% less than what was quoted over the phone. Would definitely recommend ADR.

We ended up having to call ADR twice within the past 2 weeks due to our elderly dog issues. They were prompt in their responsiveness to us (even given the fact we were a new client and it was the holiday season) and did a terrific job cleaning the carpets. The one thing I really appreciated is that they don't try to 'upsell' you into any other service once they get there- like "pet deoderizing chemicals" or "quick drying agents".

There was a really bad spot in the carpet and I thought that it would never come clean, but he got it clean and you wouldn't even know it was there. He wasn't late and he came and he did what he had to do. He did a good job. He came and completed what he was going to do in a timely manner. I've already recommend him. He was professional and we were pleased with the results. I will call them again.

Great. He showed up on time, I was very pleased with the estimate, he set up and went to work and our carpets are clean, including the stairs and the rugs that had some cat-related stains on them.

The entire matter went smoothly and very satisfactorily, beginning with the initial call to ADR to make the appointment, Antoine's arrival promptly on time and setting to work, thru the entire cleaning and scotch-garding process.

He got out almost every stain, ones that I though were hopeless. He was in and out in about 1 hr.

After I mistakenly missed our first scheduled appointment (for which Antoine was so nice about), we rescheduled. Antoine was very up front about the pricing, which made me happy not having to guess. We moved as much furniture out of the way beforehand, but left heavier items like desks and beds. Antoine brought in all of his equipment and got right to work. He was able to get rid of the majority of the stains in our carpet. He left everything as he found it. A quick and painless process.

ADR has cleaned our carpet in both the owners unit and rental unit of our building on several occasions. They always do a great job and this time was no different. The service person arrives on time, gives you a quick quote, and gets to work. The carpet in our rental unit was very badly stained from tennants who did not clean and wore shoes in the house all the time. The stains (except candle wax and rust) were gone after the cleaning.

He was on time and worked quickly to get the job done.

Antoine came out to perform an estimate, and he returned one week later to clean four sets of heavily soiled stairway carpeting. He was right on time, and completed the job at the exact time he estimated. He was extremely professional. We would use this company again.

Antwon was great to work with. I have used him for 4 separate jobs. He cleaned the carpets of our homes, mattress cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and cleaned all vents in our rental house. I call him for all our cleaning needs. Great customer service, always on time, good communication and great price!!!

Antwon did a wonderful job. He was prompt, courteous, and hard-working. What really impressed me was that I asked him how often I should have my ducts cleaned, and he said, "Every 10 years or so, unless you have construction done." How often do you find a businessman that honest?

Very well. He arrived on time. It took as long as they had originally projected. He said that the carpets would be dry in six to seven hours, but in some cases they were not dry until the next morning. He was able to remove most spots, with the exception of one in the bedroom and one in the loft- both food stains.

This is the second time we've used ADR and I highly recommend them. Antwon arrived on time, worked extremely hard and efficiently, and did an excellent job.

Overall the experience was very disappointing, given the many favorable reports already appearing on Angie's List. After a brief review of the work to be done, the worker arrived exactly as scheduled, set up his equipment and got to work. Because there was a king-sized bed on one of the rugs we discussed how to move it from side to side in the room so as to be able to clean the whole rug rather than only the exposed area. The worker agreed this could be done, and charged me for the whole rug. He was quite cooperative and polite, even helped move many pairs of shoes from under the bed. When he left, it appeared that the rugs and the sofa had been thoroughly cleaned. On closer inspection after the rugs were dry, this proved not to be the case. The major stains that were on the bedroom rug appeared to have been minimally cleaned, if at all. Therefore the following day, I called and asked that he come back and take another try on these stains. Without complaint, he agreed to do this and subsequently did come back the next day. Things looked somewhat better, but when the rug was dry the stains remained. More disappointing was the fact that -- contrary to what he had agreed and charged for -- the whole bedroom rug had not been cleaned. Upon further inspection it was found that several shoe boxes remained under the bed and there was an area equal to perhaps 25-30% of the rug that had not been cleaned at all. The sofa that was cleaned came out fine, and the results on the other rug were about B-. Even more disappointing than the results was the worker's failure to discuss with me before departure his inability (if that's what it was) to clean the whole bedroom rug and the poor cleaning results on that rug. I understand that some stains just will not come out, and in this sense the result cannot be guaranteed. However, the failure to specifically discuss such problems seemed to me unprofessional.

Showed up on time, looked at the job, gave a quote (good price), and then got to work. When finished, cleaned up, gave a business card in case of any issues, and took off. Will deffinetly use service again.

Antwan was precisely on time, very friendly, professional, skilled and efficient. He got some amazing stains out of the white carpet. The 10 year old carpet almost looks new again. I would highly recommend ADR.

An excellent experience. Antoine quoted me all the prices over the phone and scheduled me for later in the week. When something came up so I couldn't be home, he very easily re-scheduled me for the following week. He arrived 15 minutes into the 2-hour window he gave me. We went over everything to be cleaned and he told me it would take about 3 hours. Almost exactly 3 hours later he was done. He has a portable machine which works very well and doesn't require hoses going outside to a truck (which I've had in the past). He also didn't try to sell me on things that didn't need to be cleaned, like my basement, which doesn't get much traffic. He was comparably priced to another highly rated Angie's list company I looked at, but he was a bit more expensive than the prior company I've used, even after his 10% Angie's List discount. Other than that, I was very pleased with the work.

Great from the initial phone call to the service day. Antoine was great; he worked quickly, but did not rush through the job. I was looking for someone to clean the rugs in our home, and ADR fit the bill.

Antwon was very easy to get a hold of. He answered right away and we were able to set up an appointment a little more than a week out (mostly because I was on vacation versus his availability). He showed up right on time and was very polite. He cleaned up after himself and was very respectful of my home and my very, very annoying dog. It took exactly as long as he said it would- 2 hours start to finish.

As usual, this company is prompt, efficient and effective. A pleasure to deal with after an ordeal.
