Description of Work: We have been using A1 Polish services for weekly housecleanings for a few months now and they are excellent. Grace the owner returns phone calls quickly, is very professional and does her best to accommodate requests and concerns. We asked for Saturdays and Grace was able to find the same great ladies to help us each week. The ladies are always on time, stay the entire time and the home looks excellent when they are done. We have two retrievers and young children, and there is no dust when they leave! They ask whether everything looks O.K. before they leave. I checked quotes from other services which came in higher and couldn't give us Saturdays.

Thank you for review. We cleaned client house one time on Monday August 28,2017 not on October 24,2017. The price $280 for cleaning 5,000 sqft house with 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms was estimated prior the work and client accepted the price. Our cleaner spend more time to complete necessary work than was predicted but we did not charge for additional time. Client did not pay us for completed work on day of the cleaning August 28, 2017 neither in couple next months. Client did not respond for my payment requests. During that time we received the check from client that was returned by his bank. Finally we received payment after over three month. This experience forced us to remove above client from our list.

On. 04.04.14 Member wrote: "She did not dust in my daughter's bedroom and my daughter had made a special effort to have her dresser cleaned off for them." I responded to the member: On estimate day 03.18.14 the Daughter of the Member showed me what she does and does not expect my service to do. In her bedroom she told me just to clean the baseboards and floor, and clearly stated that she did not need us to clean the furniture. A1 Polish Services respects our clients and accommodate every clients requests and needs. The price of the service was $170, and the service date was 04.02.14.

They cleaned my home once and did an acceptable job, but nothing out of the ordinary. They didn't show up for the second appointment. I called them about 45 minutes after the scheduled start time, and was pretty openly challenged that I had never made the appointment in the first place.The price was reasonable for fairly average cleaning, but the lack of organization and professionalism is not acceptable.

Everything is spotless after they are done. They are very good at cleaning all the hardwood floors, polishing stainless steel, and not ruining the finish on natural stone counters and tile. Once in a while a spots gets missed, but they team is willing to correct it on the next visit.

We had a good crew, but then they switched us to another crew, who were terrible. We complained, and eventually got assigned yet another crew, who are the best we've ever had from them, so we are pretty happy now. But obviously, the experience you have with them depends almost entirely on the crew you get, and the quality varies widely.

GRACE IS VERY RESPONSIVE WITH RETURNING PHONE CALLS QUICKLY AND ALWAYS ADDRESSES ISSUES WHEN THEY ARISE. HOWEVER, SOME THINGS WE'VE ASKED THEM TO DO (OR NOT DO) GET FORGOTTEN TIME TO TIME, INCLUDING WHEN THEY USED SOME OF OUR TOWELS AS RAGS -- AND RIPPED ONE OF THEM IN HALF. CLEANERS ARE ALWAYS KIND AND COURTEOUS, BUT IN GENERAL, DO NOT HAVE GOOD ENGLISH SKILLS.
