The job was done on the schedule promised, and the contractor handled the job very professionally. He dealt quickly with a few problems with our wood supplier. His crew moved some furniture that we had to leave in the space in order to be able to do the flooring, which was most helpful. His crew were nice to work with and always on time. The floors look great, and we are very pleased with the result. We would definitely used Martin again.

Martin and his crew arrived on time, work was finished in the date it was scheduled for. We have used the services of A&M Remodeling many times and every time we were extremely pleased with the outcomes.

It went over the original price of the deal but the gentleman gave me the same weight for the additional hours he worked. I could probably say their price was cheap but I found a lot of their craftsmanship to be a little bit sloppy. I ended up doing a lot of the finishing work. The whole work ended up almost a month. The manager was out of town and never showed up to monitor and check that everything was done correctly.

Martin came by with his crew. He examined the situation and told his crew exactly what to do. Within a few hours the job was done. They even fixed some of the gaping plaster holes in the other bathroom walls with the extra material they had! I felt I got a fair price. The crew was awesome ? fast, professional and the quality was very good. They cleaned up after themselves very well too. I will likely be using Martin for other projects.

Martin is one of the nicest and most professional contractors I've dwelt with over the years. Martin took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and provided me some helpful tips in the planning process. His quote was very reasonable and there were no surprise costs later. The new laminate floors look fantastic in the condo. His team was very efficient, so the work was minimally disruptive to my tenants. I definitely plan to use A&M again in the future.

I had been planning on doing a home project and installing my backsplash myself. However, the tile was completely inappropriate for a novice installer (it was glass with a paper "backing" ...not the mesh typically used on the front of the tile so you can install it in large sections.) So, I purchased an Angie's List coupon for 4 hours of tile installation services and contracted with A&M Remodeling to do the work. When Martin saw the tile, he immediately warned me this would be a much bigger job than anticipated due to the type of tile and paper backing, and that each tile would have to be placed individually! I asked Martin to proceed with the work anyway. I saved some money by soaking the tile myself to remove the paper backing and glue, and will also do the grouting later this week. I cannot be any happier with the end result! The person who did the installation, Luis, was such a professional. The work is beautiful. And he was meticulous with his cleanup effort. As someone who likes to try home improvement project but often needs "professional assistance", I have put A&M Remodeling at the top of my call list! Thank you, Martin and Luis!

My condo had water damage from a frozen pipe that burst. I called Martin and he met me right away to inspect the damage. He really seemed to care about the quality of work to be done. The job finished on time and I was very pleased with the work. All in all, I have definitely found my go to remodeling for any renovations i would like in the future. From the start, Martin was fantastic to work with. I got several estimates and not only was his the best price, but he was the friendliest of the people I met, and put me right at ease from the very start. We were on a tight timeline to get this job done, and Martin did everything he could to get someone on the job ASAP. Luis came and did the work, spending 3.5 days. and doing really fantastic job. Martin was helpful and responsive throughout the process, Luis did excellent work, and they both went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. I highly recommend them, and will not hesitate to call them again if I need any kind of remodeling work done.

It went so well, I now think of them as family. Martin Nevarez really cares about his customers and makes you feel good even though you are worried that the mess will never go away. Martin and his crew set a new standard of expectation for me in hiring contractors. Martin is extremely professional and manages the job very well. He is organized, responsive and well-informed of what his crew is doing. He checked in every day to make sure that we were happy with the results. His crew did a great job and are talented at laying tile and repairing walls. Martin is my new go-to guy when it comes to home improvements.

Having worked with Martin and his team previously, they were an easy choice for this project when his estimate was competitive with others we received. He is extremely responsive and accomodating and stuck to the project budget and timeline as much as possible, given unexpected issues that arose. His workers arrived as expected each day, worked steadily, and were consistently polite. As is always the case, I was glad I was at home to answer questions that came up; at a minimum this saved some time. And it didn't hurt that I speak Spanish. They worked well with our somewhat persnickety condo rules. The plumbing and electrical subs were super, giving us good advice along the way and working efficiently. It was clear in the work with the cabinetry that it was more advanced than they are accustomed to because it required more assembly and greater precision. Nevertheless, it was done well. The big disappointment (and the reason for B ratings) was the way the tile was lnstalled. It is high end cement tile that came with detailed installation instructions, which I provided to Martin in advance. The tile was actually laid very well, but unfortunately the instructions about machine-polishing the tlles after installation and before sealing were not followed. As a result there was discoloration on nearly all the tiles. One of Martin's workers spent two additional days wet-sanding the tiles, and did correct about half the problem, but there is still significant variation in the color of the rest of the tile. Since this is not natural stone, such variation is unexpected. There came a point where Martin declared he had done all he could. I am still working with the tile manufacturers to find a remedy to the situation, which inevitably will involve additional cost. This is a case where the contractor would have been better off to say "I'm not familiar with this material and uncomfortable with these instructions; you should get someone else to do this part of the job." I would use A&M in the future but select more carefully the work I ask them to do.

The services Martin and his team performed were excellent. The end result of the project exceeded my expectations. I would recommend A&M Remodeling to anyone, and will definitely call Martin first for our next project.

Working with Martin and his crew of experts was above and beyond anything I ever expected. They arrived on time, they were courteous and informative. They explained each step on what they were going to do, how long it might take. They explained the fumes and what I should do to make it better on me. They were neat and very professional. I would use them again and let my friends know about them if they need their service.

Even though there was a delay for three months from the estimate visit, this contractor, was completely professional in handling this job. He kept in touch with us as we worked with our Condo Board to arrange for payment from a third source, but didn't badger us to start before we were ready. Once we had details worked out, he scheduled the work within less than a week's notice and finished on time. His workers cleaned each day as they were working and before they left. They arrived on time and worked straight thru with few breaks, even though I encouraged them to do so. The contractor, Martin Navarez, review the work after it was completed and before the final invoice was submitted. The estimate was off only by only $93, due to some materials that were required that we had not pre-purchased. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants good service, professional handling, on time and on budget work. I would also reuse them in the future without any hesitance. If I could give this company an A+ on the rating, I would.

Martin was punctual and very responsive to emails and phone calls. His responsiveness was actually the reason we went with him. The work was done quickly and his worker did a very good job of cleaning up after himself every day. We'll be calling him again for any future projects.

Went very well! We had an additional tile strip layed down one aspect of our shower to allow for a new shower surround. Work was done promptly and cleanly.

I first met Martin (the GC) when we called about a bid deal. He was so nice and honored it even though I called after it expired. He called me right back and within one week, we had the backsplash done that my husband and I had been working on for a few weeks. We liked the work so much, that we called him back to do more work for us (listed above). He has great follow up/follow through. He kept us informed through the entire process. He was very patient and answered all my questions and gave us good advice when asked for. Martin and his crew were all very professional, courteous and prompt. What Martin Quoted me and what we actually paid were very close in price, even with the added surprises. He was very flexible and really just a pleasure to work with. We love the work that they did and would absolutely hire them again. I have already given his name to 2 people and one of my family members would like to hire him based on the work he did in our house. I think that says it all.

A&M is great to work with. Martin is the GC, and he does a great job. His work is quality. He's always responsive to my questions. He always delivers what he promises, and he is easy to talk to. His prices are reasonable. He does a wide variety of remodeling work, so you can rely on him to do many different types of jobs. He goes the extra mile. I have worked with him for the past 2 years, and will continue to do so.
