It is a small house. I would recommend them because they are reliable. The cleaning lady I have does a very good job. I got them from Angie’s List. They were very good.

I contacted A-1 Polish because of the good reviews I read. They did not mislead me. Grace got right back to me and set up the first appointment with one of the women in my area. After the first cleaning, Grace got back to me to see how it went. She uses my own cleaning supplies which I like because I know what she's using and I know the cleaning cloths are clean and right for the job. I have had her three times now and I am extremely satisfied with her cleaning. I have a lot of knick-knacks and she cleans each one. She is very thorough. The last time she was here, she oiled all my wood furniture and the banister on the stairs! What a difference from the cleaning people I've had in the past. When she is done, the house sparkles.My husband even commented on the house! She and I get along very well. She even gives me household hints. All in all I'm very happy and will keep having her.

The cleaner arrived on time and did a great job of working around us and our dog. She used our cleaning supplies because we have health problems that are aggravated by chemicals and scents. The house looked great when she finished.

I rate them high overall, and I will use them again in the future.

I have used A1 Polish cleaning service for about five weeks now, and overall, have been quite happy with the experience. A couple of the ladies they sent at first did not do as thorough a job at all, and left early, but the ones I have had the past three weeks have been terrific and very professional. So it paid off to try several times as now I am very pleased with this service and the responsiveness of the owner in helping me find the right employees to do the thorough cleaning job I wanted.

I am going to be using them again next week. The communication was good. The general cleaning was good. It was good so I am having them back.

We were moving in the next day and the floors were pretty dirty from some other work that was completed at our place. I called A1 Polish Services only a day before I needed the work completed. They were able to accommodate us and we were pleased with their work.

They are prompt and pleasant ... two persons arrive and finish in approximately two hours.

Overall, the experience was good. There were two ladies that cleaned. They were a little pricey but I managed to get a discount. I'll continue using them in the future.

They came once and cleaned the house. They are very responsive. They did a good work. They are punctual and professional. The price was great. The owner is very responsive. She came and gave us the estimate and told me what they are going to do. She has always shown up when she is supposed to.

I contacted A1 Polish Services on Sunday, May 1, 2011, to see if they would be available to clean my home on short notice on Wednesday, May 3, 2011. I received a call back in the late afternoon on Monday saying they would be able to do the job. I confirmed all the information with Grace such as time, would I have to provide the cleaning supplies, and cost. I also noticed a 10% coupon on Angie's List for a first time cleaning which came in handy. The coupon needs to be mentioned when booking the service. I had the first floor of my home cleaned which consisted of a living room, dining room, one full bath, powder room, kitchen and family/breakfast room. My home was beautifully cleaned; however the only complaint I had was the woman did not dust mop my living and dining room hardwood floor or wash it (not a big deal). I am considering hiring them to clean weekly because of the pride they took in their work and the promptness in which they provided it.

They have been cleaning my house for three and a half years. They do a really good job. They are very thorough and efficient. They are on time and I never have to wait for them. I have been very happy with the service that I am getting from them. The lady is very nice and responsive and she comes with her partner. They will do a little bit extra things if I ask them to do. They are just very good and they are very thorough.

This was my first time using this company, and I was very happy with the service. The two maids were very high energy and worked hard from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. to clean the house. They really did an outstanding job and I will continue to use this company.

My usual service did not show up due to a communication snafu, I was panicked because weekend guests were coming the next day and the day after that we were having twenty people for a party. I called Grace and she had someone at my townhouse an hour and a half after I called. I will never go back to my old service. The woman Grace sent did a fabulous job. I will now have her regularly.

They do really well! They are very thorough. I work at home, and they are good at operating quick and effectively. Price is per month. One person comes to clean our home. We have a newborn so we don't get to do a lot.

Grace is very responsive and her employees are meticulous. They cleaned thoroughly, put away the supplies and locked up just as we had asked. They even made up our toddler's bed, organizing her stuffed animals in a cute arrangement for her to find when we came home. Two days later, Grace followed up with us to see how it went. We are planning to use A1 on a regular basis. As a side note, we have also used this company for move out cleaning and they are so thorough and detail oriented. Would use them for this as well as regular housekeeping.

We've use A1 for over 1yr. Most cleaning services start off well and then the service gradually deteriorates. This is not the case w/ A1. They are always on time and thorough. Grace is very easy to work with. We've also used them for supplementary child care. Each time with good results.

They have been cleaning my house every other week for over a year and I am quite satisfied. Grace is responsive when I have a need to change the schedule, when i have complaints or suggestions.

Grace has been very professional and responsive since our first meeting. I have had difficulty with follow up from other services, but I have had 100% accountability from her. She also works with our busy schedule, and will send additional help if needed. Her employees are courteous, professional and hard working. Her service has helped create some calm and organization to a busy household!

They are insured and bonded, so they are very much approved for the type of services they perform. They had a lot of cleaners available to come and clean our home right away. Most of their cleaners are pretty good at what they do. Our only problem is they do have a high turn-over rate, so often you have to get used to a new person.
