Neena Vlamis, Kiki Troulos and Sharon Chawla at A and N Mortgage were outstanding. Plain and simple: they delivered?despite complexities, complications, delays by the seller, and new post-crash regulations. Neena secured a fantastic, ultra-competitive interest rate for us. She had Plan A, Plan B and Plan C and she worked them all simultaneously to ensure that our mortgage would be approved and funded by our close date. Neena was always operating two to three steps ahead in the process to avoid potential problems before they happened. When things got a little dicey, her confidence and experience were reassuring and her contingency planning paid off. A few months before buying our current home, we sold our previous home and suffered a nightmare when our buyer?s mortgage broker had trouble putting the mortgage together. Thus, it was a double delight to work with Neena and her team. Their tenacious efforts made for a trouble free closing.

Upon our realtor's suggestion, we went to Neena to get a mortgage for our first home purchase. As a broker, she's able to shop around at all the different banks and credit unions to get the best rates available and take advantage of any special programs that might benefit her clients. Neena is extremely personable and approachable. She was happy to go through paperwork with me, answer any questions, and explain things like escrow that I've never had to deal with before. Also, my husband travels a lot for work but we took our loan in his name, and they were fine with me being the point of contact and getting them all the right information and documents, which we both appreciated. It made things a lot easier that he didn't have to spend his one day at home dealing with mortgage papers. She seemed to genuinely want the best for us, and kept us happy along the way. She, Kiki and Sharon worked to get our loan ready very quickly (and apparently there's quite a bit that goes into it behind the scenes) and our journey from making the first offer to finishing the closing was only a month, so their part took even less than that. Whenever they needed something, they let us know. They were available in the office after 5pm for me to drop off documents because I didn't want to email social security numbers. There were no last minute, day before or morning-of frantic searches for missed information and the closing was seamless and efficient.

Neena and her team are phenomenal at what they do. While the lending process seems to be incredibly complex, they have ways of simplifying everything to make it easily understandable. While their fees and rates seem significantly lower then other lenders, their ability to make the process enjoyable is what makes them truly shine.

Wanted to take advantage of the low mortgage rates and refinanced. Steve at A and N did a great job taking me through the process very efficiently with good rates. Took only several weeks from time of rate lock to close. Closing was done in the comfort of our own home - a very convenient option vs. having to go to a title company office. One of the most efficient closings I've experienced - would recommend Steve.
