And boy was I right—but these guys gave me details and genuine advice on what needs done and when….and all without asking for a single penny. Full flat roof replacement, masonry tuckpointing, painting, sealing, and gutters. Aaron & his crew were very responsive and great to work with. We did multiple walk-throughs before, during, and after the project. He and his crew were very transparent throughout the process making sure to always over-communicate. Aaron helped educate us on our options, and the reasons behind their recommendations without ever pushing us in any direction and leaving the decision to us. The work was done well, on time, and they even came back to do an extra bit of work above and beyond the quote provided at no cost to ensure we were happy with the project. Aaron Johnâ  s was truly great in helping me out. He was on site each day. He even bought at his own expense the paint, brush and a complete paint tray with a roller which I didnâ  t need. He even offer to help me paint the replaced beam. I would definitely hire him again again and again.

Arronâ s Roofing replaced the roof on our 4 unit condo building. His quote was very competitive and we got much better granulated material instead of black top for about the same price. The biggest concern at the start of the project was handling of large roof top deck. Other companies told us that the deck may not be salvaged or to expect a lot of damage. Aaronâ s Roofing said they can save most of the deck and they did. They removed the deck in sections and then reassembled at the end, few boards that needed to be replaced were reasonably priced. The roof work was completed professionally and we are very happy with the result. We also liked that Aaron did not rush the project and did not work on the days when weather got cold and rainy in October, to make sure the quality was not compromised. The guys cleaned up on a daily basis and were polite and considerate. Aaron also responded very promptly to provide the initial estimate. We definitely recommend Aaronâ s roofing for roof and deck projects.

The whole job--repairing, tarring, and pitching a porch roof--was done very efficiently, and Aaron and Mike were gracious and easy to communicate with. They even repaired the porch door for no charge. Will definitely use them again.

They gave a great competitive bid and warranty! Very easy to work with and showed us the steps in their process to fix our flat roof above the "doghouse" room. I hired Aaron s roofing and Masonary for a project consist of replace flat roof some minor tuck pointing around building and installing a new composite wood deck over a roof. I had many companies come out Aarons roofing was the most knowledgeable about the project keeping me informed throughout the process of the work cleanup was excellent and price was excellent and was very compatible with other companies they also did lots of extra work that was not included in the scope I can t wait until I use them again for future projects! I already recommend them to all my friends and family would highly recommend to anybody else five stars all the way around so glad I hired these guys other contractors not as skilled and knowledgeable as Aaron s roofing!!!!!!

Besides the roof, I also had a new deck put on top of the new/repaired roof. The deck and roof look really good and I would recommend Aaron for needed a deck or flat roof repair/replacement. Hopefully no more leaks.

Aaron and his crew did a super job on our flat roof. He made several great suggestions that other contractors failed to notice. The estimates and final cost was higher than others but the repair was much more extensive. We even had one contractor who flew over with a drone said our roof was fine but missed repairs that needed to be done. I highly recommend Aaron Roofing.

It became clear to me that Aaronâ s Roofing was going to get my business very early in the estimate process. They scheduled a time to look at my roof and deck and arrived early for the appointment. The estimate they provided was detailed and complete and at a very fair and competitive price. The work began immediately once I accepted their bid. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up each day. Our roof was replaced as a result of some water damage we had appearing inside and in addition to replacing my roof they used sealant anywhere it appeared water might be penetrating. This was above and beyond the scope of the job and that is just an example of the detail and care they put into the work. Like all projects once we began, we found new issues that needed to be addressed and I was provided with several options and details of each option. I would recommend booking Aaronâ s based almost solely on their communication and how good they are at answering the phone and answering all my questions. This was my first experience getting work done for our roof and they did an excellent job communicating about how the work would be done. All the work performed was done at a level above my expectations and any issues I brought up were quickly addressed. I am very happy with the new roof and our new deck looks great.
