Jeff (owner) provided a very detailed estimate for the services performed (prep/painting of ceilings/walls/trim). He provided the estimate in a timely manner and was the lowest (by far) for the work to be performed (some companies did not even respond to providing an estimate or never sent quotes after viewing the work to be done). The painters were on time each day and Adam (supervisor) was very responsive to questions asked and resolving issues which came up. Jeff stopped by each day to check on the progress, to see if we had any questions about the work being done, and to explain what would be done on a particular day. The project took 4 1/2 days to complete (1 1/2 days longer than expected), due to the lag time between the original estimate (June 2015) and the work performed (March 2016) and additional items needing addressed. The additional cost (above the original estimate) to complete the project was minimal and very reasonable. Overall the quality was good, were pleased with the final product and will be using them again for future projects, and would recommend them to others for painting.

Jeff came out the day after I called him to test my radiator for lead paint, recommended courses of action, and started the job a few days later. Everything was clean, prompt, communication was great. I would highly recommend and use him again myself.

Everything was perfect. Matt did a wonderful job. Jeff came at the end to inspect and found a couple of places that they fixed on the spot. Couldn't be happier. Neat and thorough.

The cabinets and island look wonderful and I am very happy with the job they did. I decided last minute that the paint color I had initially chosen was too light so morning of the job they ran to the paint store to grab the color of paint I wanted. They were very accommodating and understanding.

Our painters were on time and carefully took down everything, even removed the fridge to paint behind it. They watched every edge, corner, nook and painted so carefully. We are astounded by how complete the work is. Adam and Sean were quiet and flexible. They were understanding when our cats romped over their stuff and when a toddler needed to be hustled through the room. Most impressive, in my view, is that these two amazing guys pained our stairwell which involved a very smart ladder and corners and a lot of height! I knew that we needed painters when we wanted that painted, but I had no idea how professional and complete they would be. The painters came with all their own materials, including the paint which was a real perk. We got a 2/3 gallon of leftover to touch up as needed. We will definitely use Accurate Painters again. It was a perfect experience when I was concerned it would be chaotic or challenging, everything was calm and handled. Jeff, Adam and Sean are absolutely excellent and we could not be happier with our new blue-gray first floor -- it is beautiful.

Love these guys because they are hardworking perfectionists -- you can trust these guys to do a top notch job. I had warned them I wanted a perfect paint job -- no lint, sharp lines, full coverage, and they were able to deliver on all of those expectations. They went above and beyond to make sure the unit looked nice for the tenant.

The Accurate Team did a great job. Very professional, high quality paint and primer. I had to wait because of weather but the wait was well worth it......Would use them again in a heart beat.............

Outstanding work all the way around. Attention to detail and walking the extra mile on rough spots (that I might not have seen) was excellent. Our biggest problem was the weather, so much rain this summer. Jeff was very careful to make sure that the old siding (installed in 1881) was thoroughly dried out before proceeding to the next stage. Other contractors would likely have pushed that envelope--I appreciate very much he made sure. Getting paint to adhere long term to such old buildings with near petrified wood is hard enough to start with. The clean up, which often times is poorly done even with good contractors was excellent. Good job by all hands!

Jeff and his crew did a really nice job. They were incredibly efficient and tidy. The house was done in 2.5 days, which was an order of magnitude shorter than what had been quoted, for a fraction of other painters' prices. The house looks great. We are incredibly pleased with the results and plan to use Jeff and his team again in the future. Highly recommended.

We were so pleased with the responsiveness and punctuality of Jeff and his team. Aaron did an excellent job on both rooms, was very detail oriented and kind. He moved furniture and put it all back in place and Jeff was always checking-in. The job turned out to be a bit larger/take longer than anticipated, but this hardly changed the initial quote. We would absolutely work with Accurate Painters again!

The job was done very well. Jeff was timely in providing an estimate, timely in scheduling the work, and they even managed to get the second round work done early. The staff of painters were on time, and worked quickly and cleanly. Totally professional all the way around.

Everything went great. Jeff and his crew were extremely professional and easy to work with. Most of the areas that were painted were a new addition to our old house. They were very flexible and agreed to do extra work to clean up after our general contractor. Adam and the other painters were very professional and respectful. We are very happy with their work. I really liked Jeff's detailed bid and his ongoing communication regarding any changes and updates relating to the job. I highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Jeff and his team were very good, professional, and pleasant to have on the premises. We were waiting for windows to be installed and had to change Jeff's start time a number of times and he was always accommodating. The workers tented the area (sealing the back doors to the stairs) when they scraped and made sure that none of the lead paint or dust traveled from the work area. We knew in advance what to expect, how long the back stairs would be unusable and how long the job would last. As things changed (as they often do with weather) Jeff kept us updated as to what was going on. The work was beautiful; the walls and ceiling are great and the stairs are now safe to walk on, no more slipping due to Jeff's suggestion on paint type. Jeff did a thorough walk through with his lead painter at the end of the job who stayed to touch up anything that was amiss. I plan to use Accurate painters this coming spring for another job.

Jeff runs a terrific company and crew. From the start he was highly responsive, scheduled a quick proposal, sent an estimate in days, and stayed in regular contact leading up to and throughout the job. Work was performed on time, expertly done, the crew was polite and friendly, showed up as promised for four days, and we couldn't be happier with their work. Well done and would definitely recommend Accurate and Jeff to anyone.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and meticulously fixed and painted most of my window frames. They also painted living and dining room areas. While their cost was higher than other providers I asked, I didn't want to take any chances with the quality. By far, they are the best painters I have ever seen in action.

In a nutshell, they were awesome! I needed someone to paint immediately (our renters wanted to move in 15 days before the lease), and Accurate Painters was able to come in with little notice. I was worried that they were available so quickly, but Jeff told me that they had just had a cancellation. Well my worries were quickly put to rest! From the first phone call, Jeff was very responsive, especially when I explained my predicament. I met him within a day or two, and we did a complete walk through of what needed to be done. Jeff sent me a quote by that night, and we were scheduled to start work within days. I didn't have the luxury of getting multiple quotes, but for the amount of work and painting, I felt that Jeff's quote was very reasonable. When I met the crew on the first morning, they were fantastic!! The foreman walked through all of the rooms with me to make sure nothing was missed, even though he had a list and the quote from Jeff. I really appreciated this, as I was not living there and could not check their progress every day. Each member of the crew was very polite and professional!! They were ready to get started immediately!! When they were completed, Jeff called for us to meet and do a walk-through/final inspection of all the work. Jeff explained things that the crew found while they were working... a bad outlet, a bad switch, etc. During the final inspection, I found NOTHING to complain about! My entire experience with Jeff and Accurate Painters was just great! I will definitely recommend them, and use them again!!

Quick turnaround on small painting jobt. The team was neat, fast, professional and priced right. I'm bringing them back this month for a larger project.

Accurate painted the entire exterior of our home, a job that we probably should have had done a year or two ago. Our house is an 88-year old Dutch Colonial, with a cedar shingle exterior. So, aside from the glass in the windows, virtually every inch of the house had to be prepped and painted, with one wall being in particularly bad shape. Jeff and company did an excellent job, from the initial power washing and scraping to final paint and stain application. We were particularly pleased with their attention to detail, and the extra steps that they took to do the job right. These included removing all of the storm window frames and downspouts, to ensure that there were no hidden bare or flaking spots, and checking wood moisture levels after rainy days to determine whether it was appropriate to apply paint or stain. I should also mention that there were several significant logistical challenges to the job. These included a small slope and a dense four-foot high hedge of yews in front of the house and a side wall (essentially three stories high) that is just five feet from the property line, with mature bushes and a huge oak tree just over the line, in our neighbor's yard. As a result, reaching some surfaces was difficult. However, the Accurate guys found ways around these problems. They spent a lot of time in the neighbor's yard, but took great care not to damage plantings or anything else there. The painters were also very good about cleaning up our yard at the end of each day, and storing all of their stuff neatly in one small section of our garage. The job took several weeks to complete, due to weather and an unplanned break for some carpentry work to replace several sections of rotted trim near the roof and gutters. However, Jeff and his guys did a great job of coordinating with the carpenter to minimize the number of lost days on the job, with both parties still managing to stay out of each other's way. Finally, I'd like to say a word or two about price. We got a total of four estimates for this job, all from painting contractors with overall "A" ratings on Angie's List. Jeff's estimate was actually the second highest of the four. While we could have saved a couple thousand dollars going with the lowest, I am convinced that the quality of work would not have been comparable at all. I'm a firm believer that, when hiring contractors, you need to look beyond the dollar figure alone, and go with your instincts about people. Based on the factors mentioned above, I think we paid a fair price and, of course, we were very pleased with Accurate's work.

I would highly recommend Accurate Painters for any painting job. My experience showed Jeff to be very professional, with an excellent crew. he maintained great communication during the job, responding quickly to any questions and always kept us informed about the job progress. We were very pleased with the results and will definitely go with Accurate Painters for any future painting needs.
