Alex was our technician and he was fantastic. He was communicative and on time. He identified the problem, ordered the part and came back the very next day or very soon after to replace it. Then after fixing that part, we found out that there was an issue with the computer portion of the dishwasher. Most technicians would have you replace the dishwasher at that point, but Alex dove into the specs and the specifications to discover a safety mechanism that had to be reset a certain way for the computer to start working again once this specific part had gone bad. He followed through by fixing hat issue and our dishwasher now works perfectly. He saved us hundreds of dollars. He is detial-oriented and clearly takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend him. We will reaching out to him for all our appliance needs in the future.

Alex called quickly and came the next day to fix my washer. He was very professional and did a great job.

Alex did a great job. Right off the bat, he took a look to see if my ice maker was covered by a recall. As it turns out it was not. However, he then took the next step of finding the replacement part at a lower cost. You can't ask for better service than that. He showed up on time at my house and made the repair. I would highly recommend him. He is my go to guy from now on for any appliance repair!

Alex was pleasant, polite, and sensitive to our "sheltering in place" precautions. Service was prompt and efficient; he called and came when he said he would. Needing to get a part for our old dryer, he came back later the same morning and replaced what was needed. Our dryer is working fine now.
