Description of Work: Contractor stopped at my home to offer an unsolicited proposal to re-roof my ranch-style house. Left a proposal in my mailbox a few days later.

Description of Work: I didn't get a chance for them to do anything because I was rudely hung up on twice by one of the workers. He said, I'm just a worker, can't help you, and hung up. I called back to ask for what number should I call then to set up service. Again he hung up on me. I read the other reviews and was shocked at the way I was treated.

+ -1 moreTHEY RE-ROOFED OUR HOUSE BEFORE WE PURCHASED IT. WHEN WE CLOSED ON THE HOUSE, WE GOT A COPY OF THE WARRANTY AND IT WAS FOR 10 YEARS. THE ROOF WAS PUT ON ALMOST 4 YEARS AGO. RIGHT WHEN WE MOVED IN WE HAD PROBLEMS. THEY DID COME OUT ONCE, BUT THEY DIDN'T FIX IT PROPERLY. WE STILL HAD PROBLEMS WITH LEAKING AND WATER DAMAGE. WE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS OVER THE TV ROOM AND IT NEEDS TO BE RE-DONE. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS, HE DID COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT. HE SAID HE WOULD SEND ME AN ESTIMATE. HE SAID HE'S NOT SURE IT'S COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE, NOR HAVE I HEARD FROM THEM. I'VE CALLED AT LEAST SIX TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES, AND I HAVE YET TO GET A RETURN PHONE CALL. THEY NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.
