He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be fixed and during the process, showed me what had gone wrong with the machine. He provided useful tips on how to care for the machine to prevent issues. He took care not to mess the floor and cleaned up after he finished. I am very happy with his work and highly recommend him for appliance repairs.

We have an older dishwasher which is leaking and failing to fully drain, and he was able to assess the issue and make a recommendation. I appreciate that his advice was what is best for our needs, not what would make him the most money. He also gave me a new light bulb for our fridge as a bonus. I work up to a huge puddle on my hardwood floor from a broken dishwasher. I first had a plumber come out, and he determined it was a broken dishwasher part. So I texted Alex (at this point it was Friday afternoon), and he texted me back right away saying he could come the very next day, Saturday at 1:00. He repaired my dishwasher in a half hour. My husband and I asked him a ton of questions about general maintenance. He was able to recommend products and ideas. He even cleaned up gross build-up for us and showed us what needed to be done. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second time we used his services. We've definitely found our guy.

Alex was punctual, positive, and professional. He had to do some research to find the part for the oven, but he was able to replace it and also do some work on the plate above the flame. Both appliances are working well.

Alex is a champ, bear with me because this is a story. Our 3 year old dishwasher stopped draining, we called Alex and he came the next day and found the drain pump had failed. He fixed it quick, was very friendly and professional. He tested the unit, it worked just fine and then the very next day it failed again. I contacted him and let him know what happened. He came back (no charge) and found mineral/calcium build up on the heating element and that some had come off and clogged the drain. He cleaned it off ran the unit again and it worked. Then it failed AGAIN. After much frustration Alex called Samsung tech support and told them what happened, got the correct part ordered and we set up a time for him to return a THIRD time. We were only charged for the exact price for the part with no additional charge for labor. Alex really went out of his way to make sure our problem was fixed. I'm not sure another person would've put in so much effort and been so fair with the cost to do the work. We will definitely call him again should we need any more work done.
