I sent a message on 7/1. As of today, no response. Most others contacted responded within less than a day.

Barry came out to provide an estimate for the work on weds and bob did the work on Monday. They were very receptive and friendly/professional to work with. Great experience from start to finish! Will always use A to Z going forward!

The whole experience was excellent. The woman with whom I spoke on the phone was kind and helpful, and they were able to get someone out right away. Barry, who came to the house, was prompt and professional. Even though I had tried and been unable to reset the circuit breaker before he arrived, Barry was able to just reset the breaker by flipping the switch. He didn't charge me for the visit, which was incredibly kind!! I'm hoping to replace some lights in the next coupld of months, and will definitely be calling them for installation.

There was an issue with wiring, the electrician came and fixed the problem very quickly

Fantastic. Responded to our call in one day. They came out and assessed our issue, pull new wires through our existing conduit and installed a new outlet. Great people to work with.

From scheduling to completion A to Z was responsive, professional, efficient. Electrician also noted something in the room that Was not up to code and suggested we get it resolved and provided estimate

Knowledgable on what I actually needed and communicated what would be the best plan of attack in order to save me money. Very easy to work with and wold certainly call on them again whenever I need any electrical work done. Highly recommend!

Went well, they responded quickly. However it was quite pricey

They were very responsive and came to give us an estimate when they said they would. They scheduled the work for a week and a half later. (Their previous job ended up going longer than anticipated so they started a day later than planned.) They worked with us to determine our needs and gave us details of the work that would be performed. They estimated our job would take 2-4 days and they completed the job in 3-1/2 days. Our house has lathe and plaster walls and we were initially concerned that they might have to open them up. They indicated that for the most part they could pull wire and leave the walls intact, and they were right. There were a few spots where boxes were difficult to access, which required drilling two smallish holes in the bathroom wall (which they spackled over afterward), and temporarily removing moulding from a wall in another room. We're very pleased that they were able to do so much with so little impact. Repainting a wall and renailing molding is no big deal. They were efficient and pleasant to work with. We would have them back any time. They also have financing, so we were able spread the cost of the work over time.

on original visit an assessment was made as to what might be causing problems. possible solutions were givien and the costs depending what is found. this was a free estimate. on the visit when the work was done. things were found to be less than more - therefore, price was lower and work was done quickly . as they say, you never know what you will find until you open it up.

They quickly fixed the loose connection that was causing the short and the track light seems to be working ok now.

I didn't like them. Two gentlemen came out here. In fact I had seen one of the gentlemen here before but he denied it. But I know he was here before because I called A to Z before. Of course they said they couldn't do anything with it because it was during the winter months and the ground was frozen because they would have to run some pipes in the ground from the house to the electrical outlet in the garage. He quoted me a price which I didn't like. I told him there was no way that something like that was going to cost that. Besides, I wasn't going to let them dig in the yard no way because I know that the people that built the garage didn't use the pipes that A to Z claimed that they used. Secondly, when they got ready to leave, at least I was able to hit the circuit breaker to temporarily turn the lights on in the garage. The manager and myself were standing on the outside and the other gentleman went down into the basement claiming that he was going to get his tools but he went down there and did something so that I was no longer able to hit the circuit breaker to turn on the lights even for 2 or 3 minutes. I didn't like that at all. I was going to call them and complain about it but I said no I'm just not going to use their service. I am not planning on using them. It was a free estimate. The other guy told me he could write up a contract right now but I told them no. I probably didn't have a knowledge base of what he was talking about, but I did, and I just played the role and I know it cost too much. I don't think so. I will never use them, never. I can understand that you are in business to make money don't try to take advantage of the customer. Give a reasonable price and you might get my business. I know this was not right. They came on the date and time that they said they was going to come. I know that man that lied to me because I know he came here before. I called them before for estimates and he looked at the kitchen and gave me a price. I will go out of state before I call A to Z.

Very well. Both gentlemen arrived exactly at their scheduled time, they completed all 3 tasks in 45 minutes, and they cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for a more professional job.

At the time i thought it was a little expensive but they when i thought about it, i remembered it was 2017 not 1980 something. I was not terribly unhappy. They came when they said they would come and did was they said they would do. They were there when they said they would be there.

They did a pre-visit that give them knowledge and how to best respond all the issues. He had all the right tools, supplies and equipment. I feel the pre-visit set them up to do it right and efficiently. It only took one hour.

Scheduled an appointment for the following week when I had a day off. After waiting 30 minutes for him to appear, I called the "I don't know" lady told me he tried to call and didn't get through so decided not to bother came over. I had left two phone numbers, but I didn't get a call. Anyway, I really expected him to show up at the time not "call." 30 minutes after the appointment was supposed to begin he couldn't come, so i suspect he never planned to show up. While making the appointment he quoted $200. Maybe it wasn't worth his while.

The electrician came the next day after my request (even though it was not an emergency), was on time, did the work quickly and well.
