The technician did an excellent job replacing the light in the refrigerator. It was an electrical panel and the technician got the part from a provider very quickly and fixed the refrigerator within two hours. He was knowledgeable and very professional.

Alex repaired several appliances in my rental properties. He was able to pinpoint the issues within minutes of arrival. He’s not only competent and efficient, he also had my best interest in mind. For my broken dishwasher, he told me what’s wrong and recommended that I get a new one, because even if he fixed the timer, the way that the motor was humming, I may very likely need repair again soon. I made an appointment on the phone, for service to be done between 3 and 4pm that day. Tech person texted back that he'd be here between 4 and 5pm. I texted in early pm question about payment, to which he responded. At 5:30pm or so, I texted to find out the ETA for the repair. I was told I was mistaken and had never spoken to them. I was told that the soonest appointment for repair was 2 days after. This company is the worst.

When Alex arrived, he wore a mask and booties which I appreciated. He was efficient with his time working and in educating me about drier and refrigerator maintenance. I have a horrible fear of fire, and he explained how my drier was a fire hazard as he went through the dismantling process. So grateful for his time. His price was excellent for the fantastic service he provided. I will be calling him again to maintain all my appliances in the future.

I described the problem over the phone, and Alex said it sounded like the control panel, so he brought one with him, however it was the wrong color, so had to come back the next day with the right one. While he was there, I asked him to look at my washer (clothes) that had been making some weird noises. He checked that out and said it was the heat pump, which he could get the part for and bring it with him the next day when he returned for the DW. Alex was very professional, very conscientious with protection (masks), and cleanliness. He did a great job, and I'd absolutely recommend he and his company. He charges a service call, but if there is service, that cost is included in the overall cost.

Had a wonderful experience with Alex who immediately diagnosed our range problem as an altered setting from Fahrenheit to Celsius and reprogrammed it on the spot. He also sent me the YouTube video link in case it happens again. Another repair service technician who had evaluated it earlier said we needed to replace the control board and temp sensor which would have cost $900+. Alex is knowledgeable, honest and a thoroughly nice person. Definitely the best service provider with whom I have interacted.

I cannot say enough good things about Alex. We contacted him first when our freezer was leaking and making noise; this was early in the pandemic and I had been sick with confirmed Covid-19, and was panicked about how we could get a repair person to come into our home. Alex talked me through what was wrong and how we might try to repair it at home; he even spent time late in the evening searching out and sending me a diagram of what it would look like and what we should do. This was without any money being exchanged. He also was open to working with us to have him come into our home safely. We are not very mechanical so weren't able to do much ourselves, but given the illness and overwhelm, neglected it for about 5 weeks until, this past Sunday, the freezer and refrigerator died totally. I called him on a Sunday, and he replied immediately, and was here by 1 pm on Monday. He was able to diagnose the problem, obtain the needed part, and have us up and running within a couple hours. Price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend him.

Excellent- Alex assessed the situation and recommended a simpler solution even though the original fix would have been more expensive. He returned a few days later to solve a different appliance solution at no charge. He explained the options and the process which was very helpful. As a woman, I appreciated he wasn't at all condescending or dismissive which I've run into with other firms. AA+ indeed!

I found Alex from AA Applicance and Home Services on Angie's List. He had great reviews, and I completely agree with all the good things that were said about Alex. It was easy to schedule an appointment with him. He was here the next day. He kept me posted on his ETA via text, which I appreciated. Alex arrived on time, wearing a mask, with the parts he anticipated using. He is a very pleasant and professional young man. Alex quickly fixed my washing machine. He ran a diagnostic scan on my Kitchen Aid dishwasher, and based on that scan recommended that I buy a new dishwasher because of the expensive replacement parts needed and the advanced age of the machine. His charges were fair. I was grateful that he did not waste my time or my money with the dishwasher. I have already recommended AA Appliance & Home Services to neighbors and family, and I will continue to do so. I give Alex an A+.

Great service! Easy to contact and schedule. The repairman came out the next day and repaired the dishwasher. This was very appreciated since it was near impossible to get a new dishwasher at the time of service.
