Able Sewerage Company

They cleaned out catch basin, repaired it (one of the bricks fell out) and tuckpointed it. Also scoped my sewer line. My home was built in 1910. Able was very responsive and professional. Their competitors never even returned my phone calls. I’d definitely hire them again.

They arrived on time. Knowledgeable and professional. They successfully cleared the drain all the way into the wall.

The job was done properly, which is of utmost importance. Howver, I had to call because no one arrived or called when the time of the appointment came and went. Apparently, the appointment mistakenly didn't get saved in their schedule. The guys showed up 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, which wouldn't be a big deal if it hadn't been before work for me. However, the job was done correctly and with consideration of not wanting me to be late. They offered to come back tomorrow, but I declined. I would hope that more clean-up post work would be done, but, again, I believe the lack of this service was due to the fact that they knew I had to get to work. I would definitely hire them again, but I would request that cleaning be done post as well as confirmation prior to arrival.

On time, professional, explained the problem and what they needed to do. Completed the project.

It went exceedingly well. I was sceptical but Will and Dave are utmost pros. On time, responsive and professional. Would highly recommend them two guys to anyone. Hope to never need service but if I do I know who to call again. Thanks guys you rock!

Very good. Came early and cleared it quickly.

It went extremely well. The company sent out a plumber within 30 minutes to diagnose the issue. The hot water heater wasn't connected to the piping and water was gushing out instead of draining into the piping. It was a simple fix and the plumber came in and didn't charge for the 5 minute fix. I was so thankful. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I loved working with them. The gentleman were professional and did a great job. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They came with a heavy equipment, they found out that the tree roots was blocking the pipes, i paid a lot for it to be fixed before but it was Able Sewerage Company that was able to fix the problem; they were able to root out & cut out the the roots that was blocking the pipes on the basement.

Once they located the main drain line, they did a really job of clearing it out. However, they left the debris from the drain line in the front yard and left deep tracks in the front lawn from their equipment.

Team of young men arrived. After assessing the problem, were able to successfully complete the job.

I called Wed. night and they said they could have 2 people here the next morning. I had to request that they wait until Friday morning. I had tried to rout out the drain from the bathtub. They arrived and cleared the drain quickly after removing a sink. They noted a leak under the sink and fixed that, too.

We had a contractor do work in our home prior to moving in and unfortunately the work that was performed was shoddy and caused water to come up in the drain whenever we used our 1st floor bathroom or did laundry in the basement. We found out once Able dug up the area where the pipes were going to be replaced that plastic piping was used instead of cast iron in our basement underground which is a huge no no. Able kept us informed thoughout the entire process and the work was finished in 2-3 days. We also had a lot of roots in our pipes which took awhile to rod. My only gripe is that my basement was extremely dusty following the work due to Able having to break through concrete and dig up the dirt.

606Did not bid, more concerned with fixing an immediate problem, but the cost seemed reasonable. Arrived on time with the necessary equipment to perform the job immediately. Explained what they were going to do and why in reasonable and understandable detail and then did it. Cleaned up all signs of their activity before leaving.

The following week I ended up calling the Irish Plumber who came and did it pulling out lot's of tree roots adn I have not had a problem since. Able told me I need to install a clean-out but it turns out that was not needed.

I compared them with one other company who seemed to be not only more expensive but offered an alternative that wouldn't work in the wrong long. They did a good job, they were not cheap but they were right around the ballpark. Good and reliable.

I will definitely use them again. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Previous access to service main line was via 3-inch pipe in outside catch basin. After storm water back-up flooded basement, a large deep pit was discovered under the basement flooring. The particle board covering pit had swelled with water. Crew was on time. Owner, Chris, was there to oversee work. They were very efficient and tidy. Full 6-inch maintinence access and no more scary pit! I'm very pleased with this company.

Able did everything right and gave me no headaches. They responded quickly to my call, showed up to inspect, gave me an estimate and their proof of insurance all when they said they would. Their prices were competitive. The day of the job, they showed up on time, did their job, answered my questions, and were on their way.

Toilet was backed up and overflowed. Able Sewerage came out on March 4, 2013 and found the sewer lines from my house had collapsed. They gave me an estimate of $2100 to do the work which included: (1) Breaking up the concrete sidewalk (2) digging up the ground down to the sewer pipes (3) installing new sewer pipes (4) called the City Inspector out to inspect and insure installation was up to city standards. Also while the City Inspector was there they put a camera in the sewer lines to may sure there were no damage to sewer line out to the city main sewer line (5) rodded out the lines one last time (6) covered the sewer lines back up with dirt (7) replaced broken up sidewalk with new sidewalk. On March 8, 2013 Able Sewerage came out at 8am as promised and did all the work exactly as stated above. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

Originally thought sewer need to be rodded possibly due to tree roots. Service rep from Able Sewarge explained that he only needed to rod the toilet and bathtub in the Garden Apt. He was very thorough and cleaned up after. I thought it was kind of pricey for rodding, but it worked. So far no complaints. The workmen were prompt and professional.

The job went well. Workers were punctual and friendly, as they have always been in the past.

From phone call to finished in under 2 hours! Called them about 12:30; called me back within 15 minutes; here in another 15 or 20; finished at 1:45! Wow! Even put a camera down the sewer and showed me where the block was.
