Accurate Exterior & Masonry

Everyone was very professional, we were very satisfied with with all the work that was done, they did a great job cleaning up after work was completed. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone needed masonry work done.

I am very pleased with the out come of the repairs. The back wall looks great! On the gangway side of the house they removed the old mesh wall (3ft high) and replaced everything; tuck-point, new mesh and mudding. They painted both walls and tarred the perimeter of the walls. The owner was easy to work with and made sure his employees did a good job.

The work went really well. They tuckpointed all the areas that we had agreed on in my garage. This was about 80 LF x3 FT roughly. They did some repairs to the masonry inside as well where the masonry started to bulge out due to water. The roof was replaced. The size is about 1400 sf. My home's chimney was tuckpointed and cleaned. They also sealed around the house between the sidewalks and foundation. They did this around my garage as well. They also added a downspout to my garage. They did a great job. The owner was very polite and communicative. I will definitely call him for future work.

George and his crew reported on time. They completed the job within the time promised, one day. They cleaned up and carted the rubble away. They were very professional and did a great job.

Accurate Exterior has provided two services for me in the last year. Both times George arrived early for the free estimate appointments. In October 2014, I hired them to replace bricks that had started to crumble and fall down on the front steps of my mother's house.They first had to grind out the mortar on about three or four rows of bricks in order to remove them. I was very concerned that the new bricks and the color of the new mortar would not match the color of what already existed. However, George and his worker did a very good job of matching, especially the mortar which was slightly red. The clean up was thorough because drop cloths had been placed on the steps and porch to catch all of the dust from the grinding. On June 10,2015, I hired Accurate Exterior to work on my house. Five bricks were crumbling and needed replacement. There were two areas on the south wall that needed tuckpointing and one area on the east wall that needed tuckpointing. Also my gutter overflowed every time it rained due to missing brackets. They put in new brackets and cleaned the gutters. No more overflowing! Overall, I'm very pleased with the work that Accurate Exterior provided. George and all of his workers were very friendly and courteous. I would hire Accurate Exterior again.

They had to come back a couple of times to tighten some oversights. However, the owner was very responsive to my concerns and it appears that all oversights were corrected.

They did one good job, one bad job. The end result is I would hire them again. I think the owner, George, is an honest businessman and was apologetic about the bad address block job. So I give him credit.

It too a while for them to get started on the job but I understand that so not a big deal. The work done was good. However, there was a part of the roof that George said was very hard to get to so he didn't patch it. I don't understand why - if you are a full service roofing company how is there a part of a roof you can't get to. Anyway, he said to call him in case water was still coming in or I saw something that was missed. Well, I've called them on three different occasions AND THEY WON'T EVEN RETURN MY CALL. So, now I have to spend more money on a different company to come out and do this one thing. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Owner George Schrode responded quickly to phone contact and arranged to meet at owner's convenience. He is polite and earnest and arrived on time. He provided a written proposal within a couple of days of viewing the property. George consulted carefully with owner about extent of replacement and style of brick and mortar work to match existing. Clearly explained what he recommended, and consulted with owner at various times during the work. George and crew showed up promptly on both days of work. All work completed competently and to owner's satisfaction in two days. Paperwork followed soon thereafter (signed waiver of lien, receipt for payment). My only gripe is that despite it being messy, dusty work, they didn't bring sufficient clean-up gear and had to use some of owner's tools and equipment. This is probably not an issue with exterior work.

They did an excellent job. I'm gonna have them do some more work but right now, my funds are low but I qualify them an A. They did everything great. I had some other estimates and their price was right where I wanted to be.

The price is very competitive for the work they did.

The entire experience went smoothly. I was getting water inside my unit on a property I own. I called Accurate Exterior & left a message. That same day, George, the owner of the business, called & said he would take a look at the tuck pointing on my building. He found a crack above the window on the 2nd floor that extended down the building alongside the window on the 1st floor. He & his crew came out the next day, A Saturday morning, & repaired the crack & even tuck pointed some other spots that he thought needed mortaring. They cleaned up & left the premises as clean as could be expected. George even called me a few days letter to make sure that the problem was solved. I told him everything seemed fine since it did rain & I had no water. I was very happy with the job he did. I would use Accurate Exterior again for any tuck pointing or brick work I need in the future. It was a very pleasant experience.

It went extremely well. The job was finished in just one day as promised. The team was very polite and considerate of my property and neighbors. I'd say overall it was a smooth transaction and I'd definitely recommend them. They weren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

It went very well, they showed up as scheduled per my contract. My chimney looked brand new when they finished and my porch and gangway were cleaned very well. They even found a way to deal with my nagging neighbor, I don't know how because I cant get along with him and I have lived here for a year now!
