ADR Carpet & Duct Cleaning

They were exceptionally easy to deal with, went very smoothly.

I bought a coupon from Angies list maybe for a duct cleaning service for 300 bucks. Turns out it was for one furnace and I have two. The guy worked with me, gave me a good price of 500 for the house. Seemed fair. He was nice, an oiwner operator, and my ducts were dang dirty.

He did a fairly good job when he came, everything went fine. We did have to reschedule for another time on the day he was supposed to do the work and he gave me very little notice about rescheduling.

Fine, it was not a complex job as there was not a lot of furniture. The carpet looked very good when the job was completed.

Antwon cleaned a ten-year-old white couch that had never been cleaned. It was grimy. On several parts of the couch, the dirt was really ground in--two of the cushions and the middle section of the back. Antwon did a little spot cleaning, but mostly he used the steam-cleaner to remove most of the dirt and grime. When white fabric gets wet, it's hard to know for sure how clean it is until it dries, so Antwon told me that if the couch was not cleaned to my satisfaction, I should call him. After the fabric dried, a few sections were streaky, and Antwon returned within a few days to go over the streaky sections again. (It's to be noted that I didn't have to plead or argue with him to come back.) The couch now looks great! Antwon is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! I will definitely use ADR again.

He spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning the two halls and one room in a vacant apartment in the 90 degree heat . He is always very professional, punctual and does a good job.

Antwon is very professional and did an excellent job in cleaning our loveseat and carpet. It was easy to schedule a date with him, he arrived on time, and worked efficiently without rushing through the job. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend him.

Andre did a very good job. Was on-time, polite, covered his shoes before coming in and went right to work. The carpet in the living room area was quite smelly. due to our dog having some accidents out there. After trying to carpet clean it ourselves and not getting very good results, we contacted ADR. Andre noted that he might not be able to entirely eliminate the smell since our dog soiled the same area several times, and the padding underneath might be causing the problem...something I had not thought of. But he got the stains out and the smell is about 75% gone. I guess we will have to replace at some point, but for the time being we are happy with the results. I also realized that I forgot to give Andre the Angie's List coupon after he had already left. He was kind enough to send me a refund for 20% off the original price of $150.00

I have used this company before for a client of mine to clean a filthy carpet, and was so impressed by Antwon's professionalism that I hired him to come to my home and office to clean wool area rugs and upholstry. I love supporting small businesses, and Antwon was excellent in all areas: He responded to my phone call immediately, he was able to work around my schedule, even with short notice, was punctual, and did his job thoroughly and respectfully. I would definitely hire him again!

In December of 2011 I decided to host a Christmas party at the last second. I had out of town guests coming over and I desperatly needed the carpets cleaned. I called 2 service providers with no luck. No one returned my call. In a last desperate attempt I texted ADR Carpet and Duct Cleaning late in the evening, almost 9pm. I was expecting a call or reply the next day but Antwon the owner replied to my text right away and we scheduled pricing, an appointment and everything via text since it was so late. This worked out great. Antwon arrived December 20th promptly on time as scheduled. As a business owner myself I can appreciate and professionally respect a person who values a client's time. He is a true professional. When Antwon arrived to clean the carpet we went over some stains in the bedrooms. He said he would try his best but at least he was honest and said he could not guarantee they would come out. One was a yellow paint and the other a red punch. I donot know if anyone could have managed, they didnot come out but they were dimished in the cleaning. As for the rest of the carpets that were filthy with dirt , grime and who knows what else, I was very very happy. They were really dirty and a neutral color and Antwon exceeded my expectations. The carpet looks almost new and he did an excellent job on the stairs. He basically saved my carpet and my wallet. I was going to rip it out and replace it but now that he cleaned it, that wil not be necessary. I will be using ADR in the future for any future carpet cleaning and I highly recommend Antwon for this service.

I called them 8 times and left 4 message explaining my situation and that I needed them to do the service by February 3, 2012. I never hear a word from them. I even told them about finding them on Angie's List and they still never responded.

The owner of the company, Antwon (sp?) does the work alone. He called 90 minutes before he came to confirm. He showed up, went right to work and cleaned white carpet in three rooms and a hallway.This carpet had only been cleaned by a home machine- every two years or so. It was in very bad shape. After Antwon cleaned it- it looks almost brand new. He even got a five year old airplane glue stain out- something that I thought was impossible. I couldn't be happier with the service. I would hire him again and would highly recommend him.

Antwon was very professional, on time and pleasant to talk to. He explained all the services his company offers and the price breakdown. He offered suggestions on how to maintain the cleanliness of my carpet and furniture. His work was very thorough but fast. I have used this company before in the past and definitely a customer for life. Prices are very affordable!!!!

Did an excellent job on old, soiled carpets. Very nice, on time, and excellent work. I plan to have them come back to clean ducts in the near future.

Overall, ADR did a good job. The owner of the company performed the work and completed everything with no issues. The price for the carpet cleaning was really good compared to the other company I called. I would use ADR again.

Overall, I think they did a fine job. There was a bit of confusion in scheduling the appointment. I thought that they would be able to do the air ducts and carpets on the same day, but they can't because of different types of equipment needed. Also, the technician missed a couple of ducts which I had to point out. He willingly cleaned them with no argument. In the end everything was fine. I recommend that future customers walk through the house with the technician and make sure you show them all the ducts prior to starting. The technician (who was also the owner) was very friendly, punctual, and neat. In the end, everything worked out with no issue.

Choose ADR from good ratings on Angie's List. Scheduling was easy. Was suppose to start between 10-12 but ADR mixed up the times. Came out right away after it was straightened out and compensated with free sanitizer. Very professional and friendly and apologetic for the misunderstanding. The results were outstanding and well beyond what I expected. Carpets were pretty stained from pets and just wanted to get the smell out. That will tell over time, but things seem to be off to a good start. I was amazed he was able to get many of the stains out. I thought the price was a good deal especially considering the result. Wish I had him come out a long time ago. Will definitely hire again.

Great experience, we have used ADR multiple times to clean our carpets. They are prompt, reliable and exceed our expectations with regard to their cleaning capabilities. We highly recommend using them to clean both your carpets and upholstery as well.

We had carpet cleaned by another servicer and the odor was never completely removed. Home remedies have not worked, despite using a Bissel steam cleaner. Antwon arrived promptly after initial contact and treated the area in question as well as a larger area so there'd be on difference in color. At first I was discourged because the odor lingered, but once everything dried and the carpet was vacumed, the odor, for the most part, dissipated. There is still a bit of an odor, but things are very much improved. If our dogs have more accidents in this area (a distinct possibility), I'll contact ADR again.

Contacted the company to have 3 carpets and all our vents cleaned. I asked a lot of questions because I was not going to be home to supervise or help guide him when he did the work. I asked if I needed to count the number of vents or measure the carpets so he could give me an accurate estimate. he said "No"..he would provide an estimate when he arrived. I asked him if there was anything else I needed to know or do and he said " No". He arrived at my home and according to our Nanny complained the entire time about how difficult the work was and how he doesnt move furniture. Yet he never informed me we had to move all our furniture. He then called my husband to give him an estimate and get a credit card number and my husband confirmed that he was to clean 3 rugs and all our vents. He gave my husband a price but DID NOT tell him anything about not moving the furniture. Antoine (sp?) cleaned around our furniture in our rooms and the furniture he did move he left scattered throughout the house for us to put back. His rug cleaning was terrible. In fact, you can not tell anything was done to any of the rugs and the rug in my son's bedroom looked worse. In that room he cleaned right over dirt. He did not move furniture in that room or vaccum and there was soap residue left all over the carpet. As for the vents, he took several vents apart and left the vent covers half on and some screws are missing. He actually created more work for us and left us completely dissatisfied. My husband called him twice to explain our dissatisfaction and politely asked him to set up a time to re-do the rug in my son's bedroom. He has yet to return our call.

They did a great job. They were on time and the carpet is clean and I guess the vents are clean. The house smells better. They were ten minutes late. They were courteous. I would definitely use them in the future.

I chose ADR because I wanted my ducts, carpets and couches cleaned at the same time as part of post-construction cleaning. When I first called, however, I was told that he needed to come on separate days, so I scheduled 2 separate appointments. At the last minute, however, I called and asked for them to be together, and he was able to accommodate me, for which I was very helpful. He arrived on time, and after I showed him around the house, we talked about the best order to do things in. Because I wanted my son's room dry for naptime, he agreed to do that first (after the ducts), and he even brought in a box fan from his car to help it dry quicker. It took about 3.5 hours to complete the job.
