My favorite two days of the month are the two Fridays that Iwona cleans our home (and puts up with our German Shephard). The service is always thorough and exceeds expectations but, more importantly, it's instinctive cleaning. Never once have I had to ask for something to be cleaned that was missed or perhaps never considered. (I've had other cleaning services and this was never the case.) In 4+ years I've never had a cancellation. Also, during the first few months of lockdown Grace was patient and understanding when we paused service. Highly recommend. Thanks, Grace and Iwona.

I used A1 for 8 years, until the pandemic began (and I hope to be able to resume soon). I always found Grace to be professional and responsive to my needs. Anna came once a week and her work was of the highest quality; she was also a pleasant person to have in my home. My apartment is fairly large but Anna maintained it beautifully. I would highly recommend this cleaning service.

I own a three flat and my tenant moved out. The apartment was very dirty and this company's workers did a great job cleaning it including the windows. They were very conscientious and thorough. I will definitely use this company again.

Fantastic! They actually look for the dirt! They clean EBERYWHERE, they are very Pleasant and thorough in their work. They work very hard for over two hours each visit. They return cleaning supplies to closet when finished. Home feels fantastic when they are done!

Iwona cleans our home every other week. She is the best! Not only does she do an amazing job, but is extremely personable and reliable.Our kids and dog love her and look forward to her visits. She pays attention to every detail when cleaning our home and leaves it spotless every time. We are very happy with the price and quality of the service.

I can not rave more about this service and the women who are employed by the service. This is the greatest gift we have ever been given - my mother-in-law treats us. We have 4 boys, 1 dog, and 2 cats. Honest to God, when the women leave, you would not know so many people and pets live here. They do an absolutely beautiful job. They are also extremely friendly, professional, and thorough.

I have had Grace and her service for over 2 years. They are the best that I have ever had. They use cleaners on my marble shower that I need. It has been totally mold free since they have been coming. They got the stains off the old (1928) bathroom sinks. They remove the stove controls to get clean behind. They lemon oil my oak floors and my 1914 oak table. If they accidentally break something they always tell me; this doesn't happen often. Five stars for these ladies.

The owner is wonderful and her prices are reasonable. I have the same ladies come 2x a month and they are sweet and do a great job. I never have to worry about my house not being cleaned properly and I’m so glad I found A1 Polish Services, Inc. they have never let me down!

Please be very aware of this service. The owner is unprofessional and does not stand by her own contract. We have already filed with small claims court. Her cleaner broke our bathroom tub drain; actually cracked the pipe while cleaning. It appeared the cleaner was unable to physically clean a house our size and had repeatedly asked Grace, the owner, for another assignment. After our contractor and plumber wrote documentation that her cleaner was at fault, Grace refuses to submit the claim with her insurance. To quote her, "you have enough money, you pay for it. I am a hard working immigrant, I will not pay". I am more than pleased to answer any questions in regards to this review. Please be aware. Most of the positive reviews listed here read as if she wrote them herself.

The service met all of my expectations. I was visited ahead of time, provided a tour, items needing to be cleaned were discussed, a date and price was set. On the day of the cleaning the cleaner was on time, very pleasant and professional. I was very pleased with the work and have hired this service to come every two weeks going forward.

I have had A1 Polish Services for over 2 years now. Every other service that I hired slacked off after a certain amount of time and just simply surfaced cleaned. I have never had that happen with this company. Grace is very nice and accommodating if you cannot have your service done the week of your cleaning. She will fit you in which is much appreciated. One of my pet peaves is NOT cleaning in the corners of floors, showers etc. and I never have had to say anything. Always a great job, I would highly recommend this service. Prices are very reasonable as well!!

We have used A1 Polish for our regular house cleaning for a number of years, across two different houses. They have always been punctual and reliable. They are thorough and the house is nicely cleaned!

A-1 Polish Services have been cleaning my house for about 10 years. They do a wonderful job and I would recommend them highly.

I have used Grace’s A-1 Polish Services for ten years. The ladies are prompt, cheerful and thorough. I’m very happy with their work and would recommend them.

We were very pleased. The place hadn't been cleaned in a while so it definitely needed some work. They did a good job, and were flexible on the timing which was very helpful for us since we had a very short time frame to get it cleaned. They also were willing to work on a Saturday so we didn't have to take a day off work. I would highly recommend them.

I have used A1 cleaning services for over 4 years and they are fabulous. They are all very hardworking and very respectful people. I would highly recommend them. They come on a weekly basis and my house is spotless! Grace is always responsive to questions or comments.

I first found A1 Polish Services on Angie's List when I moved to Chicago about 4 years ago after a less than ideal experience with another cleaning company. Grace was very professional and committed to great customer service. I've had the same amazing house keeper for almost the entire time, Anna. She is lovely, detail-oriented, observant, highly trustworthy, reliable and, of course, an excellent house keeper. I don't know how I'd live without her! I can't recommend A1 Polish Services, and Anna, enough!

The two young women who came were wonderful and worked hard the whole time (4 hours). If I had not moved out of state, I would be hiring them again.

I have been using A1 Polish Services Inc for 2 year now and I am very happy with the work they do. Grace is very accommodating when it comes time to scheduling appointments and the cleaning ladies that have come to the house have done a great job. This past year, I had the same 2 ladies (Lucyna and Ewelina) clean the house and they are wonderful. They know the routine and I have grown to be very comfortable with them. I will also say that if there is anything you are not happy with or feel unsatisfied with, Grace will take care of you and make it right. This company offers great customer service and knows how to leave my home feeling spick-and-span clean.
