Robert came out and put a new bell in the front of the house so that every one, including my mother, could hear it. Robert was right that she is very hard of hearing. I found that out when she did not hear the rear bell which was the loudest in the house. I think he put in a new transformer and a new bell. Everything is fine now.

They are wonderful electricians and a family-owned company. They really know older buildings. Their price is very competitive with everyone else. They were right on time.

They were great, and I got nothing bad to say about them. The guy that came the first time was very friendly. The person that showed up the second time was great; he was on time, very friendly and cleaned up after himself. He noticed a couple of things that needed to be replaced. He said that it wasn’t a big major item that needed to be replaced and that he could do it for free, and he did it. I have recommended them to a few other people that needed electrical work. I would highly recommend them again. The price was very reasonable compared to everybody I shopped around with. They were beyond exceptional. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in tidy order. I didn’t have a problem whatsoever. They were on time.

They are very good. I live in a vintage building and they rewired my whole apartment building. They are just excellent with the vintage buildings. They also cleaned up really well.

They were very professional and thorough, and they only took three hours to do a job that I thought would take all day. I did find it somewhat aggravating, however, that their sales department continued to call me after scheduling a service date. When I informed the salesman of this, he became somewhat pushy.

Everything went well. The service was inexpensive, they were very efficient and courteous, and they did a good job. I thought the backyard would be a disaster after they had finished, but it looked fine.

The experience did not turn out very well as I had to have another contractor come in to fix the problems with the work they had done. I had a light fixture in the dining room that was wired incorrectly causing a fire hazard so we had to get the issue fixed right away.

The experience was perfect, actually! They did very good work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.

I felt good about using A to Z Electric, because the estimator who came out for the proposal remembered that they had also installed the electrical lines to each of my neighbors garages. Since these are old garages facing an alley, I was glad that they had the experience to do this type of job. Everything was done as promised and on time.

In general, they were very nice to work witth. (a little pricey) The only mix-up we had was about the appointment date/time. They didn't show up for my original appointmnent time. However, when I followed-up with individual I set up the appointment with, I found out that it was a mix up and they came out immediately and completed the work for me. Everything looks good and I got an estimate for additional work that I needed.

They were friendly and efficient. They answered all the questions I asked. I was satisfied with their work and their service.

They are great. They are really professional, clean and quick. I have used them a few times.

They were the only ones willing to do this so I was actually stuck with them. The people were nice but I believe they took terrible advantage of me & that is why I joined this because of my experience. Basically all I wanted was to have some electrical installed in my kitchen for the dishwasher. I called everyone in the phonebook. Now I have electrical outlets that don't even work. At first they told me they needed to rewire the whole entire place. Then they opened up behind the circuit & said that the place has been rewired. I asked them for credit for that & they said no. On top of that, they replaced my fuse box. Now a year later I have an electrical outlet in my bathroom that does not even work. All I wanted was the electrical for the dishwasher. I am so upset about the whole entire thing I don't even want to acknowledge it. I will take care of the outlets that don't work after I get over it. This is why I basically joined because I wanted to make it known that I was taken advantage of me & the situation. I would never use them again. Every once in a while they call me & I continue to tell them every time to not call me but they keep doing it.

It was good. The only complaint was the time they came and fixed it. They told me one day, but we ended up waiting a couple days later before it was fixed. They did do a good job though and there aren't any problems so far.

Estimator was friendly and professional (Barry, I believe). Scheduled the work to take place in a week's time from the date of the estimate. I did have to call them the day before their commitment expired (they were to have started work by 9/26, I had to call to ask when they were coming on the 25th). I would have liked them to call me as promised, but overall, a minor inconvenience. I would use them again for sure. The technicians were courteous and let us know what they were doing every step of the way (Ron and Frank).

When I called A to Z I actually got a live person on the other end to explain our situation to and make an appointment; they came out the next day. Barry is the name of the service man that came out and he was punctual, courteous, professionally dressed, and willing to explain everything that he was doing. He examined the areas that were causing a possible issue and then went into the breaker box and inspected it thoroughly, as far as I could tell. He assured me that we didn't have a short anywhere and offered explanations for the things that we were experiencing. He didn't charge us anything for coming out.

There was confusion on what I wanted done. They wired to many sockets to one line so when I put up Christmas lights haft my house shuts off. They wanted additional money to fix the issues. I told them to not bother with it.

Professional and do good work, but they are pricey.

They always came out on time. There was some misunderstanding about exactly what I wanted to have done. After I explained what I wanted, they wanted to charge me extra, so I decided that I didn't want them to do it that I would hire someone else to do the work. Make sure when you hire them you get in writing what you want to have done.

We were very happy with this experience. The estimator and electrician were professional and punctual. The work is excellent and the electrician cleaned up after his work.

This company stuck by their quoted price and finished in only two days. They are a fair and honest company. They did a very good job. I don't remember exactly what we paid, but it was reasonable compared to the other quotes we had gotten. I will call them again if we have any need for an electrician.
