Pete and Rene are top notch. They went out of there way to get the job done right and gave a fair price! This is the 2nd job that I've hired them for and it won't be the last!

It was fantastic from beginning to end. The painters were excellent and I had a hard time believing they could do all that in 2 days. I live in 52 year old large one bedroom condo that had not been painted in 28 years and had large settling cracks, some from ceiling to floor measuring 1/16 to 1/8 in width. There were at least 10 major cracks and they found many more. When they finished it looked like the day we moved in 28 years ago. Pete was very accommodating and was so nice to put up with me as I am a senior citizen who has never done anything like this before. He was very patient and understanding and delivered beautiful work. I am having new carpeting installed in a few days and Pete said they would come back and do any baseboards touch ups if needed. I would give Accurate Painting and A+ rating! I had a 10% coupon from Angie's List, but if you do not have a coupon and are a senior citizen, they do give a senior discount of 10%. I felt that the price I was quoted was very reasonable for all the work that need to be done.

It didn't go all....guess my job was too small.

Pete came out promptly, evaluated the job, and gave me a fair quote. I accepted his offer. He came out when he said that he would and performed the job exactly as I expected. He was fair, professional, and skilled. I am very pleased with the work that he did and highly recommend him. He is a fantastic exterior painter (probably interior as well but I only required exterior painting). He left no mess and I am pleased with his work and his fair pricing. Thanks Pete!

The process went really well. I was contacted right away and actually, before the hire, they gave me a lot of good details about what to expect, how much paint would be needed (since I wanted to get this myself). They squeezed me into their schedule based on timing preferences as well. I think the owner had someone call sick on one day or another job took too long, so he himself came and worked on my property for the first day. He did a great job, was very personable, shared tips with my family members who were interested in his work and do handyman type work at home. The only thing I wish he did a better job of was to cover more thoroughly the floor underneath. Some minor specs did get on the floor in two of the rooms, which you could only see if you were inspecting the job (but not in the normal course of day to day). Upon hearing about this however, they volunteered to clean this up the next day and took care of the concerns I had. Overall, the pain was done well, within the initial estimate provided, on time and without any big concerns. I would definitely hire this company again.

I called Accurate Painting and Remodeling on a Thursday after attempting to paint my narrow stairways. The painters came out the next day (thank you so much - my dog was only in boarding for a little while!!) and showed up right before 8:30am to get started. They were very polite and professional and did a great job painting (and maneuvering) both stairways. Each stairway had a different color and one stairway had to meet a different color wall with a completely different color - they made them both look really nice! Nice sharp edges for the baseboards and the ceilings. Thank you again!

The painters arrived late the first day, which was not ideal, as my wife had to let them in before going to work. I understand Chicago traffic is a bit of an unknown, but I would expect that to built into the trip. The painters were hard-working and got a lot of work done over the time they spent at my condo, and the work was high-quality. Overall, we had a positive experience and have recommended them to others.

They did an incredible job and are so happy with the work. My fiance and I are renovating a house and the walls to this stairwell were in terrible condition. The results are astonishing. They also got back to us almost immediately and the turn-around was quick. It was a pleasure working with them.

They did fine work. They did exactly what I had asked them to do. The work took about a day to complete.

After initially contacting Pete on the 12th of January he called me within a half hour of submitting an email. He was able to come to our condo that night to walk through our punch list to give us an estimate. A day later he came back with our estimate. He was able to start work the following Monday the 19th. He and Jose arrived to our home on time and worked all day Monday and Tuesday and came back on Wednesday to finish up a few items. We are extremely happy with the quality of work that was done. Pete was very responsive, knowledgable and friendly. Once we purchase our new home we will be contacting again for any work that will be needed.

Pete and his two men showed up 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time in order to assess the hallway and rooms they would be painting. In the 8.5 hour time frame, the painters were able to complete our stairway wall, hallway/landing area, one bathroom, and one bedroom, which exceeded our expectations. All of the painters we interacted with were extremely respectful, friendly, and hard working. The men only took one short break for lunch and were still able to complete all of their work! We are extremely happy with their service and will be working with them in the near future to complete the remainder of the painting in our home. This is a highly recommended company!

They were fast, and they did great work. I had two painters for a day and they were able to accomplish what I wanted+. I would use them again.

I live out of state and needed to have my vacant condo in Chicago completely painted to get it ready to put on the market. I had a few different estimates done and Peter's was in the middle but still very reasonable. Even more important for me, he came and did the estimate within 48h of initial contact and then was able to have his team start the job 2d later. The entire project took 2.5 days, they did not finish as expected on the 2nd day and therefore were reportedly a bit in the way during the cleaning that I had scheduled for the next morning. The cleaners told me that there were paint speckles on my wood floor and Peter had his team come back and clean up better. My realtor says that the condo looks great. Overall, he was very communicative and very flexible with me being out of town and trying to get all this done from afar. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Spent over 1 hour walking property and talking thru every possible detail. He spent another 15-20 minutes reviewing property before leaving. Was supposed to send a quote "in a few days" and we have yet to receive anything after 5 weeks. Not sure where the breakdown is as other reviews seem good. In comparison, other contractors took up about 5-10 minutes of our time then reviewed our property themselves. Have received 4 other quotes so will not be going with this contractor.

Pete performed quality work on our home, and was always very quick to respond. His price was very competitive, to boot. Very happy we hired him.

Pete responded quickly to my call and was able to come out and see my home within the same day. He looked around and seemed knowledgeable. We were on a tight schedule (he gave me an estimate on Wednesday and work needed to be finished by the following Tuesday) so he said he would contact me within 24 hours. I have not heard from him, and it is now Tuesday. I have contacted him through Angies list asking for a follow-up and have not gotten a response. **Update** - Pete did contact me a week later (the Tuesday after initial contact) to discuss possible completion of the job.

Overall, very pleased with contractor. Pete was very punctual and professional during the process from start to finish. In addition, the job was completed within the time frame promised and within the estimate provided. Pete brought in a crew and installed a glass tile back splash in the kitchen and painted our kitchen, family room and hallway. Rooms being painted required multiple repairs resulting from drywall stains, chips/cracks in drywall and overall wear and tear resulting from busy family. The backsplash looks fantastic and the painting looks great enabling us to stage our condominium for sale. I would definitely hire Pete and his team again and plan to do so.

The price was great. He was nice and it went over the allotted time. He was good about telling me that it would go over. Scheduling was fine and we were happy with the work.

I went extremely well. The owner was responsive to my requests and my focus on details. He was fair on pricing and threw in some small repairs for free. He really knew his stuff in am area where I am a complete novice and made some suggestions for simpler repairs than I had asked for. The only think I can suggest is that his employees pay a little more attention to clean up. But I will definitely use his again and recommend him completely.

I am very pleased with the services provided. Pete Simon, the owner, is very thorough, easy to work with, professional, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire project which spanned over 5 days. The price was reasonable, it wasn't the lowest and it wasn't the highest bid. I would recommend this service to anyone, especially because I found Pete Simon very easy to work with which was important to me as I don't have a lot of knowledge about the services they provided.

We have some channeling in the condo for electrical that we needed filled in and it end up cost us $1000 for that putting in 2 sections of drywall. They wanted to change 1600 but had to talk them down The work seemed to just dragged on for weeks. I think they milked the situation.
