+ -1 moreIt is refreshing when you do business with a company and the staff are polite, professional and provide great customer service. This is true of AES, namely my interactions with Javier at the service counter. Courtesy calls when your parts have shipped, prompt credits for returns, etc. I won't go anywhere else for electrical supplies.

+ -1 moreFine. Got help with making choices from a polite, generous helper (non salesperson) and then gave my order and money to a brusque official salesman.
Description of Work: Purchased 18 feet of fancy under counter lighting with 48 little xenon high intensity bulbs.

+ -1 moreThey completely mislead me about the size of the box and basically forced me to pay for delivery. The fee changed from $25-$50 depending on who you spoke with. Marie helped us, our sales rep wasn't interested in any sort of after sales service and thank goodness she was helpful.
