+ -1 moreThe job was costly. However, everything was done on time. And there was an inspection with someone from the city (which is a plus for me). Also if all the work they did, they were able to keep things very clean. The only little glitch we had was with sinking of area surrounding the flood control when sod was laid down. When I called the company about that issue, they checked everything out the next day and immediately had someone come out and take care of the things. So far everything looks good.
Description of Work: Flood control was installed. Work included coordinating with an electrician and a roofer (I selected both) for providing electricity for the pump and new gutter respectively. Also they followed up in a few weeks after the installation to apply grass.

Description of Work: Had blocked window well that leaked and a basement leak problem. First of all they called to say they were running late, and they called early on to tell me. They were so nice and professional, looked at the entire problem , came up with some possible solutions. I felt they were honest and did a good job. Would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreThe work went very well. They were able to clean out the catch basin with a scoop because I did not want to use the more expensive alternative, which was vacuuming it out. The guy that came out was able to tell me how long it was since it was done last, which was five years ago. They did an outstanding job. I would rate them highly and would most definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Called to have sewer drain trap cleaned however, they could not perform the work as it required equipment to suction out the trap, rather than scooping out the trap, as it was under a porch. They were very nice, and professional. There was no charge for the call.

Description of Work: I contacted them for basement waterproofing. There was seepage due to a storm. They came out yesterday with two other guys. Other providers had told me the whole drain would need to be replaced, as trying to clean it out would cause more damage. However, in 20 minutes, he cleared out the drain. He took some cement, rebuilt the cover and put a hose down there, and he was done. The total was $150, when other providers had said they would have to replace the whole thing for $2000.

+ -1 moreThis was a newly purchased ranch. Able arrived on time the service man could not locate exterior sewage catch but was assisted by another service man who showed up within five minutes. The catch was hidden in the landscaping. Once the exterior catch was located Able removed the blockage and rodded the system. The service representative suggest that the catch be cleaned because it appeared to have mud within two feet of the outflow to street. Able does not do this type of work but provided a company which could clean the catch and the price which it should cost. Able replaced the landscaping. The system works fine and the additional load of outflow from a washing machine is to longer a problem.

+ -1 moreChris was terrific. We had storm water bubbling up from the basement floor drains. They came first thing the following morning (other companies either didn't return calls or were not able to come any sooner) and recommended a power rod to clear tree roots. They had to go 75 ft out and finished in less than one hour. They were courteous and left no mess from their work.
Description of Work: Power rod main line from basin to street. Other services offered include catch basin repair and cleaning, electric rodding, flooded basements pumped and prevented, and televising.
