Description of Work: Install new furnace |They punctual and did a proffessional. No problems.

Description of Work: AAbal Heating installed a new gas steam boiler for my 4 flat building. They sized the boiler according to the amount of radiators in each apartment and corrected previously installed return pipes that were incorrect.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my furnace. For some reason it was not being ignited and I was not getting any heat. The service man had to come three times (no additional charge for the second two visits). The third time he sat in the room with the furnace watching it as it was trying to cut on until he figured out the problem. There was a small part that needed cleaning and there was not additional charge for that.

Description of Work: Aabel took out and replaced a commercial boiler. They were on time. The work was done on a day when temp was 30 below. The heat was off by 8 a.m. and on by 5 p.m. They did an outstanding job. A+

Description of Work: My furnace would not start so I called Aabal Heating. They had a service man out the next morning at 9:00 am. He cleaned and serviced the furnace. Aabal has great service at very competitive pricing. Their service man was excellent and very knowledgable. I highly recommend Aabal Heating.

Description of Work: My furnace was blowing insufficient heat. I called A Abal and we agreed upon a time to have a service person assess the furnace for a service fee of $75.00. The service man arrived promptly at the time specified and found shortly after that the condensation tube was clogged with dirt and water. He cleaned the tube and my final bill was still $75.00. He also advised to have the furnace cleaned annually to maybe prevent the problem in the future. He wasn't as knowledgeable as some their previous service man, but he definitely did a great job. The furnace is working perfectly.

Description of Work: I PURCHASED A CONDO IN WHICH ONE RADIATOR WAS LEAKING AND ANOTHER WAS MISSING. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO SCHEDULE THE REPAIR (THEY WANTED TO WAIT TO REPAIR THE LEAK UNTIL AFTER THE OTHER RADIATOR ARRIVED) THEY DID REPAIR THE RADIATOR. BUT AFTER PROVIDING AN ESTIMATE AND BEING PAID TO INSTALL THE MISSING RADIATOR, THEY NEVER DID THE WORK. THEY CALLED 3 SEPARATE TIMES TO RESCHEDULE FOR VARIOUS REASONS, WITH THE FINAL REASON BEING THAT THEY "LOST THE MEASUREMENTS." THIS REASON WAS PROVIDED AFTER ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE HAD LEFT A MESSAGE THE NIGHT BEFORE STATING THAT THEY HAD THE RADIATOR AND THAT THEY WANTED TO CONFIRM THE INSTALLATION FOR THE NEXT DAY. WHEN I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE CONFLICTING MESSAGES/CALLS, THE REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE RAISED HIS VOICE AT ME. I HAD TO ASK HIM TWICE TO STOP YELLING AT ME, AND THAT I WAS JUST REQUESTING AN EXPLANATION. HE CONTINUED TO CUT ME OFF, WOULD NOT LET ME ASK ANY QUESTIONS, AND EVENTUALLY STATED THAT THEY WOULD RETURN THE MONEY.

Description of Work: I CALL AABAL HEATING EVERY YEAR TO SERVICE MY FURNACE (CLEANING AND PREVENTIVE MAIN).
