A WORLD CLASS CONCIERGE SERVICE INC

To say that this was an extremely stressful time in my life would be an understatement. I live in Raleigh, NC and this place is in Chicago. They were professional and quick to respond to my request. This was the one thing that I knew was going to be taken care of.

It was okay, but not great. They did okay on shopping, except for one item, which had to be returned (and they charged me for the time it took them to return it). It irked me, because when they arrived, Teresa, was annoyed with me, because she bought the wrong item. I sent them both a link with a picture of what I had in mind, so it wasn't my fault. It wasn't a big deal, but I didn't appreciate her being rude to me. Her business partner, Ann, was much nicer. I helped them bring the items up to my apartment and then Teresa continued to be quite short with me, explaining how they work and aggressively justifying their rather expensive pay scale. I decided not to have them help me put a piece of furniture together, because ultimately I decided it wasn't cost effective. In their defense, I did not research what they charged enough before hiring them. Overall, besides being, in my opinion, very expensive, I was unhappy with the way that I was spoken to.

They are very trustworthy. You can totally turn it over to them and they will handle it.

TERESA AND ANN SAVED MY SANITY WHEN IT CAME TIME TO GET MY CONDO READY TO SHOW FOR SALE. MY WORK TRAVEL SCHEDULE LEFT NO TIME FOR ME TO OVERSEE A HANDYMAN OR OTHER CONTRACTOR - LET ALONE FIND A GOOD ONE - SO I HANDED OVER MY KEYS THE NIGHT BEFORE I LEFT FOR THREE WEEKS AND SAID ''I HOPE I CAN TRUST YOU - JUST MAKE IT NICE AND DECLUTTERED WHEN I GET BACK''. I GAVE THEM A LONG LIST, A BUDGET AND A TIME FRAME THAT WAS PERFECTLY ADHERED TO. INSTEAD OF BEING THE NIGHTMARE OF PLASTER DUST AND BOXES I LEFT, MY PLACE WAS A JOY TO WHICH TO COME HOME. WITHOUT THEM I MAY HAVE JUST STAYED IN ASIA! COMMUNICATION WAS EASY. ALL RECEIPTS AND PAPERWORK WERE NICELY ORGANIZED AND PRINTED FOR ME ALONG WITH ANY BUSINESS CARDS OF SERVICE CONTRACTORS USED. THEY EVEN LEFT A THANK-YOU NOTE AND GIFT FOR ME. I AM HOPING THEY WILL HANDLE THE MOVE TO MY NEW PLACE FOR ME AND HELP ME SETTLE INTO THE NEW PLACE AS WELL AS THEY HELPED ME WITH THE OLD.
