+ -1 morePhil called an hour ahead to confirm he would be on time, and he was. Things went better from there. Phil had the expertise and commitment to fix a problem the first guy walked away from…and at a reasonable price. I would hire Phil to do any electrical work and then invite him to dinner. He even tweaked my HVAC on the way out to make it quieter just because he cared.
