Frank was very responsive initially & responded well to a bonus schedule we put in place for the stripping work. His crew did a decent job of removing many layers of old paint. As they came closer to completion they became rushed & quality suffered. I am most disappointed with his lack of care for our home while doing the work. He completely ruined the finish on the floor of 2 rooms which cost me an incremental $2500 to refinish.
Description of Work: Frank was contracted to strip & refinish woodwork throughout the 1st floor of our home. Time was of the essence as we were trying to move in quickly before the birth of our 2nd child.
